its simple just list three things your are happy/thankful that happened/will happen today
1.no work today so i got to sleep in
2.get to go swimming all day today
3.get to see my adorable cousin

I didn't die this morning.
The medical issue is an easy fix.
I won't get dinged due to the lack of insurance.
