Now, this is where furries seem to poke holes into their own logic. If humanity hates them, and they want to make peace, why would they shun those few open minded people who are willing to join them, whether or not they are furries?

Let me give you an example, the golden rule says, "Treat people the way you want to be treated", that doesn't mean one can just go around hating others if they are hated themselves, because your only asking for more ridicule. Disappointingly, that's EXACTLY what they are doing here.

As a furry, I feel ashamed by that fact. Even with all the bad propaganda revolving around the furry fandom, it still does not give any furry the right to hate humanity. Acting in such a manner is futile, as it will only lead to more hatred, ignorance and anger. I am glad that you show your face as what your and the rest of us truly are, HUMAN. It doesn't matter if your a furry lover or not, your still human. So hating him for being a human would be hypocritical in such a disgusting manner. It's like making fun of someone for wearing the color pink when you are pink yourself.

Well, enough of my ranting, It's good to see that you have people on your side, I'm one of 'em. Even if you don't know me, I can relate to your situation very well. Good-luck with the rest of those blokes out there, you've got a whole mountain to climb before everyone decides to open up their minds to you.

Mostly, it's because most of the people I know that have humans as their personal character are either trolls or big jerks , and maybe that's where I got a slight disdain for them.

To be honest, though, I did have somewhat disdain for you at first, not just because you're character was human, but you came off to me as a bit of annoying. After a while, though, I got used to you, and actually started to like you.

I feel it's alright to have a slight disdain for something as long as you don't make a big deal out of it, like the guys the topic poster described. But as far as getting my karma lowered, well... I probably deserved that.


Also, HTGW, That's pretty much what I've been doing. While I do have somewhat disdain, I don't act like a dink torwards them just because. And yes, I am well aware that I am human. I don't even try to hide it, my character is just that, a character.

Well, my post was not posted towards you, as though it may have seemed so, Guru. You've got the right thing going on as a furry, it's just the one's who, as stated before, hate others for being different from themselves.
