By definition, you'd be "Kemonomimi", not "furry". But a lot of people would do the ignorant thing and put you in the same category.

Liking anthropomorphic animals!

In case you dont know what anthropomorphic means:
-Anthro means human, morph means form-
So in other words, a animal with human caractheristics..

There's no real requirement to being furry, you just gotta be you and of course like animals in general :D

What makes a furry will all depend on who you ask. There is no one thing that defines being a furry. Some people I know have a persona who's an animal or anthro, but they are not furries. They also like anthro/furry art, and suiting. But that does not nessarly make them a furry.

Kemonomimi literally means "beast-ears", which usually refers to those of "Neko" type..

Well, they're normally just called "Neko". But any way you put it, you are welcome here as long as the rules are followed.

http://www.furaffinity.net/view/2071550/ is an example of my character in the "Neko" style (Kemonomimi), and http://www.furaffinity.net/view/1515633/ for the Anthropomorphic ("Anthro").

That is true... There's no actual definition of what is and isn't a furry. Personally I don't like the suits either, but that's only because of their heads. I'd like someone to design a closer fitting rabbit mask so it doesn't look so creepy.

But seriously.... It doesn't have to be sexualised at all. It's about animalistic behavior, love of the planet, and generally being creative minded enough to consider it a possibility that animals walk on two legs ^-^
I'm guessing the mystery girl is some kind of root vegetable.

it's different for everyone, if you want to call yourself a furry, go ahead, if not, that's up to you.
By Jove!
