I'm learning how to use tarot for diffrent things (Like connecting to my spirit guides, and asking for advice) and I think that it would be good practice if you wanna know something. :)
What I Can Do
- Life Evaluations: A summary of what has happened, and your potential outcomes
- Spirit Guides: Can ask your spirit guides questions about themselves
- Advice: Let the cards give you a bit of advice
What I Can't Do
- Future Telling: Nope. Tarot arn't very good for that. You may see people who CAN do it, but remember, I'm just learning the ropes. :)
Just post here that you're intrested and I'll get you a PM about it. All readings are confidential, unless you want to leave a testimonial. I DO NOT take money for this, because its against my morals for this service.

:) just a question, how does one go about getting a deck of tarot cards? I've been lookijng for some time :)

Oh, there are plenty of sites where you can get them, like The Crystal Fox (Sorry, can't give a link cuz Wii dosn't copy/paste, tis 1st thing on Google) but I don't have a deck myself xD
I use a deck of standard playing cards, and although they're missing some cards, its still very accurate. Did you know that playing cards had their origins from the tarot? :)

I've looked into doing tarot readings before but never was able to get a deck and now look what you showed me :) also, i cant check my PMs on my phone so tomorrow i'll check what you sent! The way I learned was from this great About thing, along with a ton of books on the subject. I'll link to the one's I think will be the most helpful.

This is the book I'm still currently using to try and memorize the Minor Arcana (Cards that are for everyday occourences)

Oh my stars I finally come here to see this!
I am going into tarot reading as a job and do reading for people as well, very lucky that I found a fellow reader on the forum! I've been learning from my aunt, who does tarot reading professionally....she gets paid a lot since apperently people in las vegas are desperate for readings, and she does an excellent job in a big sister type way, and has inspired me to follow the mystic since I was little. I enjoy reading very highly on a spiritual level, and am honored to meet a successful fellow reader such as yourself. *extends hand for a shake*
I would love a reading, to see how other people read cards differently than me, and what they may say about me that might be different than what I read.

And somehow I would feel wrong opening my own tarot reading thread....>.< Lol how do you do it? Do you just tell the client the answer to their query or do you also talk about what cards came up and get really in detail?

Go on ahead and open your own, its not like I do it for pay. :P
And I tell them what cards came up, and go into details about it. :)
