Any other fans of the series out there?
Ive been following for several years now, before Napoleonic Wars was released. Ive got rusty, but it's still a blast to play.
So, any regiment members out there? PW roleplayers?
This is probably my favorite game, and Id love to talk about it. Anyone hyped for bannerlord?

I actually played the original and warbands. Damn fun, though I felt it lacked the content to keep it intresting long term.
Haven't really looked into bannerlord. Hopefully it will be good enough to bring me back to the series ^_^

Ah, yeah. I feel ya on that- without mods or the expansions the game can get stale. NW did good, and viking conquest was great. After it was entirely reworked.
Yeah, from what ive heard its gonna have alot more. I think you are gonna be able to get more involved in crimes?

Warband is fun as hell, especially with mods. Last time I played it with "Floris Expansion" mod, I don't remember its name. Had a lot of fun looting everything and going around unarmed, kicking enemy dudes in the ass. Never tried any serious RP or multiplayer yet.
Easily one of the best sandbox games I've ever played.
I tried Fire and Sword. It was more buggy and ridiculously easy when you had a bunch of dudes with guns. Just cover behind them like a true badass warlord and let them do the rest. AI was too buggy or stupid to do anything.
I prefer Warband. In F&S you can't just take a random peasant, make him kill a bunch of robbers and magically turn him into winged hussar. Too bad.

I love Warband, i'm so glad there's a thread on it now omg XD I loved the viking expansion, the name escapes me ^_^ I have the floris mod too Brigand, I always RP as an english king on it, I get too patriotic XD

Ahah- Viking conquest was absolutely amazing once they fixed it lol. And Floris is a great native expansion mod.
I've not touched mods for a while- Apparently there's an elder scrolls mod now?
And i've heard good about Nova Aetus, or whatever.
So, whats everyones favorite faction?
It's a tie between the uh.. Sarranids.. and.. Vaegirs.. personally.. :$

Yeah I lol, the story was great too I felt :) Yeah, Anno Domini 1257 is fantastic too, it's the most realistic out of all the medieval mods ^_^ Oh wow, and elder scrills mod?
And for me it's gotta be the nords, however i like making my own and cinquering XD
