You find a million dollars in your mail. What will you do with it?
25% For college
15% To help my mom finish the house she's building
10% For the rainy days
25% For my personal use and the remaining 25% is for my family to do what ever they want

I would invest it in a hectic electric guitar and a marshall stack, a beyond hectic computer, set a percentage aside for my education, my parents well being and pay someone to invest the rest in property, stocks and shares

I would get 10% excanged for pennies, and drive by hobos chucking pennies at them. 50% for school expenses. 40% for whatever

100K for school.
The rest goes towards building an MS-1.

however much i need to pay for college, set that aside. lets just go with a nice round $100k for that
then, id get a modest little house, just for me. (And well, the dog that imma buy as well.) that would run around... eh... $250k to furnish and stuff. Small house, not even a guest room. Then a modest little car with good gas mileage. $40k. maybe a few thousand for high-tech, super awesome computer. Gotta pay the bills and stuff, so set aside $200k to pay for all of the bills for a while.
that leaves $400k...
well, owning a few pets isn't all THAT expensive, so i'll set a few thousand aside for them.
so, $100k for me to spend on whatever. art, games, movies, electronics and stuff.
Whatever is left is going into banks. Gotta keep money saved for gas, bad luck, and other things ^_^

I'd invest as much of it as I can. I'd take out whatever size portion I'd need to buy my own place to live and buy a few things for fun that I couldn't afford before. Like some extra computer monitors, a nice entertainment system, and a Cintiq drawing tablet.

Put that $1,000,000 in a bank with a high fixed interest rate.
An interest rate of 5% would mean I get $50,000 dollars a year, just from interest alone.
I'd probably use the remaining money to live my normal ordinary life-style, but with the exception of "hmm that TV looks really nice, lets buy it!"
also I'd completely pimp up my computer and get a fursuit XD
If I had tens of millions of dollars, I would get a party together.

I would spend alot for future studies, but most of it would be invested into a new pc rig XD

On a serious note I'd use it all for college and the rest for my future housing, family, stocks, etc.

One million dollars...Hmm. I would definitely pay college tuition for both my brother and I (we're both becoming doctors. That's a lot of money for my parents to help pay), and then I'd put the rest in the bank and live comfortably :)
Of course, I'd definitely amp up my computer a bit. Multiple screens? Absolutely!

I'd buy a house, a new car, and the rest into a bank, living on interest and an ordinary job, I think I'd be set with what I need, living far away from California and my mother :D

I would do 2 things with my million.
1. Get a fursuit (i really want one!)
2. Get a ultimate gaming setup.
And i would put the rest in the bank.

I'd be set for life with that kind of starting money. First I'd pay off my debts and buy a couple franchise restaurants (not super cheap fast food more like bar/grill type places) I've got a couple friends I've met working in kitchens over the years to run them.
Next is the recording studio. By then I should have made a decent chunk of money back, and I could afford to run the place at rates lower than any recording studio out there (giving new musicians the opportunity to get their material known and hopefully diluting the amount of profit-first crap out there)
After that who knows. More businesses, more investments, and all the stuff I've really wanted (fursuit, 2 new Xboxs for me and the gf, a couple of HD TVs to go with them, get my bloody pc fixed, comissions from just about every writer and artist here, and a new car...probably a Volkswagen :D.) Oh and a nice large sum going to TFF :)
One day... ;)

Put some away for a wacom cintiq (untill i get better at drawing).
Travel everywhere!
Move to an own apartment.
Get a driving license.
Get a car.Give 10% to my awsome mom!
Save 10% (If i have that much)

I'd want to make my house completely energy self-sufficient. Solar panels, personal wind turbines, passive solar heating, all that jazz. I've always wanted to build a house like that, and then the state can pay ME for the excess power I generate! >:3

Here's what I'd do...
5% - Charities and other random acts of kindness
15% - College Education, and other certification
20% - Give to my parents
20% - Rainy Day Fund
30% - Retirement
I would still go to work, because the more money the better (1m isn't that much in the scheme of things, seeing as how the cost of living is always going up... :( ), and I'd like to help people with what I do. But knowing that I had a lot of money to fall back on like that would be a dream come true, it would afford freedom that you otherwise wouldn't have. :)

Take a beautiful honeymoon trip.
Buy a farmette with a mother-in-law suite about a quarter mile away for my mate's Mom.

That'd be nice too Speedy... I have a small one, but I want one that I can put on the stove, I'm just getting into drinking different types of tea.
