Chapter One: Letters Home Theme

The sun was bright, it beams across the ocean water like a glimmer of hope, it's a hope for the end. A hope that maybe all of you can live to see yourselves back with your families. The ship was crowded. Thousands upon thousands of soldiers sat on this carrier ship.

In two days the invasion would start. All of you would be sent onto that island, either you'll make it. Or you'll become one of the millions that fallen during the war.
