Title: Writing Commissions?

So, I've been thinking about doing this for a while now, as a way to maybe just get a bit of extra cash here and there, and I was wondering if anybody could give me a bit of advice.
 
1: Am I allowed to do this? I'm only 15 and I'm not sure if I'm allowed to sell things online.
2: Price ranges, what would be acceptable? Possibly charge by the page or by the paragraph, I'm not sure.
3: would this even take off? I think this would be an interesting thing to do. However I have my doubts about if people would even be marginally interested.
4: Am I good enough? In my signature I have a link to 'Project Haunt', a little story I'm writing in my free time. If you could please view it and tell me if it's even worth starting.

Well, it would be cool to have this story written out anyway. I'm writing some sorta story too admist my home recording projects (has some relation to the music im writing too)


If you wouldn't mind, maybe we can share our ideas and critique each other?  :)
