Symphony X is a brilliant, shining example of Progressive Metal; though they do mix it in with Power Metal, they maintain the aforementioned. I have several favorite songs from them, those being: Symphony X - End Of Innocence (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pbrwowS_0ss#)
Symphony X - Domination (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l7Zhi7QWN2o#)
Symphony x - Eve of seduction (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DbTSLVx7dgE#)
I will post more as I figure out exactly which songs of which bands I like have more progressive elements. I could put up some Nightwish and Blind Guardian in the near future.

Ha ha! I'll be the first one posting for my most favorite progressive Metal band on earth... You guessin'? no? How dare you? :o Nah just kidding XD ... Let me introduce you all to Dream Theater :D ... Which by the way, I just saw like not long ago from when I post this thingy... Now, There's too many songs I'd like to put but I'm going to choose 3 to introduce you to their different progressive methods :3 .
Dream Theater - Under A Glass Moon (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JEKTNtmKZEw#ws)
Their early period with the album who changed it all... More light stuff, yet progressive and awesome :3
Dream Theater - Endless Sacrifice (Full + Lyrics) (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=STXFFYcuhuw#)
Now... Onto their most dark album which is mainly my favorite! Dark, angry, slow yet beautifu :D
Dream Theater - A Nightmare to Remember (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ADX9DdURn8o#ws)
And last but not least... A Nightmare to remember... Creepy, agressive, awesome time signatures... 16 minutes of awesomeness o.o

I enjoy this version as well. Not quite as much as the original, but still quite a bit.

Dude, props on posting one of my favorite Amorphis songs. It, Soothsayer and You I Need have got to be my favorites from them.
Got me some Nightwish; can't really place if it's Progressive or not. But I'm under the assumption it is. Nightwish - Dead Gardens (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lk9q1IByqf4#)
Then some more Symphony X; this one from one of their earlier albums. V: The New Mythology Suite.
