Picking a fursona is a very personal thing, and it’s different for everyone. You can pick your favorite animal, one that you feel reflects your personality, or one that represents qualities you’d like to aspire to. The good news is, a fursona doesn’t have to be permanent. You can try one out for a while and see how it feels.

Well... It's up to you really. Your fursona shows who you are in the fandom, so you should pick a species that represents you best. You should think about it. And you can always change it later! So don't be afraid to experiment! Nothing bad will happen if you do!

Really, it is more about what animal you like or think describes you. You might want to check out A-Z animals for cool animals you might not have known about. Hybrids are an option - or just making your own species.
