Hey everyone.
Here's the latest thing I'm working on for end of the semester project. It's my dorm room, except with my stuff. I have to texture it and make it as realistic as possible. It's not the latest render, but close enough. lol

Very nice! As Max knows, I suck at 3D rendering. I can do it on paper ok. Bleugh, I guess that's life for you.

That's my plan. So far I've just made a couple stickers. I'm going to wait until the holiday break and see what I can do. Dolliexox, picture with me in the avatar pic, wants me to specifically make stuff for furries. I just need to think of ideas. I'm using the same name here as I am for IMVU so look it up and check it out. You can check out Dolliexox page if you want too. She probably won't mind.
They're will be an update soon. Currently rendering as this is being typed. 80% done. It's been rendering all night.

OH SWEET! if you do rooms like that for imvu you'll be famous....we might have to keep you to ourselves at the furry forums as our personal decorater lol just kidding you, anyway when your done expect to hear from me about teaching and requests, I'm good at popping up at odd times =^_^=

Some oddities here and there, but I'm trying out a different renderer,called V-ray, that the teacher wanted us to try. He didn't really teach us any of it except for the fact we had to turn off two things and the rest of it would be good.

The only downsides were the lack of materials that worked for V-ray, knowledge of V-ray, and 13hours of rendering time. >.<
I'm happy with it. Some of it turned out really well, others not as much, but I do not wanted to render it out again...ever.

Wow! When you're less busy you HAVE TO make some IMVU scenes! I hope you don't do them in that high quality though, as it will probably be over the limit and crash everybody ^^;;

That's just how it rendered. V-Ray has it's own basic grey material and I don't know much about it, so that's how it turned out.

lol your freakin awsome at 3d rendering you should seruiosly consider making stuff for imvu and you should make a toturial on how to do 3d rending on here.

I'm sorry. I was just testing the hair/fur on something more logical than the sphere above. It is low poly and the hair is just slapped on with some styling (which is very difficult) and some settings changed.

Beside that fact the I'm doing a demo reel, which can be found here: http://www.catsinclothing.com/phpBB/index.php?topic=554.0 one of my other classes is going to be heavy on texturing since the past two semester with the same professor I have was on rigging and animating. Plus I didn't unwrap anything in my dorm room.
So here is the character i did last semester for my rigging/animation. It a character I found on the net. Nothing much.

I have to unwrap this sucker. The head is going to be a little bit tricky but after that, the body practically cylinders from the looks of it. :P
