If you want cold, Melbourne definitely, but it gets way hotter in Melbourne than it does further north...

Snow is pretty much the only thing we don't have here. Everything else happens - we've had tornadoes, masses of hail, heavy rain, not rain, unnaturally cold, unnaturally hot, flooding, drought... the list goes on...
