I like cold water, but not in the shower... Jumped to the cold pool thingies after sauna, into the sea when it was pretty cold, but showers I can't do.

I like hot baths. And saunas are pretty cool. Well not cool but you get it. Still, the best part about a sauna is jumping into the 6C pool of water after. It's so good...

Technically you can. But it really is not that bad. I hate hot weather but sauna is something else. Does good to the nose too. You should try it one day. Just make sure they have the pool and not cold showers.

But that's the point. You don't walk or run or whatever, you just sit there and breathe, then you cool yourself outside and its amazing.
As for how hot I have no idea exactly, but I think it's well above 30 or even 35... Humidity is around 10-15% tho, so you don't feel it.

Travel to Finland would be great (I tried learning some Finnish its so complicated, their language sounds really nice), I giggle at times, since their word for 'falling' has a curse word in Spanish  XD - I'm sure that's the best way to experience a Finnish Sauna
