Hey all! I've been sketching lately so I thought to share them with you :p . I know they look a bit meh :/ but I really wanna improve so one day I can at least become a decent artist ^_^

My my, quite impressive :D
I have a feeling Ninetails and Eevee were the favourites of this batch you drew? Just wondering, considering they seem to be much more detailed and shaded x3
I know I'm guilty of that sometimes :P

xD Well, kinda :p . My favorite was eevee for sure ^_^ but to be honest after lucario I started taking it into more seriously with the shading and all ^_^ . I wanna learn to draw without having a reference... These were all copies from another image (not actual copy I play a bit with the parts I want (tails etc) and also the shadows I make them more detailed than what they actually are..) but ultimately they are not drawn from my imagination.. I don't struggle anymore with proportions when sketching from reference but I can't make anything original yet... I don't know what to do regarding's that to be honest :/

I mean: they're quite good.
Maybe you should try to get them digital too?

Well it's good to see you're making progress either way :D (And Eevee sure is a nice Pokémon, so I don't blame you for that one :P)

That is a bit of a challenge. It's about giving and getting help. It doesn't have much replies >-> But I hope someday it will :P
As for cheap digital tablets: I've tried one or two in the past, and I honestly would not suggest it. Save up for a more professional drawing tablet (my experience Wacom has been the best and their customer service has been rather helpful if I ever needed them).
Or do what I do and start drawing digitally with a mouse, or colouring in traditional drawings after scanning them which you can also do by mouse.

I am considering that myself. I wanna tap in the digital drawing but I don't have a tablet and the mouse doesn't help at all x3

I would never try digital without a tablet. A mouse would be infuriating, lol. But small sketch books are cheap and have stronger paper than regular notebooks. So I'd say pick one of those up until you can get yourself a tablet.

Considering on this thought ^^ . These following months I would be a bit busy with my exams although after my exams are over I am planning on drawing more ^u^
