I am not so sure if this exists already but the way this game works is that you basically give a cool scenario with a catch. here is an example:
you can fly into the air, but only for 30 seconds each hour.
the person below your post has the job of deciding whether they would still like to do it or not. Either way, please explain why youd choose to do it or not, it can be brief.

You have the power to control any objects movements, but, as you do so, you weaken your own body in doing so? accept or deny?
