Do I have to? Should I?

I told a couple friends (girls) that I was gonna officially ask this girl out and start a gf/bf relationship and all with her, but they said that before I do anything I should tell her that im bi (not even sure if I am anymore) or atleast tell that ive experimented. Their logic was that if they found out their bfs were bi they would freak out and probably dump them. I personally think she doesnt need to know at all about my past if it is going to affect our relationship like that, but i dont feel im ready to. Since im not ready to your probably thinking "oh well u 2 arent ready for a relationship if u cant trust eachother." Its not that I dont trust her, i just dont want her to know...not now atleast....what do you guys think? Should she know first? Does she need to?

If you guys are eventually going to get serious, then yes, she ought to know before she gets really involved with you.

But it's really not necessary to be like "Hi, I'm bi. Will you go out with me?"

I think it can at least wait a bit.

I guess that its one way to do it, but I think it'd be better to be friends with her.
Then there won't be any surprises later, and you can ease into a relationship.

I think that she should know, because it is a part of you, past or present. Doesn't matter. Does she need to know immediately? No. I also think that going slowly into a relationship, and going on "dates" to get to know one another first is really important. That way you can gague chemistry, the ability to get along over long periods of time, what peeves her, what irks you, how you resolve conflicts...and so forth. However, before I get into a relationship with anybody, they need to know everything about me first...mostly becuase I'm a really complicated person.

im not just gonna go up to her and ask her out or tell her haha, im sorry but i forgot to mention we have been a multiple dates before...ive just been waiting to "make a move" so to speak...
