Title: whatcha think of my fursona?

after 2 weeks of laboring over how to draw her and 2 hours of making this, i finally put together a reference of holdz so i can draw her in peace now. tips and feedback are welcome! i'm a bit worried she looks a bit over-detailed. what do you guys think?

You can make your fursonas and other furry characters as detailed as you want to! That's where it's your fursona for!

Just one comment: I feel like the brown and purple don't work together very well, but that's more of a personal opinion. I like the normal eyes though.

aaa thank you both !!! and yeah, i was thinking about the brown. i'm caught between wether i make her mane purple like her spots or keep it brown...

Agreed about the brown and purple, but still a very cute fursona!

The brown, being slightly on the yellow side, will clash with purple since yellow and purple are complementary colors. You can keep the brown but desaturate it a little more and/or make it slightly more orange and it would probably help, if you're interested in changing it. But if you like it the way it is, that's perfectly okay too! Just offering some thoughts on color theory in case you're interested.
