"So...what do we do now?" She questioned.*Kitt shrugged his shoulders looking up at her, looking towards a small copice of trees he saw a faint glimmer, like the purple sunlight in this place relfected off metal... turning to look he strianed to see anything through the fogged lense of the mask... giving up he sat back down*
"Well, you're probably going to learn how to meditate and control your heart rate..." She said. "Kind of like The Hulk has to do." She wasn't sure if he'd get the reference but it made her smile at least. She looked to Xleena. "I'm not sure where I want to go or what exactly I want to find..." She stated, finally answering Xleena's question.Kitt gave a shaky nod and a confused cock of the head at the hulk reference.... he wished he could breath and talk normally... but he couldnt calm down, each breath was ragged and hot, he needed help calming and a way to simply forget about his claustrophobia...
"No..D..d..ae..daem..on". Filth struggled with the words, thinking for a moment "..I...Fi..l..th...Filth". He growled in frustration at his own inability "I..wa.s....expe..experiment..." His voice was strained and veins were popping from his neck, as though it pained him to speak. The tentacles on his back seemed to flow of their own accord as he struggled with speech. Underneath his neck however was a small square anomaly, just beneath his pale skin. Filth hadn't noticed it yet however.Underneath his mask, Katar was twitching a little bit in disgust. "Ok... so my insides have rotted, and I meet a monster that has exploding veins.... Nurgle or someone has something to do with this" he thought in his mind as he calculated his odds of surviving a fight with this great beastie. "Filth? is that what you call yourself?"
Being so surprised by the new arrival, Katar almost jumped out of his skin, but he wouldnt show it. "And who and what might you be?"
Feren got back quickly, eager to meet his spirits. It has been far too long! he thought excitedly. For obvious reasons, he probably wasn't called out much due to the fact Heno's inhabitants did not want to meet their divine spirit out of fear it would be something like 'the devil' they were taught about in the living world.
Approaching Gabag with lightning speed, he noticed another awful looking resident with him. I'm surprised they're not trying to kill each other yet! Feren thought with a smirk. Appearing before the two, it decided to appear grand and impressive, so they'd listen to it. 'LISTEN WELL GABAG, YOU HAVE BEEN CHOSEN...' he started.
Underneath his mask, Katar was twitching a little bit in disgust. "Ok... so my insides have rotted, and I meet a monster that has exploding veins.... Nurgle or someone has something to do with this" he thought in his mind as he calculated his odds of surviving a fight with this great beastie. "Filth? is that what you call yourself?"
Looking at Chrono's true form, and smiled under her veil at a familliar face. 'Do not worry Chrono, The spirit you have become one with does not know of anything, much like this... pretty dragon here.' Sicklo said, feeling like complimenting someone out of glee, almost hoping they'd stay with her.
he answered Jaida with 'yes... but i've decided against this now, I just love my residents too much to never see them... its about time my presence is known-- I am the ruler of this realm! And what may you be confused about my dear?' He replied in a warm tone, like a father with his children.
First, he began to answer Jaida, his eyes glowing brightly to take her from her thoughts. 'Perhaps for you it is not wise to ponder things that are in the past and cannot be helped. It will only make your eternity here darker.' Maybe that was a little too serious of an answer! he pondered in his mind. In kindness, his powers turned the bloodied rock into a photo book of the good times in Jaida's life. 'Perhaps if you were to ponder the past at all, it should only be on the good times, yes?'
"Well i don't know where one gets off insulting me, but I must admit I admire your stupidity, it must be very enjoyable not caring the comings and goings of the Universe.... Tell me o insane one, how do you know my face and that I am irrelevant?" Katar said, amused at the maniac's ramblings. Grabbing his bolt pistol just in case Asia decided to take a crack, Katar was more then ready to kill him, but first, some amusement.
Vivid feathers spread like blades, covering his shadowy figure as he fell on all fours. The bullet ricocheted off into the dirt, which itself began to change, growing darker, thicker. The rabbit was no physical presence, all was now changing, deforming as it grew a deep bulk around its bones. A veil of blackness emerged from the burning colours, screeching harsh and loud against the plane of existence, reverberating against the walls of the dimension, a fierce cry that blew the shadow from its body. A four legged, bestial bird remained, its head crawling from the feathery mane, bright and fiery. Colour sparked from its body, glowing, emanating and shooting off as would a solar flare.
The creature leapt high into the air as its plumage grew, spread forming great wings out of its arms. It flapped, screeched and darted through across the land, retreating.
He stopped after a few steps, unbelting and raising it to his chest. "Anyone got the feeling that we should be arming ourselves for an oncoming war?" he glances back to the group, then twitches his eyes about to the scenery out there before hearing a distant blast from a firearm. "Crap... even those in this world?" he thought out-loud as he placed his left-hand on the hilt. "Jaida... I know that wasn't yours, but care to let me know if you recognized that." he told to her as he took notice to her silver pistols. "Better load-and-ready them, we have people who continue the fight here they didn't finish in the last life."
He had just enough time to fire off a Chi-Dart at the oncoming shot, but the combined energies at the close proximity to himself caused him to slide backwards as well, holding up the sheath in a defensive manner after having unsheathed his ninjato/cavalry sabre. The blade of the sword held a white flame-like aura as he stood his ground in preparation for another attack. "Try learning a few things on what life has to offer instead of consistently trying to destroy it." he tells to Katar, glancing down at the reflective enamel of his sheath to see something moving around behind himself. "Crap... another one?" he mutters quietly as he resheathes his sword again to prepare another strike.
"Should I really trust this defender of light...maybe he is really good, yet I can't seem to stop hesitating." Howl said to himself. "Whatever it may be, I need to find out the truth quick, or else I'll be fighting for the wrong side." He then looked at Katar. "If you really are a defender of light, then you would be using light magic, so demonstrate it on that tree to your right, and YOU mystery man should show some proof of your son's existence, like a picture of some sort. I cannot come to a conclusion when I don't see any supporting evidence!"
Howl drew his sword, and he looked very closely at women who called to him and nodded, then turned to Katar. "There is one thing that I noticed about you, any defender of light wouldn't even think for a split second if he/she had to choose a magic spell, I gave you the benefit of doubt, but seeing as whomever it is that is under attack by Marius reminded me of what you might be, I took a better look at most of the evidence against you. The spy who killed me had great knowledge of the light arts, so that show's you know more magic of the darker arts, not only that, but someone as evil as a "Demonic Werewolf" would be rife with the sent of evil, the only reason I don't feel your aura is because your hiding it quite well. Furthermore, no defender of light would keep a creature as dangerous as that around!" He pointed at Marius. "You barely have any evidence AGAINST this mystery man, so I'm not going to fall under your trickery." Then Howl thought, "I am taking a bit of a gamble here, both parties could have evil intentions, but this is the best decision I can make considering the information I have." He stepped next to the mystery man. "I'm on your side now, care to tell me your name?"
'Quite frankly-- I have no idea whats going on!' He lied but hid it well enough for people to be unable to catch on. 'This has never happened where a non-neutral spirit has entered this realm before!' His arms closed around Jay more protectively, hiding Jay completely. His arms however were clear on Jay's side so he could see out.Katar opened a rift gate, and the scene played out as if from a movie, with Jensuno suddenly flying out to meet him, whilst obscuring the in-trouble rabbit, who in actuality was just crazy and was in trouble from his own mind.
Reaching the troublemaker Katar, he noticed The rabbit laying on the floor, clearly in trouble. The guardian shot in front of Katar's vision and demanded 'What in deaths name are you doing, defying my realm?!' Without warranting an answer, Jensuno made the first move; one of his arms striking out at Katar, knocking him back a fair way.
Howl watched "I'm not saying to kill Marius, I'm saying to not let him around other people while in the state he's in! Also, my 'buddy' killed me because he was a spy! He revealed it to me right before he put a knife in my stomach! Your lack of knowledge towards light shows that your not a defender, it's not stereotyping, defenders of light have been taught light magic all their lives!" He sighed. "I know of some who do not work for evil nor good, but your certainly not one of them! Plus seeing that I must PROTECT these two people from you who are clearly not evil, then that shows your not of light. I believe that Vosur is good, because he is not the attacker, you are.""Well I never attacked, you just assumed I would.. simple creatures, you do not understand the nature of thy foe." Katar said, breaking character.
Vosur unsheathed his sword to block the staff and to keep the pistol-hand at bay with his blade-edge. He also had quickly raised his leg up to point the sole of his foot right at Katar's face, managing to stop it and stay it right there. "Tell me, have you ever stood behind the exhaust of any aircraft when it went to one-hundred percent power?" he said as an iris opened up in the sole of his mechanical prosthetic leg.Diving out of the way, he managed to dodge the lethal exhaust (if i'm thinking of the right thing, if not stop me). "i don't intend to, but tell me this, have you ever seen a weapon with it's own living personality?" Katar asked as he had to wrestle his staff for control of his right arm for a brief second, the weapon almost getting free from his grasp.
Casting another doombolt to Vosur, Katar followed it up with an old Marius style tactic, that being the charge. He managed to just barely drop down low enough for the doombolt to graze a few locks of hair off of his ponytail instead of catching him in the face. He did not feel how much damage it did since it was at the very ends of his hair, but he know that Katar was getting too accurate for Vosur's own comfort. Bursting forward in a jumping motion, he unsheathed his sword one more time, sheath coming into contact with the staff and the blade hitting right into the pistol's barrel, putting himself at a stalemate with Katar as he now couldn't give an attack without causing an opening.
Dropping a clip from his pistol and slapping a new one in, and raising his staff to attack.
Vosur dashed backwards from from the deadlock, quickly re-sheathing his sword and glancing up for a short time. "Great... not another onslaught. Divinity of 'Heaven', get out of here!" he called out, unsure of the divinity's well-being as his eyes locked on Katar. He saw him push away Howl's attack non-lethally, which gave him the opportunity to attack Katar, but he hesitated as he thought on Katar protecting Marius. "I thought these faceless were yours?" he quickly asked before he took a lightning-fast unsheathe-and-slash to take out a nearby faceless. "And I don't care for you and your friend, but if we survive this and you come to see me... don't attack any one of my loved-ones or I'll make sure you endure every possible known torture. Howl, you may want to get to another realm, this place is about to become a war zone."
Vosur had jumped out of a battle and fired off his thrusters to throw an orb of compressed wind-energy at the ground before he was scooped up by Icey. "I'll explain later, but yes I did." he says up to her as he starts firing the thrusters in his prosthetics again to assist their flight. His left hand was ready to snap his fingers before he called out to Marius and Katar. "We're pulling out and regrouping! There is no honor lost in a battle you can resume on another field!" he yelled out to the two of them, snapping his fingers to trigger the release of the energy, much like setting off a Claymore explosive right above ground this time but without any shrapnel.
