This RP will be set in the world of the witcher, based off of the books by Andrzej Sapkowski.
Despite the rain, there was a crowd. Most of them didn't want to miss this, the burning of a mage. Thomas, two swords on his back, didn't much care for mages, much like he didn't much care for most people. But, he showed up. He couldn't save the two pages tied to the soon to be pyres, but, if the mob turned on anything else, he could calm them down, or, at the very least, help the poor sod who's the subject of the riots escape, maybe earning a few crowns for himself in the process.
"The Holy fire enlightens, burns, and cleanses!" The bals man holding a torch yelled, giving a moment for the crowd to repeat his words. He then, rather uncerimoniously, dropped the torch onto the pile of firewood, chuckling to himself as the man strapped to the pyre burned alive.
