Drawn and colored in Photoshop.. Drawn by hand using a mouse, no tablet used.

It's cool how you used the stained glass filter to make the scales, but you really need to work on the way you draw dragons. It's still pretty cool, though. =D

Yes it was. "Done by Mouse" just means he used the mouse to draw it, if I'm not mistaken.

..Uh, yeah, I used a mouse to draw it. I think maybe I should be more careful wording things like that in a Furry forum.. Since there is a good chance there's a person named "Mouse", and I'm giving them credit.. ^^;
