Title: A Story About A Cricket
Post by: Cecilia Peromi on July 20, 2016, 11:11:24 PM

Some of you know a wonderful fur named Bricket, but what you don't know is how much he's been through in his life. So, with his permission, I am now going to tell you.

You see, Bricket has not had the best childhood. Time and time again he, and the rest of his family was abused by his father. I'll spare you the details because it's just too heartbreaking. It doesn't end there. In school, Bricket was repeatedly bullied, having to deal with this and his home life took a heavy toll on Bricket's psyche. All of these things haunt him to this very day, because he's never experienced love he believes that no one good, or has a kind heart. He trusts no one and hides all of his suffering behind a mask. He has nightmares and flashbacks about the horrible things he's been through. He believes that there's no hope for him...

The reason I'm
telling you all this is because I am Bricket's friend, he wishes he could do this by himself, he really does. But it's just too hard for him, so that's why I did it instead. Thanks for reading this, it means a lot to both of us.

Things turn around bricket, just takes time.

Getting  things out and getting  help is important, i never did and feel like im worse of for it, so if you can therapy  is a good idea.

Funny to see someone  else refer to it as putting  on a mask, i always  think of it as such myself.

:'( this makes me sad. I really look up to Bricket and hope to be like him one day. Thank you for this Cecilia, you're an amazing person. And if Bricket reads this I want him to know that he inspires me to do my best and work hard to achieve my dreams.
