Abandoned house

I need a few furs to help me fix up the house I have inherated, money isnt a problem as I have some savings. after the house is fixed feel free to move in.

a few ground rules
1 no cybering
2no trademarked characters
3no fighting every 2 seconds

anyone wanna help? :?

Well, there's a few issues with this... First off, where's the profile-setup that you want people to abide by? Second, for "trademarked characters" not being allowed... some people use characters they've trademarked (like mine would be my trademark).
