Title: Advice on early entrance to community college?
Post by: Egan on June 22, 2011, 10:29:09 AM
I don't want to take a full college course yet, but for a year now I've been trying to find a way for me to take legitimate psychology classes . I've read around two and a half psychology and sociology books, and I was told that I could get into a commuinty college at my age (14), but I wasn't told how. If anyone has any advice on how to get in, or where I could get a class eslewhere, I'd be very thankful.

You have to call the junior college or find their website and/or catalog, very often they have a program for people such as you trying to sign up and the minimum age is generally 14 or 15. At least that's how it is at Modesto Junior College up north here, I think you should probably be able to get in.

That or you can call the college and as if they have the service to be sure. If the particular college your looking at doesn't have anything, hopefully someone can direct you to a college that does.
