Welcome to the forum, you can chat with people by clicking on their profile and sending them a Private message.
Alternatively, there is an IRC for this forum (you can click the "chat" tab of the forum) if you want to IM with lots of furs at one time XD
If you want to IM with someone specifically your going to have to use a different medium like Skype or steam XD
