Title: [Fixed] IRC button in top bar

So the IRC has been removed, but the actual button in the button in the top bar is still there. I'm talking about the bar with "Home", "Rules", "FAQ" and such. For me, it shows up as an seemingly empty space between "Donations" and "Logout". However, hovering over it shows there's still an active link there. Clicking it will just bring me to the forum index. Here's a screenshot, it didn't actually capture the mouse but I was hovering over the empty button.

It's there on my laptop too...
