Members vs Staff the Second

It's members vs staff, but in the format of boys vs girls.
i.e. it starts on fifty.
Members count up one.
Staff count down two.
Members win if they get to a hundred.
Staff win if they get to zero.
Whenever a side wins, the game resets to fifty.

Nah, it probably won't.
I saw one topic that was "count down from a million". It got some speed but then just stopped.

Why does members count up only 1 and staff down 2?
Sure there are more members but a quick staff person will always in the long run win vs. 2-3 members >.>

I know the boys vs. girls are that way, but that's because they boys was winning 5+ times in a row constantly...
