Don't worry, Yoyu :D I believe Rick was saying he would want to pay you for a drawing, since he mentioned the word commission and in the specific context he did ^^
Hope that is a good motivation for you with your drawing ;D
Also, I like your new avatar. It really portrays well a certain emotion. I'm feeling it was the exact emotion you wanted to portray as well, so good job! ^_^
Drawing expressions can be pretty challenging, but you did it really well.
