Title: New or Old LP?
Post by: DaiRraito IS, FurryLAE. on December 10, 2007, 12:47:20 AM
Do you like the old L.P. songs or the new ones?
Old ones:((al  that i can remember) What I've Done, Breaking the Habit, Faint, In the End, Somewhere I belong, etc.
New ones:( that i can rmember) No More Sorrow, Shadow of the Day, Bleed it Out,

Basically, if his voice is high, it's old, if his voice is lower-ish, it's new
High:What I've Done, Breaking the Habit, etc
Low:No More Sorrow, Bleed it Out, etc.

I like (for low)Bleed it Out, No more Sorrow , and this one originally called 21 Stitches but was changed and i can't remember the name   ||||   I like for high:Breaking the Habit, Faint, What I've Done, pretty much all of em

I miss the old LP.

They're songs seemed more...deep and empathetic to people. xP

"What I've Done" was a new song, just kind of in the old style.  =s

I preferred the old LP but the new is okay. I like many of the new songs, but not all of them. I dunno. I just had mixed feelings about Minutes to Midnight.

Do I need to continue?

I have Hybrid Theory, Reanimation, Meteora, and Minutes to Midnight. Reanimation is probably my least favourite, just because it's the only one with two or more songs on it that I don't really like. Hybrid Theory and Meteora probably tie for my favourite, just because they each have their highlights, and Minutes to Midnight isn't bad, but just different.

Everyone has their own opinions.

I like both the old and the new Linkin Park. I just don't like the reanimation album.

Eh I like the old stuff but it seems to get repetitive and annoying at some points my favorite song on the old albums is Nobody's listening the japanese flute adds the right touch to the song which makes a really addictting song

the new album is personally my favorite the songs are catchy and you can really rock out to them                :peace:

Though Im sure Kira will have something to say towards the negative.....

Linkin Park is a great band, with several Albums under their belt, their style has been replicated, praised and nominated, however, Their Music style and creativity has begun to wane in the face of their progression into fame.

They are cornerstones of Rock Music, most people have at least seen one video or heard at least one song.

Their Current music doesnt have the Determination, that deep down feeling that the band is pourning everything they have into their lyrics and music.

which is probably why most people prefer their older music.

Also.....they kinda jumped on the whole "War is wrong, Pollution should stop, People are *&$#ed up, dont do drugs" wagon, more so than their older songs leaned towards.

Perfect Example, What I've Done.

Good night, and Good Luck.

Yeah, What I've Done works on the whole "Stop being an @%$ and help for once" thing.
Their old music Does get repetitive.. But It still sounds great...
The style for What I've Done is still the old style, though.

ok, everyone and their cousin had hybrid theory, and for good reason. When i think LP, Im thinking "with you", "points of authority" "in the end"

i did love metiora for its bass line when i had a kicker cvr 12" sub in my truck. Bumped really good on most songs.

I say old LP.
