I feel like nobody likes me amymore, people avoid me, harass me and blame me


Nobody tries to talk to me, all they do is make it worse and proceed to get angry at me for no reason...its just a constant loop i can't get out of and is tearing my up from the inside, i feel like i want to isolate myself frombthe world so i can make it "better" but when i try to socialize i just get put down and insulted...


so i'm consolting the internet...yay...anyway....i need help to bring me out of this loop wnd atleast make me feel better about myself

We all have those points in our lives where we feel as if everyone dislikes us for no reason or takes things out on us. It'll get better, I know it doesn't seem like it, but you will find people who treat you well. You also have to have perspectives on things, maybe they don't mean to insult you or get angry at you, there is always a reason behind everything. You probably aren't even the problem and maybe something is going on in their lives and they take it out on you and surely others; I know it's not right for them to take out their anger on you but sometimes they don't mean what they say. Just try some new perspectives; I call it learning a new language. Having perspectives has really helped me quite a bit with being self conscious when trying to be a conversationalist. I do still think that people hate me or dislike me, we are always going to have some sort of self consciousness or paranoia. I'm sure you are a really great person and people just don't see that in you because they might be narrow minded. I have tons of people that hate for no reason just because I terribly quiet, have a monotone voice when I talk to people I don't know real well, or they find me abnormal and weird. The funny thing is they don't even know anything about me except my name. Just try and maybe focus that you aren't the problem, it's them! Defeat with kindness if possible, and if you are friends with the person confront them about it. They won't know they are doing wrong until you point it out. It can be tough when it feels like you have no-one to connect with and you hit a brick wall or feel shunned whenever you reach out.

Be careful with isolation, isolating yourself to "Make it better" doesn't really work if you're wanting social interaction. If you want
someone to talk to feel free to message anytime.

Never think that babe, I love you and I'm always going to be there. We all get that feeling sometimes, treatment and it's absolutely horrible but don't let people get to you nor put that in your head. don't let those who do that know your effected by it...since it encourages cold hearted people to continue. Push it aside and ignore them.
