Title: Roleplay Moderator

Due to the role-play attack today, (5/6/19), I believe that a moderator should be put in the Role-play section so that attacks like this don't happen again.

Everyone with Moderator or Global Moderator status can moderate those boards, having a specific moderator would not have made much difference.
