Just an Idea I've had in my head for a while, seemed fun to do in my insomnia driven state. :D :)
Basically, it starts off in the train to Alister, in which "Criminal youth to rich for prison" are sent.
You can have two characters if you wants, and all "NPCs" are free to use.
Name: Tobias Crowe
Age: 17
Height: 6"4
Crime(s): Assault, Breaking and entering, Computer crimes(hacking)
Mental State: Multiple Personality Disorder
Bio: Tobias was never what you would consider to be a "criminal". He got top grades, did well with sports, and was happy with his family. Unfortunately he was also diagnosed with M.P.D, and well, stuff happened. He is an intelligent, slightly narcotic teen, now often happy to keep on his own. His I.Q is 178.
Start of with something like that. Your character(s) don't need a mental illness, but mine does, because I do.
anyways, I'm to tired to do the intro now, so I'll do it later... yay procrastination!

Name:Wolfgang Bellic
Age:18
Height: 6'3"
Crime(s): Attempted murder, possossion of drugs.
Bio: Wolfgang was always considered a criminal, he did drugs, drank, smoked. He grew up in a bad neightborhood and he turned gothic at age 14. He sold drugs and did them, he was almost a burnout. He can have fits of rage and can be violent.
Wolfgang was in class, smoking a cigarette and listening to his ipod.

Name: Ihipa Badawi.
Age: 18.
Height: 5'5" (not including her ears), around 5'9" (including her ears).
Crime(s): Arson, First- and Second-Degree Murder (because although she didn't intend to kill those people, she had planned the fires and when the deaths involve a planned act like arson, it becomes murder, in a way).
Mental State: Pyromania and bipolar disorder.
Bio: In ways and to most people, Ihipa never seemed like the criminal type, but some saw her as a symbol of death since she was an anubis which they knew was the Egyptian God of Death (although they didn't understand that Anubis just ushered souls, he didn't actually do the killing). And it was true, Ihipa wasn't actually the criminal type, but she was obsessed with setting fires and that was the main cause for her criminal acts. She set fires as a release for stress and since she had bipolar disorder too, she was stressed a lot because of her severe mood swings. She showed no regret or remorse for the deaths of the people she accidentally killed in a couple of her fires, she just loved watching the fires burn.

Ihipa sat in her seat on the train, fidgeting every now and again. Everyone had been warned not to let her have matches or lighters or near anything with which she could start a fire. She had even been searched for fire-starting items. She sighed and pulled her legs up to her chest, resting her chin on her knees and looking out the window.

Wolfgang got up and went to the bathroom and locked the door and got out a bag of weed.

Ihipa growled in frustration and grabbed the pillow from the empty seat next to her. She tore it in half and threw it on the floor. She then started to cry and wiped her eyes with her arm. "What I wouldn't do for some medication..." She grumbled. Her parents never believed that she had any mental problems and so the never let her go to the doctor for some medication for the disorder she knew she had, plus they thought their daughter being on meds would make them look bad.

Crime(s): Disturbing the Peace, Carrying and Hiding a weapon, Attempted murder, 1st degree Murder, possesion of Multiple drugs
Mental State: Purely Insane, and Split Personality disorder
Bio: Haru was the Outcast of her family, and was known as the black sheep, at the age of 14 she was kicked out of her house after she killed her father and older brother for abusing her, she always carries her choice of weapon, her beloved Katana and she won't let no one touch it as it is a bad omen for her, she only trust one person that is her Childhood friend but she died along time ago by a gang, that was the day she went insane and killed them all off. Because of the she has two personalities, One that acted liked a little ten year old on crack thatonly one can understand the only word she says, the other side of her is a ruthless killer but will not hurt the ones she likes and will only come out when she feels threaten'd
Haru sat in class and looked over at one of her friends that she would only talk to but rarely did, did the give me sign asking if she could have some too ""Murr?"

A few minutes later Wolfgang finished his joint and he went back to class.

A voice came over the train intercom. "10 minutes to Alister." Ihipa groaned and hit her forehead against the window. "What is your issue?" The person seated on the other side of the aisle questioned in a sort of irritated tone. "None of your business." She snapped. "Well, it's not like your the only one going to this stupid school." He said, trying to actually start a conversation. "Yeah, and it's not like you know anything about me and my problems, so leave me alone." She said, irritated. "Whatever. Forgive me for trying to start a conversation." He grumbled and looked out the window. Ihipa sighed and just looked out her window, sort of feeling bad now.
After a little bit, the voice came over the intercom again. "One minute to Alister." Ihipa ran her hand through her hair and exhaled. "Here we go..."

Sees wolfgang walk into the class and waves to him holding something in a little box "Murr!"

Wolfgang sat down next to kit. "Want some of this?"

Knods her head 'Murr" gave wolf a hug as she took a drag

Wolfgang took a drag and smiled as he got high.

Rest her head on Wolfgang's shoulder as she got a bit high gripping her katana as a couple of students walked by giving her a glare, "Murrrrrrr...."

Wolfgang murred as he was smoking his joint.

Haru's ear perked up as she remembered to give wolf the envelope that she got as well "Murr!" she said handing it to him

Wolfgang took the envelope and opened it.

Haru's ears went back as she read hers then looked at wolf with a sad face "murr..." Looked at wolf's letter and realized they were going to the same place

Wolfgang looked at Haru. "We're going to Alister correctional school." he said frowning.

Wrote on a piece of paper "Well atleast we will be together right wolf, but they better not take my katana there will be blood spilt"

"right, that's what matters to me." he said hugging haru.

Murrs a little when wolf hugged her and trips a preppy rabbit who walked by "Heh..."

Wolf giggled when haru tripped the rabbit.

Haru moved her foot back into place and helped the rabbit up making her and wolf look innocent as the rabbit ran off in fear from haru's glare, she whispered into wolf's ear "Let's skip class what's the point we're going to leave here anyways"

"Yeah, lets." he said smiling.

Haru grabbed one of wolf's hands and grabbed her stuff in the other dragging him out of the class as the teacher stopped them
"Where are you two going if i may ask..." The teacher said looking at them
"Hurt..." Points down to her bruise that she got when she tripped the rabbit
the teacher looked and sighed and let the two pass
"We got lucky, i love how my plans work" Haru whispered into wolf's ear again

"It was lucky, what do you want to do?" he asked.

"Lets check if there is anyone else on the school roof" Haru said with a grin on her face "I'm looking for someone"

"Alright." he said heading to a ladder that led to the roof.

The train came to a halt and Ihipa reluctantly got up from her seat. She got off the train carrying a bag of her belongings and looked upon the school. She took a deep breath and exhaled before starting towards the school. "This is going to suck majorly..." She grumbled. "Tell me about..." Came the voice of the guy she had snapped at before. Ihipa kind of chuckled and shook her head as she continued onward.

Name: Konata Fredricos (nickname: Freddy)
Age: 17
Height: 5"0
Crime(s): Disturbing the peace, voluntary manslaughter, attempted murder, arson
Mental State: Paracusia, Paranoia, posttraumatic stress disorder
Bio: Konata's father, who was suspected of murder years previously, became intoxicated one night and killed Konata's mother. Before he could make it to her she took one of the scythes from the barn and lopped his head off. Konata was found by the police the following morning, sitting on the fence in front of her burning house, her father's head balanced on a fence spike beside her. Ever since then she has moved from one correctional facility to another, her mental illnesses spiraling out from those events. As she grew older, the employees at the correctional facilities took to calling her 'Freddy' because they said if you looked at her, you'd have nightmares for a year; a rumor that spread in ever town she went to. Last year she escaped the facility(they thought she was improving and decreased security), was frightened by a group of people that night and burned a block of houses to the ground.
Konata stepped off of the train and looked about. She had never been to a correctional facility such as this one and the reason as to why she had suddenly been transferred there intrigued her. However, as amused by the though as she was, Konata shrugged it off and took her bags from the step, keeping her eyes to the ground at all time. She prayed that her time there would not be as eventful as previous places had proved to be...

Haru jumped over wolf and climbed up the latter and looked back down shaking her head "Let's go to the train station and leave already... it's boring here" She said in a low voice

"yeah." he said in a low voice as well.

"Don't worry wolf i bet it will be funner than this cruddy school" She said as she jumped down from the last couple of steps "Besides what else do we got to lose?"

"My sanity." he joked as he landed next to haru.

"Heck you know i took that when you met me wolf" She said giggling a bit "So to the train station? and well i see that your parents won't care if you don't say good bye" She said looking down at the ground
(Oh almost forgot Haru grew up without no family or parents ^w^;; )

"Yeah, we stopped talking when I started doing weed." he said as he and haru left the school.

Got a little gloomy "Well atleast you have parents wolf... heh... well that one lady at the orphanage was like a mom to me until she died... that was the first time in my life i seen someone die by a thug... and that was the first time i killed a person... i never told you about that wolf and we've known each other for a year now right?" She said starting to smile again

"A year and a half." he said with a smile/.

"Yeah... you were the first person i talked to in many years wolf" She said hanging on him a bit

Wolf smiled and held Haru as the walked to the train station.

Gets to the train station with wolf and hands the ticket person (>_<) hers and wolf's "Ready?" she asked wolf

"Yup." he said walking to the platform.

Smirks a bit "Want to see if any of the first class cars are open?"

"sure." he said with a smile.

"Try not to lose me wolf" She said as she ran off towards the first class cabins, a couple of minutes later she found an empty one with no one in it and with no reserved signs

Wolf got into the first class cabin. "think they'll let us smoke?"

Looks around "I see no no smoking signs so i guess it's a yes... !!!" Runs over and finds a letter "Hey wolf um... funny thing this cabin is reserved... for us, and..." Gets excited as she reads the letter and tosses it to wolf "Yay!" starts digging in the fridge and gets some beer and other drink "Where is it... sake... sake... ah found it"

"hey pass me a beer." he said reading the note Haru tossed him.

"Ok wolf" Hand wolf a beer as she has all the sake in the little fridge

Wolf popped open the bottle and took a swig.

The guy from the train took out a lighter to light a cigarette and a teacher walked by, taking the lighter from him. "No lighters around this one." The teacher said, gesturing to Ihipa.
"And why's that?" He asked after the teacher walked off. "Hmm...maybe because I'm an arsonist?" Ihipa said matter-of-factly. "Ah, I see...well, I'll keep that in mind." He responded before entering the school. Ihipa shook her head then looked at the doorway to the school. She walked inside then into the welcome area and sat down. "Hurry up and wait." She muttered to herself.

took out two pack from her bag giving one to wolf and one for hersolf, she lit one up and drank some sake "I love how they treat us"

"I love it too." he said leaning in his seat drinking.

"One hour till we arrive at Alister"
Haru looked at the speaker where the voice came from "Well we have a little time left but atleast it will be fun" She said smiling

"Yeah." Wolf said. He got up and shut the door to their cabin and got out a smoke.

bio: rom is a thief, thats pretty much it, she was stealing from a jewlery store and got caught on a silent alarm.
rom hopped off the bus and was escorted inside by the officers. she got inside and looked around for sombody familar.

Lights wolf's and her smoke and hides her lighter "You never know what type of people are going to this school"

"Yeah, but we got to watch out for each other." he said inhaling.

Smiles a bit and exhales while talking "Like we've always been doing" she said smiling

"Pretty much." he said exhaling.

Sits down and looks out the window while lighting up another smoke "So wolf whats on your mind about this school, do you think they got classes like a normal one... wait never mind that last question ^w^

Wolfgang looked out the window, watching the landscape go by.

The guy from the train came over and sat next to Ihipa, who now noticed that the guy was a black wolf with silver eyes since she hadn't paid much attention before. "Hi again." He said in a rather chipper tone. "Hello..." She said, looking at him. "So I never introduced myself...I'm Sean Jamison. What's your name?" He extended his paw to her. "Ihipa Badawi." She said, shaking his paw. "Hmm, interesting name...Egyptian?" He asked. "Yeah...although it's not hard to guess by what species I am and how I dress..." She replied, looking down at her clothes. "True." He said, chuckling. "So when do you think they're going to start this thing?" He asked, looking around. Ihipa shrugged. "I don't know...they're probably more people coming so they have to wait until everyone's here." She responded. "Well, that makes sense." He said and cracked his knuckles. "I guess we'll just have to try to be patient and try to pass the time." She glanced at him. "I guess so..."

Mental: Cleptomaniac. (I would guess that's a mental thing, so yeah...)
Bio: Sean always took things unconsciously since he was very young. He was especially particular of shiny things. It was never thought to be an issue by his parents though since it was always pretty harmless and things were always given back. Then we he got older, he started to rob consciously as well as unconsciously, knowing exactly what he was doing most of the time.

Mental state: Sociopathic, obsessive-compulsive
Crimes: Multiple counts of assault, battery, and an escaped conviction of third degree murder (insanity plea)
Bio: Shaun is normally a seemingly well adjusted, if somewhat reclusive, teenager. However, he is subject to 'bursts of seemingly unprovoked and startlingly intense bursts of violence' when his boundaries are crossed. One green, glassy eye stands in stark contrast with his other unremarkable golden feline eye. Black fur stays neatly under matching black clothes, with only a small patch of white on his chest.
Shaun sat alone, already at his desk, eyes closed as the faint sounds of Miles Davis' trumpet sounded through his iPods headset.

sits down behind wolfgang and starts humming happily.

Wolfgang chuckled and sipped his beer.

"the funny thing is i really didn't the shrink dude they sent to talk to me said i have a second personality and a slight chance of gaining another, eh i don't dwell on it so when is this thing gonna get going im getting bored"he said with a smile on his face

"We might as well enjoy it." he said. "what some weed?"

Wolfgang looked around and gave renjiki a joint.

takes one last hit before hes totally baked and begins to attempt to drink his empty beer.

hands you a bottle of water"here i always keep a spare drink with me" then sprays an sweet smelling body mist in the air to get rid of the pot smell "don't ask"

Wolfgang guzzled down the water.

"Yeah I guess." he said still guzzling down the water.

he stops laughing for a minute"hey something bugging you man you seem kinda down?"

"My parents probably put me in this school, I got high once and they go off the deep end." he said smirking.

"ha you're lucky i grew up on the streets with just my two pack members we used to say we were a pack hahaha but anything in life i wanted i had to take but i didn't want to so i gess thats how i gained my multiple personality thing don't ask me but hey man listen im sure thats not the case im sure they had a good reason for what they did maybe they are just hoping that when you return you'll be a better person or something just don't hold it against them im sure they love you very mutch they must just think that this was the right course of action to take just remember that no matter what they are you're parents and i know in my heart they love you."after words he takes in a deep breath for his speech left him winded

Wolfgang smiled and decided to sit next to Renjiki

Renjiki kinda leans against wolfgang and starts blushingfor some reason.

Wolfgang smiled. "in front is haru." he said resting his head on Renjiki's shoulders.

he smiles and somewhat giggles blushing even more.

Wolfgang decided to be daring and gave Renjiki a lick on his neck.

Renjiki turns away with this exspretion on his face :-[

Wolfgang smiled and put in his Ipod.

he stops for a second and decides it couldn't hurt to try so he kisses wolfgang on the cheek and turns away afraid to see his reaction

Wolfgang smiled as Renjiki kissed his cheek and kissed his cheek back.

he blushes for a second and his ears perk up and he hugs wolfgang in almost a cuddle.

Wolfgang smiled and he let ranjiki hold him.

then renjiki slowly drifts to sleep in wolfgang's arms but in a way that would allow wolfgang to get up and move away with out disturbing him

Wolfgang smiled and held Ranjiki as he slept.

as he drifts in his sleep you can hear renjiki saying "i love you wolfy" with a soft sigh

Wolfgang whispered in renjiki's ear. "I love you too."
(Everyone calls me Wolfy, it's like a pet name)

(i kinda went out on a whim and gessed that one lol) he smiles in his sleep as if he heared you and hes happy you said that

wolfgang smiled as he held ranjiki.

after sleeping a good amount of time renjiki finally wakes up and looks up to see wolfgang gives him a hug and kiss on the cheek"heh sorry i kinda dosed off there for a second"runs his eyes "so whats new?"

"Not much." he said looking out at the landscape as it moved by.

"hhhmmmm this is nice though isnt it? you know just the two of us all alone"

"Yeah." he said smiling.

Wolfgang nuzzled Renjiki's neck softly.

renjiki lets out a slight sigh and rests his head against wolfgangs
(ok but thank you for mentioning that it gave me a chance to clear it up so no one got confused)

Wolfgang kissed Renjiki's head and smiled.

"the others are asleep." he said looking around.

renjiki begins to mumble to himself "he i am with the most amazing guy iv ever met everyone els is asleep i must be the luckiest coon ever :-[

"what was that Ren?" he asked him.

"oh ah nothing sorry just thinking out loud to my self i gess hahaha" he says with a nerves chuckle

Wolfgang smiled and looked out at the passing landscape.

renjiki smile and begins to watch the scenery pass by with wolfgang

Runs down the hallway trying to find the closest bathroom "Not going to make it" She said cupping her mouth making it to the bathroom in time

Renjiki's ears twitch and looks back after hearing someone rushed to get to the bathroom and calls back "hey you ok back there?"

"I hope Haru's okay." he said out loud.

walks into the cabin "Yeah i'm ok... just a little train sick from drinking a little to much" She said with her cheeks still red

"Good." Wolfgang said, he never got train sick but when he was drunk he could get sick.

lights a smoke and sits down "so wolf-chan, you already found a boyfriend?" she said jokingly

Renjiki answers for wolf with a slight giggle in his voice "yes at least i think so"

"Maybe." he said with a giggle.

walks oveer and gets a serious look in her eyes and looks into Renjiki's eyes "....." Smiles "Your a good person i can tell" she said as she sat back down "just don't make wolf cry or i get to have my fun" She said holding her katana at her side

Crime(s): Breaking and Entering, Theft, Arson,
Mental State: Institutionally Ready
Bio: Saphir was raised by two LOADED women who could not have children. Cynthia and Angelica Krews are mother and daughter, the youngest being thirty-three. Saphir hates them, wishes they would die and mostly blames them for her mishaps. She's completely unstable and pricklier than a desert cactus.

There were not too many people on the outside of the facility. She peered about and spotted two people who had also gotten off of the train a few cars down, but she did not approach. Instead, she headed towards the facility, head low but eyes darting about, taking in the surroundings in a hurry. Her right hand twitched nervously, the pinky protruding in a curved and peculiar manner.
Konata spotted smoke from another train, just as the one she had stepped away from began to depart. She assumed that there would be more people on the new train, though she couldn't have been certain.
The facility looked very... 'swank' from the outside.

Looks outside and sees the school "Well looks like we are here" She said with a smile "But if they attempt to take my katana there will be blood my grandfather gave me this..." Haru said holding it tightly

Wolf smiled and he put a bag of weed in his pants.

Lights a smoke and puts her lighter in her bra "I'll wait outside for you" Haru said walking out and off the train

Wolf hopped off the train while lighting his own smoke.

looks at wolf "You better hide that i just seen a couple of students get theirs taken away" Haru said smirking a bit

Ihipa's ears twitched and she looked towards the doors. "I think another train has just arrived." She said and looked back towards Sean. "Good. Maybe things will get started soon...although I might not even stick around." Sean said, chuckling a little. "Yeah, I might not either." She said, looking around at the other students in the room.

Saphir growled and leaped out of the train, eyes searching for anything to set on fire. Her fingers clenched and she held herself against another act. They'd said one more mishap and she'd be shipped off to another school. Snarling a few colorful curses under her breath at her misfortune, she set off toward her new school.

Saphir snarled, wiping her foot off easily and ramming into Haru again. "Kiss my a**." She replied sweetly, disappearing into the school with a satisfied smirk.

Mental State: Severely mentally unstable
Bio: Known only as Snowy. He has the appearance of a typical 10 year old boy, but he has the mind of a master criminal, Purposely killing 7000 people in a expertly timed detonation of a major shopping complex. He shows little to no emotion, his upbringing included training in CQC, demolitions and sharpshooting.
Snowy sat in silence throughout the train journey, his ears flicking now and then in annoyance "why is this taking so long? Screw it, I'm gonna go see if there is anything useful on this train." He hopped off the seat and walked down the aisle towards the front of the train, his tail swishing slightly in anticipation, though anticipation of what, he didn't quite know. Making it to the front of the train he looked in a few draws and cupboards. He found the ingredients he needed to make a small explosive, enough maybe to blow one or maybe two carriages if he's lucky. Unfortunately he was caught before he could do some serious damage. Snowy was locked in solitary confinement for the rest of the train ride.

Shaun, having grown tired of the classroom, passed the two fighting in the hallway. Troublemakers... Well, I suppose I should have expected them sooner or later. He simply passes them by, his tail swaying in rythm to 'A night in Tunisia' as it played on his iPod.

Her satisfaction was short-lived though. Inside the school was order and systems. Saphir snorted, gagging on the smell of cleanliness in the air. Her ears flattened against her skull and her fur stood on end. "What the ****?"

After being pulled out of Solitary confinement a Straight jacket was place on the Leopard. Snowy waited to go in with little event, inside, he saw furs wrinkle their noses and look in disgust at the school. Snowy however, found it quite relaxing and tasteful. He wriggled in his straight jacket with his tail flicking in irritation before being escorted fully inside

When someone touched her shoulder, she whirled, confronted with a guard of some sort. She looked at him with contempt, eyes sizing him up. Dismissing him as low enough to only be a mild pain, Saphir half-turned back to surveying the vast centre in the dome of the main building.
"Ahem...."
"Yea."
"Miss, can I help you? .... Why aren't you in class?" The husky demanded.
Saphir held a cruel smile. Her eyes flicked to the jacketed leopard, sparkling mysteriously. Taking a last look around, she got within inches of the guard's face and breathed out, her foul breath, reeking of old meat and burnt flesh making him gag. She smirked wider, making a contempt sound. Just what I thought. A bunch of push-overs like the rest. She assured herself.
"If you'll please follow me, I'll get you some breath mints for that offending odor you possess in your mouth.... Now." He growled, taking hold of her arm.
Saphir pulled her arm away, hackles raising higher as a savage roar started in her stomach. Moving a step forward, she ducked and swung out, hitting him in the gut. The guttural, feral roar still building. Lips clearing her sharp, white teeth, Saphir let loose the mighty roar that she'd built, staying low and slinking backwards to the dorms.

"So Sean..." Ihipa started. "What exactly did you do to get here?" She looked at him curiously. "Me? Oh, well that would be...robbery, armed robbery, and grand theft auto." Sean said, looking up at the ceiling thoughtfully. "Ah, I could say that's better than me." She made an uneasy face. "Really? What'd you do?" He asked as he looked back at her.
She sighed. "Well, you already know about the arson part..." She paused and Sean nodded. "And then there's the umm...first- and second-degree murder." She said, mumbling the last part. "Are you serious?!" Sean said, looking utterly surprised. Ihipa just nodded her response. "Wow, that's really...just...wow. I mean, you don't seem like you'd hurt a fly..." He said, rubbing the back of his neck. "Well, the thing is, it's mainly just murder because I planned the fires...so since part of it was planned, the deaths of the people I didn't know were there were declared as murders." She explained and finally looked at him again. "Ah, I see. I can understand that more now. He said, nodding.
There was a slightly awkward silence before either of them spoke again. "So, umm, you want to stay for this thing or do you want to just head off and walk around?" Sean asked, breaking the silence. "Let's get out of here." Ihipa responded, standing up. "Alrighty." He said and stood up next to her. They both headed out of the welcome room and started their own little tour to see what the school was like.

Haru said as she ran in and seen a guard holding his gut "She caught the one girl from earlier from the corner of her eyes as she helpped the gaurd p "You ok sir?" She said slipping something from his sight before he looked at her

Smirking wildly, she flattened herself to the wall, following the guard and the leopard in a straight jacket. Walking along behind them in silence, she waited for some kind of alarm to go off, almost giddy with delight at her escape. Aqua eyes flashing, she purred softly.

She walked off out of everyones view "Lets see... only 60 dollars... meh it will do..." Haru said as she threw the wallt away and walked off

After several minutes of following, she pushed away from the wall and tapped the guard's belt. "Mind if I help? I was sent to relieve you." She told them, smiling genuinely. The fur that was raised had already flattened and she now sported a glossy black coat. Her aqua eyes flashed as she patiently waited for the guard's response.
"He's... what? A little younger than twice how old you are?" She smirked wider. "Give him over to me, I'll be sure he gets to his room. Promise. Principal says he's to be in a special room anyway. Got the key right here." She growls, pulling out a newly-made key of sorts.
