Hey guys! just thought I would ask a general question for everyone.
What is/are your favourite thing(s)/part(s) about being a furry?
I'll tell you mine:
I love being able to talk to all of you guys and I love drawing my fursonas in my spare time, I really love them to bits and don't know why I didn't become part of this absolutely fantastic fandom sooner.

It's hard to say, really, I have enjoyed everything about being a furry so far, but if I had to chose one favourite thing, it would be creating fursonas and, at times, feeling like I really am them.

I like looking at other people's pictures and creations. It makes me cheer up. Especially if they are super cute.

I'd say furries themselves if I wouldn't have spent so much time on sites like Omegle dealing with degenerates.

I enjoy every aspect of this fandom as a whole so that's mainly why I joined ^_^ . My favorite part is having a community like this forum and talk with people ^^

I like the sense of belonging and general acceptance. The art is a bonus.

I like how art-focused it is. I can share my art with people who appreciate it, and see lots of other people's cool art.
I also like how friendly and accepting furries tend to be.

Love what you said here, I like going to conventions and seeing everyone express themselves. I also love how much support there are for the fandom's content creators. I also really like the term "witch hunting" that people have been using in order to make people think twice before calling someone out on a blame of some kind.

Most of my focus as a furry is online roleplay, though I am starting to branch out into art (my previous avatar is my first attempt at art of my fursona). I certainly chat a bit with people online, though I'm not all that great at breaking the ice in person.

I originally joined here because of the interest in anthropomorphic animals, and I didn't really have any expectations. However, I quickly grew to love the art and the community as well. And of course the idea that anthropomorphic animals are real does still play a mayor role in it - you should've read my thoughts when I saw a furwalk for the first time! On the inside, I'm still a kid... partly.

It's simply another avenue for me to express myself.
I like both sides of the art, which is what drew me to the fandom at first. I'm starting to like the community, too.

I love roleplaying, talking about animals and such, i feel like i'm a member of a very special group and i'm proud to be a furry, i can share and make friends :3

Being able to share a common interest with people, and making friends.
Also, actually socializing is sweet

The imaginative possibilities, weather it be art, story, rp, or suiting, there will always be something new to see and try.

I like the art mostly, I've always loved dogs and furries are just bigger cooler dogs that talk ^_^
