Since my last RP failed miserable. (Like im not even joking it was bad.) I thought I would make another RP but this time I wanted to make something special. A horror themed RP for a special day of the year... Halloween.
Story.
A bus full of different types of furrys from across the planet, crashes and is thrown of a cliff. You all wake up, and see you are in the woods, very close to a town called Silent Hill. It is up to you to escape and find a way out and back home.
My Role.
I will play as the monsters which are colored in red,the people of silent hill which is colored in Brown and normal people which are colored in Blue.
Rules.
1. No god modeing
2. If you die, you are dead.
3. Only one character is allowed
4. If you lose a limb or anything of the sorts, you can not get them back.
5. Magic is not allowed. (Because that would ruin the fun.)
6. Do not say things like, "I shoot you. You die." No don't do that PM the person and talk about if one character kills another.
7. Do not do anything sexual or anything of the sorts. You can do that in PM.

Description: Cecil is kind and will do whatever is necessary to protect his friends. He is experienced in wilderness survival. Has even encountered small paranormal events. (to his belief)
Fears: Cecil is rarely afraid of things, since his life has put him in places where fear was not an option. He is a survivor, and he would sacrifice himself to save others if necessary.

Appearance: dark blue wolf, No markings. Fur is kept neat.
Clothing: Basic shirts, jeans, and a large trench-coat
Description: Aggressive and Reckless, but also fiercely loyal. Angder spends most of his life trying to help people, he sometimes gets into fights, and is indeed, a competent brawler. Some people say he actually seeks them out, but he denies this, saying he is just doing whatever he can to help those people he thinks of as friends. He has a very clear hero complex.

Begin
The air was cold snow began to fall from the sky softly and slowly. The snow covered almost the entire bus, the flames where still raging from the engine area. Crunching of snow could be heard deep in the forest. But other than that, It was silent.

Cecil crawled out. He had survived the crash, thank goodness. He looked around, but the snow and fog made his range of sight very small. Then he remembered that there were other people on the bus. He looked into where he crawled out of. "Hey! Is everyone ok?"

Angder staggered out. He felt lucky to be alive. "No." he stated, clutching his side. He staggered a bit and almost fell as he walked, some glass had gone into his side, it would heal fine, but hurt like hell. He sat down in the snow. "I... I looked around briefly... inside I mean" Angder looked up grimly. "Its best we just leave. Trust me. I... I don't think anyone else made it out, the driver is definitely dead, no-one else was moving..." Angder trailed off, looking a little ill.

Cecil looked down at himself. He had scrapes and scratches as well, but the adrenaline that the crash had given him made them feel painless. They would start hurting later though. "So are you alright? That was some crash."

"do I look alright?" Angder asked. sounding weary. He stood up, and looked around. "Guess we should follow the road... before we bleed or freeze or something." He stated. "Must lead somewhere..."

There was a groan from the wreckage of the bus. Xander slowly dragged his way from it. He felt a little dazed, wobbling a little as he stood up. "Uugh... **censor** my head, it hurts." He shook his head and looked around. "Where am I?" His world seemed to be adamant to keep on spinning.

The sound of snow crunching was getting louder and louder. But when you checked to see if anything was there. there was nothing.

Description: A young man who is usually oblivious. He is kind hearted and usually keeps to himself. Currently works as a photographer for the news and has to go to a city. Prefers to follow other people than other people following him
Fears: Air vehicles, arachnophobic, cleithrophobic, danger
Can I still join the RP? This will be my first so I hope to join.

Cecil looked around and saw three more furs who had survived the crash. "What a relief. I thought me and that other fellow were the only ones." He said to himself.

Federen slowly got up when he got damaged. Realizing the coldness, he quickly brushed off any snow covering him. When he was brushing off his sleeves, he saw his camera; it's lens was broken but the camera still looks fine otherwise. Federen saw others he recognized as fellow passengers.
"I wonder where we all are..." he said to himself. The huge knock from the bus' crash knocked him headfirst to the floor which, along with the bus and lens shards sticking like splinters around him, hurt like hell.

Angder limps on a bit, before pausing. "H...Hello?" he turns to find out what was holding up Cecil, then notices the other figures moving. "OH... OH CRUD!" Angder dashes back, making for the nearest other survivor, Xander. "I... I thought we were the only ones." He offers Xander a hand to help him out of the wreckage.

"So we all survived, that's good but where are we?"

Xander gratefully grabbed onto Angder's hand. "Thanks. Could've done it myself but this is much easier. You should be so lucky as to be the only survivors. Got us to deal with now."

"Well with no vehicle we're stranded here. I can't see a thing through this blizzard, and I don't like the fog. We should just start moving. Hopefully there's a town nearby."

"Follow the road... its going to lead somewhere." Angder states, Lifting Xander up.

Groaning could be heard under one of the bent and twisted seats.
A bear, Geoffrey, was wedged underneath. He tried to squeeze himself out but could barely budge. His breathing grew rapid and panicked as he kept trying to escape, pain shooting from his right arm. It was always his right arm...

Xander stood up and brushed himself off. "My everything hurts right now." His ears were ringing a little, it was pretty distracting.

Angder hears some groaning from inside the bus... he limps over, and tries to help the bear he found trapped under a seat. He started to rip the seat up, pulling it apart to free the person trapped underneath, trying to ignore the corpses that littered the bus

Geoff finally crawled out and rested on the floor for a moment to calm down.
"Tha-thank you," he panted.

Xander glanced down at Geoff. "You having a nice nap down there in the snow? Looks...comfortable."

"Once we've rested here for a while we could start moving." Cecil said, he was panting grunting. The adrenaline had cleared his system and he was feeling intense pain from his injuries. "The bus... doesn't it come with a first-aide kit? We could definitely use that."

"H-heh, yeah..." Geoff mumbled to Xander. and his pushed himself up with his left hand. He winced and stretched and bent his right arm. It got twisted from the crash, but it didn't feel broken at all, thankfully.

As he saw other survivors, Federen rid himself of any shards of glass. He found some corpses on the ground and the raging fire of the broken bus. Federen waited for any lead any one will agree upon and he'll follow.

Angder moved over to the final survivor. "You... you Ok there?" he put a paw on Federens shoulder. "Guess I should have looked more carefully before declaring you all dead... we should make a move..."

"What about the first-aide kit on the bus? We could really use that if it's still there."

The snow began to get heavier and stronger, you all need to get inside somewhere now! The fog was getting thicker the snow fell faster and faster. Go hurry run! Find shelter, the sounds of snow crunching got louder and more violent! RUN RUN RUN GO!

Angder felt a sudden dread. "No time. We need to move." Angder states. "I... I just know we need to." Angder moved for the road, wanting to run, but not being able to due to his side.

Xander looked up and watched for a few moments as the snow fell faster, pulling up his hood, his ears flattening slightly. "Well, if you don't want to freeze to death then move your ass, otherwise you're more than welcome to sit around here next to a crashed bus and a load of dead people."
He started to make his way towards the town, or at least, the direction he thought he saw the town in before the fog started to get thicker. His ears pricking up slightly as he heard the sound of snow rapidly crunching under feet. "That's not any of us..." He nodded at what Angder said, getting a similar feeling, and picked up his pace, overtaking Angder as he did. "Don't die, whatever you do."

The heavier snow made Cecil's fur stand on end. Something had triggered his primal instinct. He had to get out of here. "Something's here! It-it's coming after us! We all have to move! NOW! He shouted, and took off running, following the road.

Geoff was still dazed from the crash, and this panic only made things worse. He tried to tune it out and focus on staying with the group.

Angder snarled at Xander as he goes past him. He tried to speed up, and instantly regreted it. swearing, he managed a moderately fast limp, trying but failing to catch up with Xander.

Xander glanced back at Angder and sighed. "Oh for the love of..." He ran back to him. "I'm only doing this because I owe you one, so do me a favour. Don't be the reason we both die, okay?" He draped Angder's arm over his shoulder and wrapped his right arm around him in order to support his weight. "Alright now move." He started to try to walk whilst helping Angder.

As you all start to run you see in the distance a sigh of some sorts. It is a green billboard with white letters spelling out "Welcome to Silent Hill!" The snow cleared up as you came closer to it. And once you reached it fully the snow vanished. The fog was still thick but the snow was gone.

Cecil had been sprinting. He was behind Xander and Angder, but was quickly catching up. However, he stopped. "Geoffrey! Come on! Hurry!" He shouted.

Geoff was limping out of breath as he ran, but tried to ignore the pain. He barely registered the vanishing snow at first, for he was too concerned with reaching the group. But once he did...
"What just... What ha--"

Angder let go of Xander. "thank you" Angder stated "At least we seem to be in a place... seems quiet though..." Angder shivered slightly, and looked over his shoulder, the dread had stopped, but there was a pervading feeling of wrongness.
The crash must have shaken him more than he thought.

Geoff blinked at Angder, still recovering from his run, then pointed at the sign. "Th-That's... That's why..."

Cecil put an arm around Geoffrey and walked him over to the rest of the group. "It's alright, whatever it was, it's gone now. As long as we stick together, we'll be fine."

Xander scoffed as Angder thanked him. "Don't mention it now me and you are even." He looked around for a moment, noticing the snow had suddenly disappeared. "That's... Not quite right... Must have hit my head or something because I swear it was just about to be a full on blizzard." He then looked up at the sign and read it aloud. "Silent hill huh? Eerie, nice..."
He paused a second and realised Geoff just made a joke about the town's name. He smirked and shook his head. "Good one. Real good one."

You all entered the town. It seemed quiet.Like no one was there. The snow began to fall again but slower and lighter.

"Oh look, there's the snow. Because that's completely normal. Snow does that all the time. Blizzard to nothing to light snowfall in a matter of moments." Xander was obviously being sarcastic. His fur was standing up underneath his clothes, he was on edge. This place felt so many different shades of wrong all at once.

"It's started to snow again. Maby we should find someplace to go inside. Let's look for a restaurant. There will probably be food there."

"Place is a ghost town" Angder said. "Anyone see ANY sign of life? restaurant or not?" Angder asked.

"That's true, this place sure is creepy. I don't like it, we should get out of here. Look for a car or something."

Geoff shivered as he gazed around town. It certainly did feel off, but knowing of his paranoia, he tried to shrug it off. But with the others feeling uncomfortable as well, maybe he was right to be this time.

(Damn, so much happened. I will act like I ran too lol)
Federen was gasping for air. He followed the others to a town for shelter. But in a bit, his broken-lens camera emitted sparks. He had to drop the camera since it might explode or something.
The eerie town sent shivers down his spine but he explores with the others.

Angder glances around. "Forgive me if I am about to do something dumb..." He mutters.
"HELLO?" He yells. "IS ANYONE OUT HERE?" His shouts echo around. Angder instantly regrets his decision as the call bounces off the walls, sounding hollow

"Umm, I don't think it's a good idea to shout in a place like this. I'm sure none of us know what this place is." Federen said.
"Also since we didn't really properly introduced ourselves due to the crash and what I think is a flash freeze, won't it be a good time since we're just by ourselves? I'm Federen Mason, news photographer" he said, raising a hand for anyone in the group to shake while still walking to find a shelter.

Cecil shook Federen's hand. "My name is Cecil, I took the bus because I thought it'd be the best way home. That sure was a mistake."

"Nice meeting you Cecil. I also took the bus because it was my job to go to a city. They won't know that they would not be able to take some pictures for a while, I guess." Federen said

Age: 19

Appearance: Purple furred, with gray teardrop shapes on his chest and lower abdomen
Clothing: Heavy brown coat with black fleece inner part. Blue jeans and black loafters.
Description: Ray does his best in places he doesn't understand, despite his fears. He does his best to talk with people, however, rarely, he sometimes freezes up and can't respond.
Fears: Agoraphobia, slight hemophobia

Xander kept walking, looking for some form of shelter. His hands in the pockets of his hoodie. "Well, seeing as how we are all stuck together for a bit I may as well introduce myself. Name's Xander."

"Angder" Angder states. "Though I doubt we will be stuck here long... Someone has got to be about surely."

Ray gasped awake, apparently thrown from the bus. Though, he hadn't been there before. He struggled to his feet, and shuddered, both to fear, cold, and a near death experience. Ray followed the road, placing his paw on the road sign. He paused, and read it a moment. "Silent...Hill?" Ray shook his head, and continued into town.

Xander looked over at a nearby building, it looked like it might be a diner or cafe, and walked over to it. He peered into one of the windows to see what was inside. He was trying to get a feel for whether or not it had anyone inside or if it was as quiet and empty as the rest of the town seemed at first glance.

"Hmm? What do you see there Xander?" Federen asked. Federen walked beside him and took a peek at the building too.

Cecil joined the two and took a look through the window. "Maybe we should go in there, we could find something useful."

Ray, when he reached the town proper, spotted a few figures in the street, two of which were peering into a building. He stopped behind a trashcan, and tried to calm himself. "T-They're j-just o-other furs, R-Ray...g-get a h-hold of y-yourself."

Thanks to the already eerie atmosphere and dark town, Federen could barely see through the building since it's lights were off. Finding it pointless to continue squinting his eyes, he stays at the far back of the group.
Federen stared around the town. He would have found it creepy if someone or something was following them at a moment like this.

"Uh, I'm Geoffrey," the bear nervously told Xander and Angder. He quietly huffed as he stumbled along with them, not wanting to talk much after getting so shaken by the accident. Guilt gnawed at him, although he did nothing wrong, to his knowledge.

Xander backed away from the window and sighed, he was pretty sure that all he could see was nothing. Just the inside of a diner. A particularly empty one with zero customers, which is odd for this time of d- Hang on... Xander had just realised he had no idea what time of day it was in the slightest.

Ray peeked around the trashcan, and quickly ducked away. "N-No no no...T-They saw me...o-oh goodness they saw me." He brought a finger to his lip, and gnawed nervously on it. "W-What am I gonna do?"

Federen was still saying at the back of the group until he saw something shift in the distance. Federen wasn't sure but if it moved, it's something that is sure as hell alive.
"Guys, I'm gonna check something over there by a container or something. Can someone join me?" But without waiting, headed to where he thought something moved.

Xander watched as Federen walked away from the group without waiting for someone to join him. He shrugged and turned the other way starting to walk away in the other direction. "Gotta find someone soon. Gonna need food too."

Cecil ran over to Federen. "I'll go with you. We need to find supplies, food, water, maybe even some weapons if we can find some."

Geoff continued to follow Xander. "Mhm, getting peckish," he mumbled.
For once, he had enough money to spend. He wouldn't have bought a bus ticket otherwise, but naturally he regretted his purchase. If this town had something to look at, it just might have been worth it.

((How long are we going to wait for Stow, and if he does not come back, can anyone take over command of the RP? I feel a little harsh, and might be jumping the gun a bit, but he has not been online for a few days now, so we should consider the possibility I am afraid :( ))

Ray thought someone was getting closer, and curled up, shouting. "D-Don't! P-Please!"
The weather cleared, though the thick miasma of fog remained. A radio, situated in a nearby police vehicle, began to emit whitenoise.

Xander paused and his ears twitched as he could hear the white noise coming from nearby. He glanced over at the police vehicle and proceeded to slowly walk towards it, if only so he could make the damn thing stop producing annoying static.

A rather large cockroach creature scrabbled out from under the car. The insect was almost the size of a dinner plate, but seemed lost. It wandered for a few moments, before diving back under the car.

A strange feeling began to wash over Cecil. Something in the very back of his brain was shouting "Run! Run! Get out of there!" It was a primal thought. Cecil tried to ignore it but it was no use, instead he called out to the group. "Everyone be careful! I think there's something out here!"

Angder sighs, and stops in place. "I am not running from another shadow." he mutters.

A few of these giant cockroaches, only three, skittered out. They made a bee-line for Cecil, and leapt at him. Their underbellies were normal enough, but they had human-esque faces where the normal cockroach head should be. One latched itself to Cecil's shin, and began to bite, the other two misjudged the jump, and careened over Cecil.

"What the shit!"
Geoff ran toward Cecil and swung his claws at the head of the biting roach.

The bug's bite stung. Cecil violently shook his leg to get it off. The cockroach flew off, but came right back at Cecil. He then stomped on the monster, killing it.

The creature twitched a few times, before seeming to evaporate into thin air.
Ray peeked his head around the trashcan, and spoke. "W-Wow...y-you killed one!"

Xander stared at where the cockroach had been a few moments before. He wasn't close enough to have seen it had a human face but he knew that it certainly a normal cockroaches head. That and they were already off. Bigger than normal, aggressive towards people. He gently kicked the side of the police car the cockroach that he saw earlier had skittered under.

The other two that had tried to attack seemed to disappear with the first one. Ray watched as these two evaporated, and shook his head. "D-Did...did w-we just make t-them up?"

"No, they're real all right" Cecil said. He had a paw over his bite, it wasn't a big one, but boy did it hurt. "If there are more where that came from then we need to be careful."

"Giant, bitey cockroaches. How oh so very normal. Wonder where they came from?#2 He paused for a moment. "No one here has a fear of cockroaches right? Cuz I assume they'll be more. I also assume massive bitey cockroaches about means not a lot of people. This place is probably abandoned."

Ray shuttered, and hugged himself. "I-It's not right here..." Although skittish, Ray seemed to warm up to the group. "I-I walked here...d-didn't see anything."

Angder blinks... "Big insects... right... totally normal." He blinks, and heads closer to the group for safety.

Ray was about to answer, when a piercing tornado / air-raid siren screamed through the air. He blinked, and pointed at a nearby structure. "W-We should g-get inside. S-Sounds like a t-tornado s-siren."

"Alright, I saw a drugstore nearby. Let's all take some shelter." Cecil said, but he was confused. How is the siren able to go off? Were they not alone in this town? Or could it be sounding for another reason? A more, evil reason....

Xander looked a little perplexed, he was no meteorologist but he was pretty sure there hadn't been any storm warnings recently. He was also certain there were no major wars going on and even if there was would anyone really bomb a small insignificant town. He wasn't buying it. "I say it's a drill. Maybe there is someone here after all..."

"Bettter safe than sorry." Angder states. Getting ready to follow Cecil.

Appearance: albino crocodile with blood red eyes with big but not too big muscles. His body is like a painting with scars.
Clothing: Stained white tanktop, black cargo pants, black combat boots, black leather gloves, and green military jacket.
Description:He and spent 16 years in the military and has severe P.T.S.d because of his time spent in combat. He is also a natural survivor and there fore can step quieter than most in anything. He doesn't like connecting and getting closer with anyone cause all of his friends were killed in his last mission, before he was honorably discharged. He also has phantom pains.
Fears: Connecting with people because he doesn't want his P.T.S.d to hit him and him wake up with his friends blood on his hands.

As the group stepped into the building, it was apparent that reality had taken a quick break. The building, from the inside, was massive, much bigger than what it appeared to be. The door they entered lead to a large catwalk, peering over a giant abyss. It was completely empty, aside from the disgusting grime covering everything, and the rust that had grown on the metal...except for Xander. Held within the deep, empty void was a giant figure. It was obviously female, barbed wire covered her breasts and genitals. Her massive arms were bound to either side of the pit, by black leather straps that bit into her flesh. Xander was also alone. His friends had been transformed into grotesque mannequins, each one staring dolefully onwards. The figure looked up, directly at Xander, and spoke. "M-My...my baby..." Her eyeless sockets bent slightly, as a horrifying smile contorted her face. She shuddered slightly, and a rifle fell from somewhere, landing in front of Xander. On the stock, written with deep scratches was the word 'forgiveness'.
In the real world, or what the others in the group occupied, Xander seemed to be vacant, like his consciousness had just...left.
((Side note: I put three days thought into this encounter...don't know if you all think that's weird.))

((I realized a problem with this roleplay, unfortunately. I'm not really sure if the nature of Silent Hill is acceptable on the PG-13 forum. If you water down the descriptions of the imagery, it loses the point of the whole thing. I will have to discuss this with staff. I'm sorry, guys.))

"OK... maybe not this building..." Angder shivers, looking into the depths, he turns and looks at Xander. "Err you OK there?" Angder moves back. "Xander?" He tries to shake the wolf out of his trance.

As Cecil entered the store with the others he noticed that Xander had fallen into a wierd trance. "Hey, are you ok?" Cecil asked and placed his paw on his shoulder. As soon as he did so hundreds of visions began to flash through his mind. He saw the catwalk, the abyss, the woman, the child. Cecil jerked his paw off of Xander's shoulder, gasping, trying to make sense of what he saw. "Guys, there's something wrong in here. We should be careful."

Xander stared into the void, he felt like making a quip about the void staring right back at him before he spotted the... Woman? Yeah it looked like a woman. He stared at the barbed wire and the leather straps digging into her flesh and winced. He felt a eerie shudder go down his spine and a bead of sweat rolled down his forehead. He was finding it hard to remain stoic at the moment. She just looked...weird. He jumped back a little as he glanced down into her eyeless sockets.
"Erm...Guys, this is pretty weir..." Xander glanced behind him and stared directly at the eyes of one of the mannequins. He looked back at the woman. She seemed familiar. At least... He thought she did. Who was she? Her words stirred something inside of him but he couldn't tell what. What was it!? Who is she!? He stared at the rifle at his feet. What the **censor** is going on!?
(None of that is speech, just to avoid confusion.)

Ray nodded. "I-I don't think we can l-leave, though." He pointed back at the door, and the door was chained shut, covered with a massive pad-lock. "W-Whatever i-is doing this...i-it wants something."

Angder swears. "Ok. **censor**. This." He slaps Xander. "And can you wake up already?" He says, speaking as loudly as he dared.

Cecil saw the lock as Ray pointed at it. He paused for a moment... thinking. "We have no choice then. Let's look for a key, everyone be prepared for anything. This thing has already gotten Xander, don't let it get you."

Ray began to scrounge about for some sort of key, before he stumbled upon a tattered page. Intrigued, the young raccoon sat, and began to read, though the text was panicked and sloppy.
I don't know where I am, who I am, or what I am. But this place, it's like looking into your own soul, revealing what plagues you the most. I used to be normal, y'know? Before this all happened. The rust, the grime, that pit. Oh, God that pit...and the damned keeper. He's on the other side of the catwalk, staring at me through that giant mask. That...thing. The red devil, as Sebastion called him, seems to...keep this place in check. It's not right, and as much as it pains me, I don't think anyone can hear our prayers. This devil...he runs things around here. Whatever you do, don't piss it off. Watched it cleave Johnson in two when he tried to cross.
Ray shook his head, and looked at the end of the catwalk. For a brief moment, he thought he saw something, but it was a trick of the light. The young raccoon shuddered, and hugged himself, the note clutched in his paw.

Angder sighs, and moves over to the door. He tries to break the chains by hand.

Once Angder's paw touched the rusted metal, it seemed to bite into his flesh, cutting his paw with every pull. These chains were obviously meant to keep the group inside.

Angder yelps. pulling his paw away. "OK. SCREW. YOU" He kicks the door itself, hoping to shatter the wood. "Don't need to worry about chains if the door is friggin broken."

"Calm down Angder, this isn't the way we should handle ourselves. We just have to think, it's a lock, locks have keys right? Now let's start looking, the sooner we find it the sooner we can leave. Okay?"

The door held strong, and even seemed to push back against Angder's kick. Ray shook his head. "I-It obviously...w-wants something. A-And I think...u-uh..." He motioned at Xander. "I-I think i-it's g-gotta d-do with h-him."

Cecil began to search around for the key. As he searched the store shelves something caught his eye. It was a cheap handheld mirror, but there was something different about it. It wasn't reflecting the room, the reflection showed a grotesque version of the drugstore. It looked familiar, and then it hit him. The visions he saw when he touched Xander, they were in the mirror! Cecil slowly reached his paw towards the mirror.

Ray looked over at Cecil, and furrowed his brow in confusion. "W-What'd you find?"

"Come look at this mirror. It's... different." Cecil picked it up and showed it to Ray. "See?"

Ray stood, and peered into the mirror. "W-Weird." He went to touch his paw to the reflected image, but pulled away fearfully. "N-No...w-we shouldn't p-play around w-with that." Ray shuddered.

Xander suddenly felt a slap to his cheek that felt like it came from one of the mannequins that was behind him, whirling around, he was surprised to see that the mannequins had moved and were also no longer mannequins but the others. He stumbled back a little, feeling disorientated, almost stumbling into the abyss like an idiot. He stopped short and glanced over his shoulder at it to check if the woman was sill there. His breathing was quick and shallow. "Everyone... saw that right?"

Cecil heard Xander and walked over to him, putting down the mirror. "I saw it... sort of... what do you think happened?"

"There was that." Xander pointed to the abyss. "Big **censor** hole thing. Some weird, giant woman and mannequins right there." He pointed to where everyone was earlier.

"Hold on," Cecil said, and he quickly ran over to where he left the mirror. He picked it up, came back to Xander and showed it to him. "You mean this?" Cecil said while holding the mirror up close. It's reflection showing the twisted, evil version if the drugstore.

At Xander's feet was the rifle that had appeared in his apparent nightmare.

Xander cocked his head and looked at the mirror, leaning a little closer for a few seconds. "I think so? Maybe. I dunno. It was weird." He looked down at his feet to see the rifle, staring at it for a few seconds. "That's...also weird." He leaned down to grab the rifle.

The rifle at Xander's feet was an ordinary gun, the word 'forgiveness' scratched into the stock.

"Well that's convenient." Cecil said looking at Xander's rifle. Forgiveness it says on the barrel, but why are we being forgiven?

Angder watches Cecil... something about him did not add up... Either Angder was just thick, or Cecil seemed to have too many answers. It was like he knew what was happening before it happened. That worried Angder.

Ray shook his head. "I-If w-what...uh...he," he points at Angder "w-what he was saying was true...I-I don't think it w-was for our f-forgiveness."

Xander stared at the rifle, not sure if anything was really real right now.

Cecil looked around the room at the confused faces surrounding him, he didn't like it. "Come on everyone. Standing around like this being scared isn't going to help us. We have be calm and think clearly. Now that lock has to have a key somewhere. Let's start searching or else we'll never get out of here."

Without warning, the chains on the door fell with a loud clatter, and dissipated into nothingness.

Angder walks over to the door. "OK... as soon as I am out of this building, I am going to risk the wilderness outside. I ain't playing this game" He states. He looks over at Cecil "you probably are though..." Angder glares at him for a good few seconds, before cautiously opening the door.

Ray shook his head. "I-I don't think we h-have a choice."

"What do you mean? I pick up my stuff. walk out of this place. Then keep walking. Done. Behind me." Angder states.

Ray shook his head. "C-Can't you feel it? I don't think this place wants us to leave." He sighed. "We were all drawn here for a reason."

"You think so, eh?" Geoff grumbled, shooting a distrusting glare at Ray. "Seems like you know more than you're letting on."

Ray blinked, and scooted away. "D-Don't y-you feel it? I-It's f-felt this way e-ever since...since I-I woke up."

Xander stayed quiet and followed Angder over to the door. He was busy piecing things together in his head. A familair feeling was niggling at him in the back of his mind, that sensation of feeling like you're going insane. Was he?

Cecil exited the drugstore. Angder's words echoing through his head. "Playing games? I'm just trying to survive. Isn't that what all of us are trying to do here?"

Angder follows the others out, then glances back the way they had come into the area. "OK. I am goin' that way. Up to you if you guys follow. I think its about time we left though." Angder starts walking away. Not even looking back to see who was following him.

Geoff followed Angder. The bear felt bad for what he said to Ray, but it was clear something suspicious was going on. He was willing to give him the benefit of a doubt, but if this is part of some sort of plan, it wouldn't surprise him at all if the raccoon was involved.

Cecil headed in Angder's direction as well. Who knows, maybe they would have better luck in the forest.

Ray followed along, quietly, afraid to be alone.

Angder grins. He knew everyone would see sense. He picks up the pace. Eager to leave town.

Xander was only following as he was too busy thinking and trying to piece stuff together in his head. He wasn't paying attention to what was going on.

ANgder glances behind him, he wanted to keep an eye on Cecil and Ray. Geoff and Xander seemed OK. but the other two knew a little too much for Angder's liking. Or maybe Angder was just thick for not seeing the hints...

As the group neared the edge of town, where the road led away from Silent Hill, it was apparent something was very very wrong. Ray stopped suddenly.

Angder shut his eyes for a second, opened them again, and kept walking. Screw this town. He was not going to let it get to him.
Angder mutters under his breath as he walks.

This town had a vibe too familiar to Geoff's unsettling, creepy dreams. He wondered if he was just sleeping, although normally he could tell the difference between his dreams and reality. There was always something amiss, such as his vision or sensitivity, but this time everything looked and felt too real. His heart thumped loud at his chest as he continued following Angder.

The road a few yards away from Ray was gone, as if the earth had swallowed itself, and dropped into an abyss.

Cecil was following Angder. As he did so he couldn't shake the strange feeling he had. It was an uneasiness that resonated all around him. It was as if the town was absorbing him, taking in his feelings, reading his thoughts.

Angder stumbles forward. Slipping, almost falling into the pit. "CRAP!" He manages to stop himself falling into the hole, landing next to it, and clawing his way back, Panting. "OK... we go AROUND the big hole... right?" He looks down at the road he is crouched on. "What the **censor** is wrong with this place."

"Are you okay?" Cecil asked Angder. Looking at the hole gave Cecil a lot of information. This town had to have been abandoned for years, it was the only logical explanation for the hole. Although, logic was thrown out the window the moment they entered this horrible place. Cecil's mind wondered at what else could've made the hole.

The abyss seemed to stretch across the world, or at least as far as the group could see. There was no apparent way around it.

Angder is still panting. "OK..." He shuts his eyes... trying to think of another way out.

Geoff stared at the abyss for a while before lowering his gaze to his feet
He whispered to himself.
"What the **censor**..."

A figure shuffled across the street, towards the group. It wore a simple porcelain mask, but was reflective enough to show images. It whispered and hissed at it moved, twitching subtly every so often.

Angder notices the figure approaching, and climbs to his feet. "What the **censor**" He whispers. "I think we should go..." He starts to move along the edge of the abyss, walking quickly, but carefully.

"What is it?" Cecil said, and he turned around and saw the strange... thing... "OK then, let's all just move slowly and calmly. Maybe it won't notice us."

The creature shot forward, or rather flashed forward, towards the group, and threw itself at Xander, screeching loudly. In it's mask, Xander could see himself, but it wasn't him exactly.

Geoff stumbled back in horror at the creature and slipped off the edge into the abyss.

"NO!" Cecil shouted, he shot out his paw and grabbed Geoff's.

Angder pauses, he feels... rage... he charges back to help Cecil and Geoff. "GRAB MY HAND!" He yells to the bear. "I CAN PULL YOU UP!"

Something seemed to gently lift Geoff back onto the road, as if Silent Hill didn't want him to die.
The creature fought with Xander, screeching loudly. It wasn't striking him, just wrestling him, trying to stare him square in the face.
