For those who need to learn to fight against someone in a duel and keeping it fair(no god losing, insta kills, stuff like that.), this thread can be used at your convenience. Feel free to spar with me or someone else. Please, keep it clean and don't go into TOO much detail in a wound description.

(Jumps into arena) Alright. Lets fight in Nolan City -5000B.C (Sets machine sim and there are tall buildings in a futuristic city. It is drizzling slightly as Shado grips her scythe) Any rules?

"Just the usual, no god moding, instant kills, or invulnerability. You can't block everything, either. Let's go." I draw my twin shortswords and hold one regularly, the other the blade down. "Ready when you are..."

(Shado casts Guard Lv.1 to protect her head and gut, runs twoards Acies, then slices downwards)

I quickly sidestep, slapping her with the flat of my blade in the gut. I tried to move, but her scythe pinned my cloak to the ground. "You need to learn strategy, rushing into battle without a plan is just asking to die." I held up my blades in a cross like shape, prepared to guard against the next attack. "Try to trick your opponent out."

"Umph!... Alright, here we go then." (Shado pulls her scythe up in a cresent moon shape, dislodging one of Acies' swords, which lands in the distance. She goes for a quick kick to the side, then jumps back, taking a guard position)

"Not bad... Unff...!" I wince as the kick lands in my side. I take an offensive stance and advance. "Now to work on defense." I rush her, jumping aside at the last second to attack from her unguarded side.

"Holy snap!" (Shado grabs his leg, but winces in pain with the impact, as it still hits her side a bit.) Sssh... o_< (Letting go, she rubs her side. She pulls out a piece of paper from her pocket and folds it a couple of times, then puts it back, and circles Acies wairly)

"Now try it on me. Try to get the upper hand." I took a defensive stance.

(Shado casts Acid Rain Lv. 1 -Lowers opponents accuracy- and gets down on all fours [Is transformation allowed?] )

(Sure. Plus, putting your actions in ** makes it easier for others to pick up.)
I get bombarded by the acid rain, my eyes burning and stinging. "Ugh... Not good..."

(Shado throws the paper dagger that she folded earlier at him, runs towards him, and grabs him by the shirt, then throws him down onto the ground, but is slightly offset by the weight diffrence) "Tsk..."

(ok, that was good)
I fell to the ground, her paper dagger grazing my cheek. I put my sword to her gut, ready to thrust. "Not bad. Not bad at all. Learn your opponent and you learn how to beat them."

Thanks for the practice, but I'll come back tomorrow, I'm still a long ways off... (Shakes paw):D

Here, letme help... (helps pour water over his eyes to wash out remaining acid) We need a nurse or something for these fights...

I'm a back! But no fights, just questions. Would it be considered god-modding if....
(As Shining rolls to dodge Shado's paper dagger, Shado sinks into shadows and grabs Shining leg as he regains his stance) But really, Mina IS the demon-spawn of a god, so....

i think it might be god modding, mabey not if u made ure cha, like really tired or slower, but other than that it sounds cheap, like if i pulled up the earth sending my opponent into the wall, that would be cheap, if i moved the earthg beneath his feet causing him to lose balance, and i was focused on that, and that made me open to attacks then that might be fair

Ah... I understand. But can you review my last fight and tell me if any of my moves were kinda cheap?

ummm after the acid rain, mabey that was a bit cheap how you run up tp him and throw him down, that dosen't give him a chance to doge or anything

I walk around on the mat jumping up and down getting pumped up, i call over to uschi "HEY! wanna go? you set the rules and settings if ya want"

"ok no armor weapons, or magic" uschi said shrugging out of her armor and leaving her weapons on the ground, as a arena setting comes up "ready"

I drop my blades and walk into the center of the arena, then i take off my shirt and zip my pants into shorts, stretching and clinching my fists, finally flattening my chest fur and scratching an ear "ready as i'll ever be"

crouches down and rests on knuckles "go" she wispred launching at the dog

I jump into the air and let a knee fly for her face, getting my footpaws move to kick off her arm if she tried to hit me

uschi bends backward, and slids beneath andre, grabbing his tail and yanking hard

I yelp as i come down hard on her head with my elbow, crawling away, and getting to my feet, wishing i had a knife with me "Dayum, we're playing that way are we?"

"hey srry man, but at least we don't have blades" she smild and lunged at him again

I jump around a bit before running at her and fakeing a jump, suddenly rolling under her chin and kicking straight up

gets kicked in the jaw, but forgets about her foot, so crashes it forward, to the dog on the ground while moving her head again and grab onto anre's foot with her powerful jaws "hey i didn't crunch" she said around his foot

Throws himself into the air and punches her in the jaw mucle making it go slack and rolls back, jumping up and staying back a bit "true, but in a sparring match it's best not to cause too much damage"

"hey i didn't crunch" she said rubbing her jaw and crashing into the dog again

I roll with the blow, hugging her neck and fliping around to her back before kicking off to land behind her

(Woo... I see this is getting some good use! You guys should duke it out in the Arena later!)

uschi swong her leg around sweeping out his feet

As I fall to the ground i kick her inner thigh, shocking the mucle to cause a spasm, I roll to the side and get up running up behind her and drop kicking her behind the knee

uschi fell forward, but swong her legs and lower body in a circle, knocking into andre, pushing him into a wall, standing up and wincing she rushed to meet him and swong her fists at a blazing sped

Seeing the fists coming for my face I get low, letting them hit the wall behind me, thankfully her height let me escape the blows that would have surely killed me, i gather my legs under me and lunge up at full speed, meeting her neck with teeth and an open jaw, pushing her up a bit with the impact, but not biting down hard enough to cause damage

big mistake she thought bending her head dwn hard, and standing up, while grabbing andre in a bear hug, imoblazing his arms, and putting his head in a vice

"If you insist" I mumble through her fur, I dig the claws on my footpaws into her thighs and push hard, essentialy stabbing her leg mucles with spikes as i bite her neck, forcing her windpipe shut, not hurting her too much, but making it rather hard to brethe

"i said no weapons" she grumbled squezing andre forcing air out of his lungs and not leting anymore in while crunching her head down, making it unconfortable or her friend to say the least

I would have responded with some kind of apology, but that wasn't going to happen any time soon, so with my last few moments of conciousness i bit and dug and cut as hard as i could, letting all of my claws find their way into some part of her body trying to get her to let go

is in pain but is a stubborn mule and keeps her hold on her friend "just a bit longer..."

Just before fading into nothingness i gather all my streingth and bite down with my jaws, closing her windpipe as i pass out with my jaws firmly locked onto her neck

feels andre go limp, as i let go and pry his jaws apart, i let him rest on the mat, "good match" she said fixing him up and putting him to bed

I wake up in lots of pain and very tierd, rather embarassed that i lost, i sit up and look around, seeing uschi i call over to her in a dry voice "nice.. match.."

gives water and lays down "u too" she said tiredly closing her eyes

I drink it and lay back passing back out

Walks into training ground bowing slightly as he entered the training groound.

*Appears behind Jinx* "So wanna spar? Son?" kit said with a wide grin on his face

Smiles. "Why yes i do."

*smirks a bit as he walks over to a clear area* well now shall we get started kit said as he pulled his cloymore out pointing it at jinx with one hand

Smiles and eyes the claymore. "Nice sword."

"thanks" kit said getting into a stance like Squall and Cloud (FF8 and FF7 for those who don't know)

"Ready when you are." Making sure that my feet are spread evenly apart and grips my reverse blades hilt firmly. "But lets not kill eachother ok? Non-leathal blows if you will."

(ok, there will be NO KILLING in this thread. Weapons are blunted to do minimal damage to the oponent. Wards are aroung each member sparring if magic comes into play. Sorry, but because the arena was locked, I'm trying my hardest to keep this one open. Please, do NOT fight to the end. Reach a certain spot, quit, and let others spar. Thank you for your time and understanding.)

Sen walked into the sparring room, looking around. This was a big change from his arena... "What's going on in here...?"

"Friendly and clean sparring. Feel free to better your skills and help others."

"Come on kit. Its your move." Smiles.

smirks as he rushes at jinx with his big chunk of metal in his left and his Zanpaktou in his right, "Ok ya asked for it son" kit said as he took a swing at jinx with the flat side of the bigger sword
(If you've watched Beserker than you know what i'm talking about the big chunk of metal part)

(Beserker was awesome! And the fact that he never sharpened his sword and yet he was able to do all that damage!)
"Oh well. I think i can handle it." Jumps over the sword and trys to spin kick Kit.

wakes up and streches (ps thanks for putting the rules, of no killing blows and blunted blades. ace)

(ok, new update! Boxing matches are now being held in Serious RP! You can use this room to practice your boxing or still try your hand at other styles.)

*Blocks Jinx's kick with his other sword then jumps back

Runs at Kit again goes low for a sweep kick while bring the sword up for an attack.

*takes the low sweep as he puts his sword flat side to land on jinx*

Uses my blade to parry flat side of the sword and rolls away.

*quickly jumps up and gets into a different fighting style*

Stands up and keeps sword pointed at the ground.

stands up and walks over to some furs watching the match "can we tak a crack at it or is it like the arena where we can't have more than one match at a time"

Meh, go ahead. Just NO killing. It's not an official match, so go ahead.

(dude i freaken follow the rules put in the thread, ok sen's rules said killing blow, i didn't break anyof his rules, i won't break anyof the ones you put in here, please stop treating me like i'm going to ****** slaughter every one here by telling me no killing every chance you get)

Stands still and thrusts one sword into the ground and holds the other one like squall "Get ready... jinx" kit said with a smirk on his face "omniheart" kit said under his breath as he rushed towards jinx slashing away with the dull blade

Ducks under the blades slash and hits Kit in the stomach with the hilt of my reverse blade.

gets hit by jinx's reverse katana "..." grabs Jinx's Arm and pulls jinx in punching him in the stomach than hits him with the hilt of his zanpaktou right in the chin

Uses the force of the blow to do a back flip nailing Kit in the chin. Then jumps back waiting.

continues to look up and smirks "heh now this is getting interesting" kit said looking down and popping his neck "Time for a little fist to fist" kit said as he put his zanpaktou away, ... kit cracks his nuckles as he gets into the gentle fist fighting style

(jeez, uschi! Calm the **** down! I'm not trying to start stuff here, and I'm not singling you out. That was for EVERYONE, not just YOU...)

(then how come any time i say can we fight u say no killing like i would when it's agianst the rules u put up, ok jinx and kit were sparring for a while and u tole thm the new rules, a while later i come in and u say the rules again, not before >:| ok i wasn't totaly at fault for the arena, please stop treating me like i'll kill every one)

I watch the sparring match between Kit and Jinx, keeping an eye out for their well being.

Smiles. "Fist to fist huh?" Looks around. "Alright fine." Puts my reverse blade back into its scabbard. "Lets go."

*Runs towards jinx and slids on the ground to knock his feet from under him but fakes out and kicks jinx in the chin with both feet while rising up doing a hand stand sending jinx into the air*

Gets sent into the air but grabs one of kits feet and uses it to send me barreling into his chest with both of my own.

Wraps my legs around your waist as i slam you into the ground while jumping on top of you pinning you down "Give up?" Kit said with a smile on his face

Smiles. "Give up? Not in my vocabulary." *Flips us over and grabs kits wrists*

"..." kit shrugs and knees jinx in the butt

Wiggles out and still grabbing wrists flips Kit up and out.

*Lands on his two feet and starts to swing jinx around and into the air

Alows himself to be swung in the air.

grabs his big sword and smacks jinx in the back sending him to the ground as a very fast speed, Kit jumps off of the roof and lands under Jinx hitting his stomach with the hilt of his zanpaktou

Hits the ground and wheezes out "I give."

*Puts his two swords on his back and offers jinx a hand* "Good fight jinx"

Waves away hand and climbs to his feet. "I will win." And walks out.

"i'd love a match" uschi said walking up to him, "no weapons and no armor"

(clothes are allowed, just nothing too protective. A shirt and pants is probably enough)

"ok then" ghost said stepping into the ring flexing her wings. her black eyes carefully scanning the human infront of her, he looked very dark in her negative eyes, he looked almost harmless, but you should never underestemate your adversary "after you"

"i thught it was just u and me" ghost asked the human, "oh and magic will be allowed ok"

[she changed her fursona back to her original. Forget Uschi, focus on Ghost]

ghost flew at the human, arms tucked in to increase speed

forms fire ball and throws it at the human

barrel rolls out of the way, but her wing gets hit and she lands and kicks at the human

(actually no, i'm more like those weird angle things, i'm just a fair skinned human, with falcon wings, weird eyes, and ghost powrs, but i won't use them much cause thad would be a little cheap)
falls but rolls over to risa again, launching into an attack as soon as she was part way up

ghost dodges the attack and yells a falcon wail at the human, blowing most other stuff out of the way

breaks off of noise dodges fist, and swings around him, landing on his back, trying to drive her elbow into his back

takes blow and rolls off, dodges spell, wishing she could use her wings, she threw another fire ball at the human

getting tired but runs at human swinging her fist//

jumps up but still gets hit in shoulder by the punch

gets knocked back but flips in th ari and throws more fire at the human

uses wail to stop bullet and waits

wails louder, causing most glass in room to break

throws fire in front of her to distort the sound, transfreing energy into thje sound wavs to increase the pitch, so she couldn't hear it and it passed by her w/o probl;em "i'm bored and concied, you win"

"i think there is only one other human here, docser i think i could be getting he name wrong but w/e" ghost said laughing "i think i'm one of the only birds here, there are a few wolfs, cats, foxs, and other stuff"

"ok ure confusing me man, and same with ure bro... ya very confusing" she took out a wooden dummy, and used her powers to take over it, so she was moving a wooden dummy she made it hack and slash

ghost had an idea, she could control the wooden dummy, and some one else could control somthing else... w/e ghost continued to control the dummy, waiting for a new match

Goth walked into the sparring room, looking around. "Is there a match going on? Or can I have a little one-on-one with a willing victi-er, participant?"

Stands up. "I'll spar with ya."

He nods, and removes his coat. "So, how do you wanns do this? Weapons? Magic? Or paws?"

"Bring what you want. For i will only use my paws and a single Katana."

"If you insist."
He made his way into the actual area for sparring, removing his beloved clothing, wearing a pair of ripped blue and red short underneath everything. He threw his arm out, and grabbed the suddenly-there hilt of a sword twice as long as he was tall, and glowing a pale blue.
"Kaizer blade..."

Smiles a little. And gets into his fighting postion with his hand on the hilt of the blade ready.

"Void power, 10%."
Gripping the hilt tightly, Goth swun his sword up over his head, and then down straight into the ground. Travelling in a straight path for his challenger, ripping the ground apart, was a beam the size of a man's forearm, a beam of void.

Dodging easliy to his left and as fast has he could without messing up swinging his sword into goths ribs.

Goth pulled back on his sword, letting the length of his opponent's katana run along the edge. He removed the hand closest to Dreamer and shoved it out to slam the flat of his palm upward into his nose.

Seeing the palm but unable to do anything letting it hit him and allowing the force to push him back into a backwards flip. And brings the katana into a defensive stance.

Bringing his sword back, Goth stared down his opponent with a cold glare. He swung it in a wide arc, then broughtit up, over his head, to spin it around in a full circle.
"Void Thorn!"
The same, foul power he used before splintered out from the blade of the sword, seeking to assault Dreamer with it's rending power.

"A magical abillity must be met with the same." He muttered bringing his katana up in an arc as well then begins spinning in a circle slashing all the while with his katana then stops suddenly making tornado like winds within the sparring area.

Goth growled, tamping his claws down.
"Your winds may blow as hard as they wish...but the power of the Void will erase everything it its path from exsistence!!"
Goth brought his sword down into the ground, holding on tightly.

Smiling he launches himself at Goth using the tornado to increase his speed. Keeping the katana pointed at Goths throat.

Grinning, he waited until Dreamer got close enough. Then, he pulled himself up, into a handstand, holding onto his hilt, then pulled himself down and aimed to drop both knees on the top of Dreamer's head.

Seeing this unable to fully dodge but able to minamize damge by throwing himself into the sword taking both knees and knocking the blade from undernethe goth.

He released his sword at the moment his knees contacted Dreamer's body, to go down with the taller feline. Reaching out, he aimed to take up a fistful of hair and slam the head connected to the hair down on the floor. HARD.

Grabs ahold of Goth and flings him over him using the tornados sintrifucal force to help lift and throw him.

Goth managed to grab hold of his sword hilt. Pulling it free, he swung himself in a full circle, creating his own "tornado" of Void.
"Let's see what happens when two tornadoes collide."

Lands with his katana held in a defnsive potion ready to block any attacks. Then smiles as the two tornados cancel eachother out.

Goth growled again. He couldn't see a way to win. No solution. Only defense and the ocassional small blow, but that was it. He came forward, swinging his sword straight down above Dreamer.

Blocks the strike keeping ahold of the hilt and placing the palm of his hand against the back of the Katana to help the block and also swings his leg out for a quick kick to goths side.

He accepts the hit and releases one hand from the hilt, wrapping his arm around Dreamer's leg. Then he swings his opposite foot forward for a kick to Dreamer's stomach.
"Give up! You won't win!"

"You dont know me very well then. Because i'm to stuborn to give up." Takes the kick to the stomach while flinging other leg up into goths chin.

"I know your kidneys are soft and in danger."
And he aimed a volley of roundhouse kicks to Dreamer's kidneys.

Hissed in pain. and pulled his sword away from goths and makes a quick rapid attacks at his mid section.

watches the fight with mild intrest, idley takes out a piece of wood and starts carving with her thumb blade

Goth brought his sword back in to block the attack, then does what appears to be the stupidest thing ever- pushing his sword on top of Dreamer. In reality, the sword weighed about 1.5 tons. So, yeah...here comes pain.
"Tiiimbeeeer."

Sees this and throws himself out of the swords way.
