That's not good man, i hope you get better soon, the only advice i can give is eat a really well balenced diet while your not exersizing so you at least stay constant.

(if you already lead an active lifestyle, get on a supplement called Hydroxycut Hardcore. It should be sold at a local GNC or any vitamin/health product retailer. Don't get regular hydroxycut, make sure you get hardcore. That ones proven to work.)
