So I'm doing this new work out thing
« on: June 01, 2009, 11:50:47 PM »
I'm getting this new work out program done that I want to go through with

Daily

Weight lifting, 3 sets of 20 (10 pound dumbells)
Sit ups, 1 set of 20
Resistance band - 50 stretches
Squat Thrusts - 40
Squats - 50
Jog whenever possible
(Morning and night)

At least twice a week

Running 30 mins to 1 hour
Rowing for 30 minutes
Cycling  1-2 hours

I admit, for the past few months I've gotten pretty lazy, so, any advice?
Also, the sit ups/weights thing, I shamelessy butchered my arms into doing it, is the same thing neceary for the abdominals?

Honestly I don't know much about weightlifting, but I DID do it with my dad for awhile at our local gym. From what I understood you have to target specific sections of your body for each day of the week. That way one part of the body isn't neglected so your whole body can gain muscle tone steadily and it is distributed equally :)
