It was cold and he was hungry, it was rough being a solo wolf in the wilderness. Suddenly through the air a howl came for help, he had thought himself alone. He sniffed the air, picking up the scent of a female wolf nearby and howled back as he began to make his way towards the sound.

It wasn't long till he found her, pure white as the winter's snow. She didn't seem to be in any trouble, or injured in anyway. "Probably a trap" he thought to himself as he bared his teeth. His brilliant blue eyes began to glow, full of magic and power. "Why do you howl if your not in trouble?" he asked, frustrated. Nearby he caught the scent of another, but chose to ignore it for the time being.

"I'm not going to hurt you, I merely thought this a ploy due to my first impression of a lack of danger. You really need to eat, allow me to help you." he said calmly and articulately. He tried to force a smile so she wouldn't be alarmed, he couldn't believe one like her was out here alone. The scent of the other wolf was drawing near, too many new wolves all of a sudden but then again he had wandered her, it might be their territory.

As soon as she entered a giant bear hooked her into a tree. She cried out a loud yelp. "damn it!" Sal tried to get up. The bear looked at her and laughed. "I will kill you if you EVER come near ANY bear ever again." The bear threatened and ran away.

He examined her, she didn't appear to be injured or starving this would be the second time he had some to a howl for help and found no distinguishable clues. "What is going on here?" he finally managed. "You aren't starving like this one, so what is the problem?"

Xerujar raised a brow at this wolf, she seemed a bit off in the head and acted in a rather erratic manner. He turned around and followed the white wolf, still feeling like he should help her get something to eat. "So white wolf, do you have a name?"

His speech was once again interrupted by the other wolf. He looked at her with a certain disdain for tomfoolery. "Times are tough for all, but going crazy despite our kind intentions is not going to help you at all. What is your name?"

Food is plentiful in the area from what I have witnessed, one can find a abundance of snow shoe rabbits about. They make for a nice snack." he offered. He looked at Zaphira and then Salania, they were a peculiar bunch. One was nearly starved to death, and despite her radiant white beauty he could imagine why she was here alone. The other seemed erratic and a bit unaware of her surroundings.

A tear trickled down, her fur soaking it up. "if you need help... howl." she walked away and went back to her den. she layed down inside and sighed.

Xeru looks at them both quizzically not exactly sure as to what he should be doing. Sitting out in the snow wasn't exactly that fun he'd rather be in a warm cave or elsewhere. "I guess we should hunt, before it gets dark and the prey hides for the night"

Salania wandered through the shrubbery that outlined the edge of the forest. She spotted a small hare. "Ha ha. you're mine" she said as she pounced it.

Aurore sat in the shade of a pine, scenting the air. As she caught the scent of a small white hare, she tracked it, paws swift in the snow. Growling as she pounced, she closed her jaws around its neck and jerked, carrying her dinner home. Her ribs showcased through her skin as this was the first meal she'd caught in a few weeks. Her belly rumbled but she set the food down under the tree and sat next to it, head on her paws.

apollo stumbled through the snow lost and alone she looked over a snowy plain and saw 2 other wolves, the wind was blowing tward them from her, she couldn't smell them but they could smell her, but she was too young to know and under stand this concept so she crept forward anyway, hoping to sneak by them.

"Who might you be newcomer?"
