well, as you can tell, it is alice in wonderland based, so you know, I will need a mad hatter, a white 'rabbit', mouse, queen of hearts, red queen, white queen, caterpillar, the bird, or make one up...whoever posts first can chose their character,

What kind of plot are we running by out of curiosity? The movie, the book, the cartoon? Or are we just doing something different but similar all the same?

its a mixture of the movie and the cartoon, because i have not read the book (yet) its pretty much even, she is older but she has never been to wonderland before ( a odd mixture)

Personality: Mad (of course), seems to change a lot, can be somewhat childish. Loyal to Alice, an outlaw to the Red Queen. Can be sensitive and quick to change personalities when depressed. She wears her heart on her sleeve.

Description: Big, blue caterpillar with a pipe that when sucked on, allows the sucker (ha) to blow out mist and bubbles (I DON'T SMOKE)
personality: serious, yet fatherly; continuously cryptic
Name: Jack of Nines
Age: 14
Description: human form, but torso is armored and in the shape of a long rectangle, and head is shrouded in a oval-shaped helmet; arms and legs are also armored; mostly red, with the exception of 9 black hearts on his chest and a black 9 on his left shoulder. Has two glowing yellow eyes, and uses two modified elvish knives and a returning dagger (I have to have it in there! I love that thing!) along with the common spear weapon; is a reject of the Red queen's army because his appearance creeped the Queen out, but since he was already enchanted to life he was just thrown out, which was good for him since he didn't like the Queen's ideals anyway; is on the side of the White Gueen and the other good people of Wonderland; will be found when Alice meets Absolom.
Personality: Calm, meditated, and Zen-like, yet is understanding of everything, and willing to help Alice in any way he can.
