Oh well! I'm here now, and I might as well say "hi"
So this is the part where I'm meant to tell you all a bit about myself, so you know exactly what kind of nutjob just walked in, though the above section probably gave you a pretty good idea
I'm Felis, 23 years of age (this counts for nothing, people of the chromosomal persuasion 'XY' do not age mentally; just ask any woman) I'm currently unemployed, though I've had plenty of jobs. McSlave, receptionist, counsellor, delivery boy, clown, comic, evil telemarketer and professional pirate...
Well, I got paid to dress as a pirate and mug tourists for fake gold pieces, which is close enough.
I've always wanted to be an entertainer of some sort. Making people smile is one of those things that means the most to me, and so I write, I jest, I host a little radio show all in the hopes of making someone out there feel better just for a few moments of their life. I'm not paid for it, but it's a hell of a lot better than any paying job I have ever had.
My dream before that was to be a writer, and I still keep my hand in occasionally - I've written scenarios and storylines for RPG's and still write short stories now and again when I get bored.
These days, I'm trying to teach myself to draw... I'm not entirely sure why, I have no natural talent for it and it's a painfully slow process - I guess it's one of the few things that never came naturally to me that I really envied others for. And outof all those things, it's easier to pick up than the others: social interaction, knitting and being ambidextrous.
I guess that's enough for now... Probably too much.
