So how do I stop getting notifications for forums?
I dont have the notify thing on,
I just keep getting notifications

The notification settings you are looking for are contained here:

First click "Profile" then click "Notifications". You want to choose the "Unnotify" options in this section.

I've removed all the topics that you were being notified on. Please let us know if that doesn't solve
