Short background story: Terra is the only female knight in the ranks because she burst in on the knighting ceremonies to prove her worth. She was brave enough to take on the strongest challenger- and won flawlessly. She was assigned as head of the 6th squadron.

Crush: everyone thinks it's the male knight Coda, but Terra really secretly crushes on the princess and plays along with the rumors to allay suspicion.

Late one night, the castle was all asleep- until the sound of shouting was heard. The alarms were raised, the army dispatched and divided to conquer. They were under attack and in burst Terra, crashing into the princess's room. "Princess!" She said, going to the other. "We have to get out of here, the castle is under siege!"

Awaken by a loud burst and the warmth of her body going to a shiver, the young princess woke up and looked around the room, startle. It wasnt long before she noticed the Knight looking at her with worried eyes. "What happened? What's wrong?" Removing herself out from bed her eyes averted to the window, seeing nothing but choas. "What are we going to do?"

The sabertootk pulled her away from the window as an arrow flew by. "Come on!" She yelled, pulling the princess with her to the cellar and out a back way. Terra quickly pulled the other onto her back. "Hold on." That was the only warning she gave as she began to run, run faster than the few horse knights they had there. And that was fast. She hid the wolf in the brush, covering her mouth. She motioned for the other to be silent.

Sansa hadn't seen the arrow flying across until she was tugged to the side and saw it landed on her bed. The young princess gasped and struggled to her feet, following the sabertooth outside. Once she step foot outside, Sansa was completely blown away once she saw many of her people was dying. "Your not going to help the others?" As she said this, she gleamed down and saw she was on the back of lover and moving further away from the castle.

Now behind a bush, with her mouth blocked by a hand, Sansa's eyes looked around the unfamiliar place while she only panicked inside. She only thought her parents and wondered if they were safe.

Terra looked worried about the others, then looked at her. "I would if we didn't have targets on our backs. My job, as assigned by your parents, is to protect you at all costs." She whispers. "And I am NOT leaving you here. They might find you and kill you. And then me. I don't want you getting hurt." She smiled a little. "Soldiers are 'expendable.' We can be replaced." The tiger looks over the brush before picking her up again. "We need to get farther out." And she started running again.

"Who is they? Have they come from different kingdom?" Then again, Sansa thanked her Knight. "But if wasn't for you, I wouldn't be alive. Thank you" she smiled and kissed her on the cheek.

Sansa sighed, with no shelter, the young princess looked at the  sabertooth knight with a concerning look. "Since we can't go back to the kingdom, where should we go now...?"

"They prepared for this, those vermin... They're from the west kingdom and they-" she blushed a bit but never wavered in her running before she stopped. It was a run down shack, a cottage of sorts, and the little house looked like it hadn't been lived in for a millennia. But when she opened the door, it looked brand new. "Get inside, quickly, princess."

It wasn't long before then she was interrupted. Finding herself back on the back of her lover they went down the hill and found an abounded cottage. "You think someone still lives in there?" Though it was stupid to ask the princess knew most likely lived in there. But then again, she listened to the knights orders she hustle inside.

Hard to believe Sansa saw the place was brand...just how she liked it. A place for royalty. "Is this our new home for now?"

Sansa envy that word. "No, it's ours. You are staying with me, aren't you? So it's ours...You know I hate to be alone...

Removing her cloak she looked at the home and lightly smile. "It's already fine - I'll get use it" Thinking of this was making her hungry..."I'm getting hungry..."

"Course I'll stay. And I can make some food if you want." She headed to the kitchen, humming a bit as her tail swayed and she began to get some food out. "What do you want?"

Sansa thought, "Goat cheese, peaches, and bread. It's only morning after all" After requesting what she wanted she left the knight alone in the kitchen and went to the room they will be sharing. She nodded and was pleased to see it was decent.

There was only one bed in the room, and it was clear it was intended for only one person. Terra sighed. She couldn't let this... Get out of hand. She had to keep her feelings in check, had to try and reduce those nasty butterflies she got in her stomach around the princess.

Just by thinking laying underneath the warm covers, her eyes twitched. Maybe for a moment, she thought to herself. Climbing onto the bed and going underneath the covers, her eyes suddenly begin to water. Remembering she had to wake up early and ecaspe with her trusted knight, she yawned and laid down.

She went into the bedroom only to find the wolf fast asleep. She smiled a bit, moving closer and sitting on the edge of the bed, stroking her hair gently. She didn't know the princess was still awake.

She backed off, looking surprised and ashamed. She instantly took a knee and kept her head to the ground- as was the custom when you offended a royal. "I apologize, I... Saw something in your hair."

Sansa raised an eyebrow,most likely confused. "I am not like my father...You don't need to do what you do for him...Now, get up" At this moment, Sansa was beginning to get annoyed.

Even though her eyes were closed, it didn't mean she was sleeping. "Piss off. A lot of rumors can be spread but it doesn't I'm spoiled." At this moment, rather annoyed Sansa was now pissed instead,and moved the thick covers over head.

The princess listened to the knight's heartbroken voice. Sansa had only sighed and regretted for being so harsh. Then again she hated to be called spoiled. To her, it meant like nothing was being cared; she did cared. Alot. Sighing she allowed the sabertooth to leave and guard the front. For now, she can only do but rest.

After hours of waiting, it was finally about mid morning. She came back in. "Good morning princess. We leave to go back to  the castle at noon. Breakfast is on the table." Immediately, she went back out to guard again, not saying a word. It was evident she didn't want to be lashed at again like last night.

The princess yawned. She opened her eyes and looked at the table, noticing the large portion of food. However, embracing it's fresh smell, she removed herself from the bed and grabbed the loaf of bread. She spreaded the goat cheese into the bread and ate it. After she finished she went downstairs and looked for Terra.

"So..tell me why we need to return to the castle? Wasn't it attacked?" She questioned the knight after she found her.
