I am normally considered an outgoing person but even I hate ordering food, talking on the phone, answering the door etc. But comparing myself to you wouldn't be a reliable diagnosis. Self diagnosis usually isn't a good idea.

As someone who is still partially struggling with depression, this is most likely overreacting. But how do you get on these parties in the first place?
