Title: FurFright 2010
Post by: AirRaiser on October 22, 2009, 08:39:08 AM
Location: Cromwell, CT
Date: October 29-31
Best Quote from the website: What are you doing for Halloween this year? Don't sit home alone in your Batman costume (again), crying and eating candy.

I'm all registered and have a hotel room booked! Anyone else going? It's the closest Furry con to me, and guess what I do pre orders for badges so you can be like OMFG IM MEETING AR! Dunno why that would excite anyone, but you never know. This is my Funvention, I go to this one to hang with friends and have a good time, I suit like all the time here. Normally seen with a pack of mostly dogs, one feline and a fox. And yes I am the only female in that pack.

East coast, and about a 3.5 hour drive for me. It's one of those states that you know it's a state but it kinda blobs together with the rest of us up here.

Yea it was my first furry con, people there are nice but security can be a hassle, but they keep you safe. The staff are easy to get to know, when they are not running around with their heads cut off making sure things go smoothly. But yea for first timers this is a nice decent sized con.
