Title: How is the Weasyl art community?

Well I remember a while back, a lot of people left FA and idk where they went... some may have gone to SoFurry. But I've never been on Weasyl and think it could be a fresh new start for me. How active are the people on there? Are they nice generally? Any rules on the site I should know?

Been on weasly for abit and a days worth of posts here is what happens there in a week.

A lot of artists who were on FA also had a dA account. Some decided to keep their FA's up, but not be active anymore. Others closed down their account.
So far my experience with Weasyl has been a good one, but I do notice it's a bit harder to get noticed on there than on, say FA or dA (for me at least, but that could just be my personal experience, that and my Weasyl account is pretty young compared to me dA and FA accounts).

Unfortunately, really dead :/ The people ARE nice though from what I've seen. And like Ventus said, its pretty hard to get noticed.
