Yaar Ya scoundrels, come dock in at Furry bay! Rum be much and lootin be great, a place for every pirate, whether ye be Captain of yer very own ship or a scruffy scoundrel...
Every furry pirate who’s werth his salt be known round here!......
The sign swung slowly in the sea breeze, the peeling faded letters declaring that this small port was indeed “Furry Bay”. The shanty-like mix of huts, taverns houses and ship builders being the home to some of the most savage and generally drunk pirates in the Caribbean. The sound of flintlock pistols rang through the night accompanied by roaring laughter and accordion music, the flicker of a hundred oil lamps reflected like glowing shoals of fish in the calm waters of the natural bay.
Down by the docks the smell of fish, salt and pirates assaulted the senses like a physical battering ram all over imposed by the mournful creaking of rigging in the breeze. Down here was where the work horses of a pirate slept for the night, to be woken by the Caribbean sun and anchors away! Mighty warships, lolloping junks, dingy dingies and sleek schooners... all lay low in the tide, dark waves sloshing against the sides. The quiet was every so often interspersed with the odd scream as a fight broke out on the piers and was settled with a good old fashioned dunking in the bay...
Furry bay was the main pirate port in this part of the seas, built up from a freebooter’s camp; buildings had sprung up like fungus, covering the semi circular bay with a layer of wooden and stone buildings. It had been attacked, sometimes directly, by the “east India trading company”, however every time it had been rebuilt, every time there were too many pirates, who even if they didn’t work together, had more than enough numbers to pull off a victory. Every pirate fighting, only so they could then boast on how many ships they downed... Furry bay was therefore renowned for housing the fiercest, if not always the richest, furry pirates to sail the seven seas....
Known to those sleeping, fighting or drinking in Furry bay around two week’s sail away on the island of “Portuga” the “East-India trading company” had a fort of operations and a port.... The east –india trading company was the organisation set up by humans, they dealt in slavery of furries and the destruction of all pirates.... Little known to those in Furry bay a fleet was being gathered, this was not unusual for the east-india trading company, they were always trying to burn Furry bay to the ground, however what was unusual was that this fleet stretched from horizon to horizon. Every battleship, galley and schooner fought back... though never truly united as the captains often where not of the friendliest when it came to glory or fighting together... you did however often get those who would stick together, but most where scoundrels of the lowest form.. This may not be enough when the fleet they were to be facing counted its numbers in hundreds... Maybe even thousands rather than the small raiding fleets normally seen!
This time, if they don’t unite... Furry bay would be nothing but ruins.......
well thats the story.... if you want to be involved go dock in at the OOC thread and fill out a character sheet and you can get stuck in raiding n pillaging to your hearts content.... well at least until the pirates realise about the east india trading company are coming ^_^

"Sir, we're taking fire! What be yer plan of action!?!?" Gun fire roared outside the cabin walls as Spike sat at his desk, facedown in a small puddle of drool and puke. "Sir!" The crewmember pleaded. Spike raised one of his paws. "...So...fire back, you fool!" The crewmember looked around and nodded as if he should have thought of that in the firstplace before rushing out of Spike's office. Spike dragged himself up of his desk. "Where's my rum?" He asked himself. "Ah." He pulled the half empty bottle out of his other pair boots and took another swig. Before staggering out into the doorway singing an old pirate song. The schooner sat above the wave in the distance as SPike walked out onto the deck of Wrath and watched as cannon fire erupted on both sides of the fight. As water splashed onto deck, more cannons fired, blowing a hole through one of the Wrath's sails "Curse ye, mortal scoundrels! You cannot sink this ship!" In the distance, the enemy ship went up in flames, shortly before exploding into splinters. There was a brief silence. Spike looked around, cheers went up and hats were thrown into the air along with pistol fire. "Set sail for Furry Bay!" Spike yelled.

"YAAR! tis be a fine day to sail... YAAAR! ....a cruisin along 'the feline fang! .... YAAAR! we sail on t'is day, with our dear cap'n... YAAAR! .... and o' his name, tis old Kitt!... YAAAR!"
the twenty or so felines running to and fro across the feline fang kept up this long song... it had at least twenty verses... and every one of em knew it off by heart...
"I love this bit!... ya know, with the YAAAR!.." kitt was leaning against the wheel, rum in one hand another hand on the wheel... the several cats nearest him shared glances before hastily agreeing...
"yes, sir... very good song sir..."
"I know tis a good song shipmate!... i sung's it maself dinni?!" Kitt looked him straight in the eye... the young feline who had only recently become "ships boy" looked straight back...
"Sir... we're almost back at Furry bay.. tis my belief. that if ya was to go below deck and got some sleep... we can keep the ship steady can we lads!" this was met with AYES! all round, for while Kitt may be one of the youngest captians around... he was inspirational to his crew... as they where all brothers among cats...

"Capin', when are we getting to fight, this is the third time I've lost to Drake in a game of checkers!"
the wolf that was complaining had two shamshirs and one flintlock pistol, and a bottle of rum in the left hand. He threw a nasty glance at the bear with a club, made from the mast of the first ship they sunk.
"Don't get yourself riled up, its not my fault you can't make a smart decision for your life". The bear was chuckling while the wolf drew one of his shamshirs and poised it at the bear's neck.
"What'd you say fluffball?!". The next second, a shield covered in blades flies into the tabel between them and made the wolf yelp.
"Enough bickering you two, if you're so bored Toral, go look for ships while I keep this boat from hitting any rough waters..." Xandral walked over and yanked his shield out, sending splinters everywhere.
"do I make myself clear?"
The wolf gulped and nodded, running off to the front of the ship while the bear cleared off the table.
"Captain Xandral, I know this seems obvious, but we're all getting edgy because you decided to take the 'safe' route to Furry Bay... but I have no objections as long as its just Toral who gets angry" Xandral looked around with a bored yet piercing gaze before heading up to the wheel.
"Its just one thing after another with these waters, another upset and i'll have to kill someone" Xandral mumbled before taking the wheel yet again.

sorry, but could you please create a character on the out of character thread here... http://www.thefurryforum.com/forums/index.php?topic=9330.0 (http://www.thefurryforum.com/forums/index.php?topic=9330.0) .... the rules are there for character creation... untill then could you maybe remove the post? sorry... but it will help everyone in the rp if you create a character first there...

Spike was constantly checking his compass bearings as he stood before the wheel of his ship staring beyond the horizon. He reached down into his belt, past his six flintlocks and to his spy glass, pulling it outward and looking through it to the spit of land in the distance.
"Land ho, me harties!!!" Spike yelled.
Spike's crew of forty all stopped what they were doing to look forward to Furry Bay. Spike let out a laugh, his black coated fangs gleaming in the sun. Spike's crew nervously joined in before Spike cut them off.
"What are ya laughin' about!? Get back to work!!!" Spike ordered. The crew immediatelty returned to their posts, scrubbing, tying ropes, and polishing the cannons. Spike's pet, Murdock - a rat, hopped up on Spike's shoulder. Spike took as swig of rum before passing the bottle up to Murdock, tipping the bottle so Murdock could reach his head in and have a drink.
"Furry Bay best be prepared. Wrath's a comin'..." Spike said, letting out a chuckle.

Philly quickly sat up and looked around. Apparantly he had passed out in an ally next to the tailor's shop. "What the devil am I doing way out here? Must have had some wild night." He said stumbling into the street. He stood tall feeling the cool breeze sweep through his fur. "I love Furry Bay. It's the only place I can call home....well atleast when I'm not stowing away on another ship." he thought smiling.

Xandral let out a sigh when he saw Toral, the wolf who was supposedly acting as lookout, sleeping at the bow of the ship. He then made out a ship in the distance as well as the islet known as Furry bay.
"Men, gather your weapons, and hide the loot... we have vessel coming up" Everyone got up except for Toral and did as they were ordered.
"Toral, get up, we're going to get some action!" said Drake while shaking him rather violently.
"wha- a fight?" he got up to his feet and let out a whoop before drawing one of his blades.
"Finally, some combat before we land!" he then realized what everyone else was doing and hid his share before reporting to the mast along with the other ten memebers. Xandral was still at the wheel, keeping the ship on course when he made out the flag.
"Men, we're about to encounter a rather odd guest, be sure to give him the traditional Burning Wing welcome before we start the party, alright?" His crew responded with a completely unanimous "Aye Aye Cap'n!" before heading into combat stations.

"ALL HANDS ON DECK! CAP'NS HERE!"
*Kitt walked out from his cabin and nodded to the twenty or so felines...he turned to his first mate and whispered to him*
"you said somthing about a pair of ships?"
"yessir, theys be starboard and gainin for a fight sir...."
*Kitt looked out at the two ships, both heading for each other*
"i'l take the wheel, we can skirt roun' fa now, we is in enough disrepair as it is... i dont have time for a fight, ya hear?... ALL HANDS MAKE SAIL!"
*Kitt strode to the wheel and turned*
"we'l rely on the speed of ol' "feline fang" to take us roun' if we keep all hands ta clipping the sail, they cant reach us in time.... raise the white flag, we wanna show no hostilities..."

Xleena sat on a crate, her pirate hat covering her face as she snoozed lightly on the bay docks, enjoying the breeze that sifted lazily through the peacock feathers in her hat.
Since she punched the her old captain off the last ship, they seemed to decide that she wasn't a crew member anymore. Souldn' ta tol' me to be his playthin', dirty ol' capt'n. She thought with a smirk.
Her scimitar drooped in her paw, always ready to use it on some silly theif thinking they could make an easy buck. She enjoyed the bustle of the bay, the cargo of ales, spices and silks that were dragged to the markets by the burly pirates who had stolen them from honest sailors.
A drift of long silk blew and caught on her sword, making her turn her attention to it, It was a nice regal purple, much to her liking. Her paw swooped down and grabbed it, placing round her neck. 'Till do fer now.' She chuckled.

*the feline fang swept past the conflicting ships, its speed unmatched by all larger ships... though with less cannon strength the low schooner whipped up a spray as it sped for the bay.... sliding into the dock three felines jumped down to tie her in, the red flag of Cap'n Kitt flapped through the wind.....*

A ferret walked up to xleena, giving her sword a kick. Startled, but without showing it, she looked up slowly and maintained eye contact with the ferret, waiting for him to talk. 'I believe tha' silk belongs t' me crew.' He seethed, broadening his shoulders to appear more intimidating.
Xleena smirked and got up slowly. Looking back into the ferrets face she inquired 'So are yee prepar'd t' cause a fuss fer a smidg'n o' silk?' She quickly kicked the ferret in the knee cap, bending his leg the wrong way and resulting him to cry out in agony and fall to the floor. 'Tha's for tha kick to ma' Scimitar.' She told the ferret calmly, 'So do ye' wanna continue thi' bout then?'
A tiger woman ran over to the two, and she punched Xleena directly in the face 'How's about playing fair?!' The tigress shouted, as she went to punch the swooning Xleena again. Being too slow however, in mid punch her paw was grabbed, and then her wrist broken without a second of thought. 'S' two on one's fair now?' Xleena claimed a little more tensely, wiping the blood from her muzzle as the tigress screamed.
Gaining her footing back she kicked the ferret who was still on the floor, and spat at the tigress who was knelt whining in pain. She turned and walked towards the bar bay, 'the shark shack', leaving the rest of the ships crew to crowd around their wounded members, trying to help them out (as well as being too scared to confront Xleena).

"fine, we'l check there first... the rest of ya get going with tha repairs!"
*Kitt and his first mate strode through the shanty town, Kitt himself was actually younger than most on his ship, shorter too... but he had the attitude to be a captain, combined with always wanting to be fair... well... as fair as he had to be...*

Wrath was nearing port at Furry Bay. Spike held his head high, his right boot perched up on the figurehead at the front of his ship. The wood carved half naked vixen, pointing forward, sword in hand. A grin crossed Spike's face. He began to wonder what treasures he could trade for a new hat. The one he had now no longer fancy. The wind blowing through his fur was always something he enjoyed, even as a child when his father was captain of Wrath a long time ago. The sails dropped and the ship began to slow. It had been a while since Spike was in Furry Bay. He couldn't wait to see Nancy at The Harbour Cafe. It had to be the greatest place in the whole city.
"Weigh anchor!!!" Spike ordered.
Almost immediately, the side anchors dropped off the side of the ship, plunging into the water, and splashing the crew on deck. There was a cheer as Wrath slowed to a stop near the port. Crew members threw down a plank and awaited the word.
Spike turned to face his crew. "Men...Have a good time." He said with a smile. His crew roared with cheer and the sound was replaced by the sound of stomping boots on the planks as the crew rushed the pier. Spike was last to leave as a few men stayed behind to repair damage and guard the ship. He let out a chuckle as he set fourth on dry land.

Xandral saw Spike's ship land and decided to call off the 'welcome wagon' with a wave of his fist.
"We're nearing Furry bay, take what loot you're willing to part with and enjoy yourselves when we land" He was met with cheers a whoops before changing his angle towards the port of Furry bay.
A few long moments later, the crew automatically weighed ancor and everyone calmly left the ship until they got onto the peir, then almost all of them dashed off into the streets. Drake and Toral stayed behind to guard the ship voluntarily while Xandral went looking for either a maiden to mess with, or a new crewmember, both he knew were at the 'sharkshack'.
The instant he entered, his shield and sword immedeatly made him stand out and the bar started to quiet down, mostly because starting trouble was likely to bring the whole Burning Wing crew in with weapons at the draw.

Spike wandered through the sreets of the city. The sounds of music, chatter, and pistol fire filled the air. "Ahh...I'm home!" He stopped outside a familiar venue, Nancy's Harbour Cafe. He smiled, fixed his red overcoat and walked inside. He opened the door and had to dodge a flying rum bottle. "Hohoho, not this time." He continued inside. "Nancy! I'm back!" The vixen appeared through the back door of the tavern wearing a well used red dress, torn a bit to show her cleavage more than usual.
"Oh Captain Spike. How thoughtful of you to visit." She said smiling, leaning against the bar.
Spike approached, ignoring the drunken bar fights, singing, and drinking going on around him. "Miss me?" He asked with open arms.
Nancy chuckled lightly. "Why don't you come around back and I'll show you?" She asked, lifting her skirt.
Spike laughed and picked her up in his arms, carrying her to the back. "Give me a jug of that famous Ol' Spiced!"

Xleena drank her vodka at the bar. She'd always hated the biterness of ale, despite this not being very pirate like. The thought made her grin, as she stroked her silky scarf in a slight daze. Out of the corner of her eye, a pirate walked in that seemed to catch everyone's attention.
A very 'merry' dog interrupted her peace as he slurred 'Fancy a bit of fun for a slip of silver coi--' unable to finish his sentence as her paw contacted in a ferocious way to his lower area. A yelp was heard as he fell off the stool, and some old barman (and friend of hers) picked him up, dragged him out and threw him onto the street.
The barkeep, an old panther, nodded at Xleena as he strode back behind the bar. 'Sorry 'bout that 'leeny darl.' The old panther growled, 'thar be too much scum tha' washes up on these shores nowadays...' Xleena chuckled and retorted 'Th's always been scum Peter, jus' I seem to attract it.' However, no one seemed to wish to sit at the empty bar stool next to her right now, anyway.

*Kitt edged past the large figure wielding a shield and buckler, he nodded to the captain of the burning wing as he moved over to the bar with his first mate...*
"weeell, doesnt look like there are many here who could sail a ship....."
*His first mate looked around most of the scum binging on the ale*
"that be tru cap'n, ya dont always find good un's... we may have to search somewhere else"
*Kitt nodded and asked whether his first mate could look round for anyone interested, seeing as he was here ha had decided a drink was in call for.. looking towards the bar he saw only one unoccupied seat beside a fur wearing a flamboyant hat, no one else seemed to be going near her... but that wasnt uncommun, many people wanted theyre private space... he sat down beside her, pulling a hip flask from a pouch he asked the barman for a shot glass and payed him out of good will before pouring a slug of golden pear brandy*

Xleena saw the young handsome gentleman sit next to her. Not usually the type to be sitting in a scab hole like this She thought. She realised his dressings were that of a captain and remarked rather bluntly 'D' ye plan to make any 'propositions' to me man?'

Kitt turned to the fur beside him, looking her up and down from the long cutlass to the demeanour of a hardworking crewman
"well, if ya be interested in saying yes. Cap'n Kitt of the feline fang, and we be indeed looking to run us some new crewman, you ask the questions. I be answering them"
He downed the shot glass of pear brandy and looked back to her.

Philly reached into his pocket feeling around for a few coins to buy a drink, but unfortunately he was broke. Walking to the pier he saw several ships docked and decided to board the closest one to him. "Well I suppose I'll have to swipe whatever gold that I can off of this ship" he said as he boarded the Feline Fang.

*the feline fang was completly empty, the ship was in harbour for repair and the only things aboard where three armed crew members repairing the mast and a small seet of cannons...*

Xleena grinned 'Feline Fang aye? Tha' be a new ship.' She downed her vodka and asked Peter the barkeep for another, as she handed over a silver coin. 'May I be askin' what you sail these traitorous waves fer?' By her judgment, he didn't seem like a scumbag. She thought it'd be wise to have a look at this ship first before she made any decisions. A man can tal' th' tal', but is th' ship proper, n' not som' ol' rustbucket... She thought, as she lazily gazed into his eyes.

"what be we sailin the seas fer? is that all yer wish ter know? well, fine be yer to ask... we be sailing fer pretty much anything ye want ta sail fer, we had some good luck with bounty we got... so ye be paid well enough... and just in case ye be curious the feline fang be a schooner, and aye it be rather new... fastest on the seas, with a crew ta match... course she aint so good with the cannons n' all. We only got medium pounders.... but there aint a ship tha' i met so far can outrun it..."
*He poured out another slug and gazed back at her*
"ah, but there be another thing... most teh crew... well they be felines like meself... hence tha name feline fang... just tought i should tell ya"

'Hmm, and supposin' I was te' come along wi' ye,' She paused, 'an' supposin' you be no furvert cap'n like th' last one I had th' displeasure o' sailin wi'... I be not th' nicest lioness out ther' an' if yer crew give me slack, I ha' a short fuse I ain't willin' to douse.' She finished, waiting for the captains response as she slowly drained her vodka glass.

Spike came out from the back of the tavern, Nancy in one hand, a mug of rum in the other when an old looking cat approached the couple.
"Nancy! What be ye doing!? Yea cheatin' whore!" He said, pulling out a small dagger, holding it towards Spike and Nancy.
"Arnold what are you doing here!?" She screamed.
"I'm here to kill ya and yer scoundrel of a mate!" He yelled back.
The bar fell silent. Spike stared at the cat through for a good long moment before putting his mug down on the nearest table to his right. The cat refused to put dowm his dagger. Within a fraction of a second, Spike pulled out one of his pistols and fired, shooting the cat in the chest. The cat looked down at the bullet hole as his wool shirt quickly turned red around the small burnt hole in the fabric. He look back up at Spike before he fell to his knees and then to the floor. Spike put his pistol away and looked at Nancy who's face was enlightend with joy.
"Oh Spike...Whenever you shoot your gun...I...I" Spike cut her off before she could finish.
"Hahahahahaha oh Nancy, I been shootin ya all morning!" He laughed. "But I must be frank, I be leaving port today very soon. I best get back to Ol' Wrath." He said, putting his hat back on and leaving the bar.
"Come back to me soon!" Nancy called from the door.

*he put one paw across his chest and looked her seriously in the eyes*
"and i doubt my crew will have a problem, they be knowing whens not a time to pick a fight... well then, if you just come n' have looksee at our lil feline fang and her crew.... and if you so wants... you can join our family!"

Xandral was about to get to the barstool when the lioness caught his attention. He dropped his entire 'tough guy' act and started to move towards her, and right into a man walking with a pint in hand. They both collided and the pint fell to the ground, spilt of his contents. The man was a fox with the usual orange/white fur color scheme.
"Stupid git, you spilled my pint!" Xandral took a few seconds to realize what just happened before looking right back at the fox.
"Uh, you bumped into me, or otherwise, you would have never spilt your pint in the first place..." The fox was obviously having seconds, or maybe tenths when he drew his blade and some of the patrons moved away.
"Now lets calm down, its just a bear, and its obvious you've had enough to get five people drunk, so just pu-" Xandral cut himself off to raise his shield in time to block the blade. He then brushed it aside and whipped around for a back-kick to the fox's neck, and sending him sprawling and seemingly dead. To everyone around the two combatants, the kicked seemed intentional, but Xandral was just as shocked that he just put the fox down since his body did it entirely from muscle memory.
"Uh, is he still alive?" Xandral asked before prodding the still body with his boot...

Spike stopped wandering in the street when he heard the racket coming inside the bar he stood out front of. There was a loud thud then silence. He walked into the bar where he saw another fox on the ground and a dragon kicking the body. He puffed from his pipe as he looked at the scene before him.
"He's no more alive than the boot your kickin' him with." Spike said, looking at the dragon, sticking the pipe back in his mouth.

Xandral stopped poking him and turned towards the source of the voice.
"Spike, long time no see, as you can guess, my crew ditched me to go have their share of fun...so would you like to get a beer, or are you going to mock me for my age again?" Xandral stepped over the body and sat down on the stool next to the lioness, leaving another one open on the other side of Xandral.
"Well hello~ Miss Fuzzy ears" Xandral said in a playful manner, not caring if she took it as an insult or not.

"My crew done the same so I'll take you up on that offer...as long as I don't have to put a nipple on that mug for you." He laughed.
"I'm kidding. I owe you for the times we shared in battle. You are no less a man than any other and certainly worth his salt." He picked up two pints of rum off the counter and slammed one down in front of Xandral.
He held his mug high. "Cheers." He said before chugging and finishing within seconds, slamming down the mug and taking a seat next to Xandral.
"So...What brings ya to Furry Bay?"

The steady thud of wood on wood slowly drowned in the crowd as Asia Kali left his room in the sharkshack; his peg legs thudding against the stairs. Turning a corner, he entered the bar, looking to the barmaid with a "Mornin' Beatrice. Some grog to start with, I got a lot to do today. Saw cannonfire in the distance and me mouse and I cant sleep our way that far out." He sat upon the bar stool with a wooden *clack*.
"Sure thin' Mr. Kali, whatever you say," The grog arrived with a Beatrice smile.
"Anything?" Asia replied. There was a pause as Beatrice began annoyed yet grew amused with every passing second.
"No Asia, not anything," she said with an affectionate look, before heading off to deal with other customers. Asia turned on his seat, finding the usual rabble, brawling and shouting. A dead bloke was on the floor... not that he'd be anywhere else save a graveyard. The dead were not common, but far from scarce, and Asia had seen more than enough for him to be completely unphased. What did surprise him was the increasing group of bizarrely dressed sea farers, circling a lioness donned in silk. Slipping off the stool, Asia got stood on his pegs and hobbled towards the group.
"Excuse me, but ye wouldn't be the ones attackin' ships today, would ya? Just thta I would much appreciate directions to where ya did yer shooting."

Xandral drank some of the rum before answering Spike.
"We were getting restless from the lack of possible raids, and when we saw your ship, we thought a little sparring would brighten the mood, but we went into Furry Bay instead." He then looked at the rather odd rabbit with two peg legs.
"Uh... attacking ships is part of the pirate lifestyle, wouldn't be profitable if we just asked for money and loot" Xandral looked up and down the rabbit before deciding to make a comment.
"You wouldn't by any chance be related to a blue-skinned man with similar wooden limbs, would you?"

Xleena, dispite herself was stunned at all the sudden attention. One minute she was being asked to join a crew (by a seemingly very nice gentleman), and then a dragon who just took out a fox came and sat on the newly vacant stool on the other side of her, calling her 'miss furry ears'.
Turning to Kitt with a 'one moment' look, she waited for the conversations of the dragon to finish before she quipped 'Be tha' aimed at me dragon? 'M sure thar be many maidens yer can use yer chat up lines on.' She couldn't help giving an amused smirk however, for he didn't really seem the type to mean it offensively.

Kitt nodded as she turned to the dragon, he took the opportunity to take another swig of pear brandy before she turned back...

Spike chuckled. "Sparring eh? Well, Wrath's taken quite the beatin' this season. More lead in her hull than there is wood, perhaps there'll be time when we set sail." He said being handed another pint of ale.
He looked at the old rabbit. "Not to worry, this city ain't worth the waste of a good cannon shot."

White comes into the Shark Shack, looks around studying the place and murmurs "I be wondering where thee captains be, me would like to be signed upon one's crewmanship." he said while looking amongst the other pirates.
White turns his head and looks over at the bar and says "Ah there one be" White says looking at Captain Kitt's back and comes up behind him and then says "Wouldst thou consider me for ye pirate's crew?" White says while behind Captain Kitt with a tone of seriousness in his voice.

Kitt turned as he down the last of the pear spirits....
"sure, we be needin a few more crew on the feline fang.... you wont find a faster ship in these waters..."

White's face turns from seriousness to a satisfaction look while looking at Captain Kitt and says "Yarrgh good, then we have a deal, but the speed of ye ship as thee fastest in the seas..." White stops for a second and then continues with saying "I'll be the judge of that captain." White finishes with a look of challenge in his eyes.
White then looks at Captain Kitt again and says "What would ye have for me to do first captain?"

Xandral looked back at the lioness with a smirk and took another drink of his rum.
"Ahh... but I perfer a lady that can put up a fight, not flight. Or are those arms just from applying make-up?" He decided to joke since he wasn't neccesarily in the mood to bed, but not exactly in the mood to drink with just one friend.
"Would you be interested in joining the Burning Wings, our crew isn't that large but not many can put up a fight like we can, or would you just want me to buy you a drink?"

Xleena smirked at Chrono's Joke. She knew when to have a laugh. ' No amount'a make'us gonna help thi' face.' Xleena was quite pretty, but she didn't think highly enough of her appearance to take a compliment seriously. 'Besides... ain't it tha gentleman who's supposin' to buy the ''lady'' a drin'?'
She looked at Kitt and then Chrono. They'd both offered her a place on their ship, but was unsure of which one to take. On one hand, the handsome captain of the feline fang seemed like a gentleman, and it was rare on the seas nowadays, as well as a fast ship.
On the other, this new dragon seemed to be powerful, and by his dressings had a lot of money to keep her in check. She was guessing his ship was also a very good offensive vessel, which is something she also liked.
She grinned a bit, and addressed both the captains; 'Yeh both want me on yer ships, so's hows abou' yee both arm wrestle fer it?'

Kitt nodded, it was obvious she did not wish to join.... he looked up at the dragon, he was easily twice as large, and thick set....
Well then it seems we must part, i admit already that i aint no match for the cap'n of the Burnin wing in a strength contest.... but, to uphold traditions why not? s'always good fer a bit'a rivalry between old cap'ns ...and if as is likely i dont win... well, i do hope our paths cross again...

"Hic". Alex was sprawled out on her deck, facing up towards the brilliant blue sky, a bottle of rum in her paw. Quickly she sits up "aww crud. I forgot the cannonballs!" dropping back down with a soft 'thud', she took another swig of the rum before coughing and spluttering. It seemed there was an unexpected surprise in her bottle. spitting it out, she saw a cockroach fly from her mouth. Making a grimace, she squashed it under her boot. Standing up, she walked along the length of her boat before picking up her captain's hat and placing it on her head in one swift movement. Looking across the horizon, she saw the tell tale blotch that signifies land. Letting out a small cheer she downed the last contents of the bottle and called to nobody "Full steam ahead! We must catch these traitors to the crown!" before bursting out in laughter saying "Aye aye cap'n!" and saluting herself. Sitting down she let out a soft sigh "It'll be nice to be in the company of scum once more, I was beginning to miss it. She was always careful when heading to pirate bay though, Fortunately she had sold all her items of worth so there was nothing to plunder for the other pirates.
A few hours later she came to rest against the docks. Tying her boat to the pier she stepped off and onto pirate bay, taking a deep sniff, she smiled, the usual stench of brine, desperation and sweat...It hadn't changed one bit. Alex walked along the streets, passing a few people who tried to start a conversation. and walked into the Shark Shack. Though it seemed that something was going on, unfortunately she missed what was said but it looked like a cat was about to arm wrestle a dragon much bigger than him. The dragon seemed familiar somehow...she passed it off as seeing him in here before. walking around the trio, she leant up against the bar "Just an 'Orange' for me". The bartender looked knowingly and busied himself behind the bar before planting an orange concoction beside her. Alexia flicked two silvers into the barman's hands and turned to watch the commotion.

Shuffling past little and large, the captain pair, Asia sat beside the lioness to try his luck. "Well since every sea dog in this god forsaken place seems ta be asking fer yer services as a sailor, I might as well try. I do get rather lonely out in the sea. The only person willin' to talk to me is beatrice over therr," he looked back to Beatrice, the barmaid. "Ain't that right Beatrice, darlin'!"
"Whatever you say, Mr. Kali," Beatrice replied as she cleaned a glass with a grubby cloth for the next customer.
"And she ain't never gonna leave the shark shack. It's her old papa's one you see... Oh I remember that bloated old coot. Ate too much and slept too much. Not much mattered to him, not even a life save his own; until one of his whores made a daughter. That being Beatrice."

Xandral burst into laughter at the cat's comment.
"Strength isn't everything, I'm not a broom with arms and legs, but I have at least two other men who can beat me in an arm-wrestling contest, but your choice." Xandral turned on his stool to face 'Mr. Kali'
"As for you old one, I admire your desire to stay on the sea, but your body may not be able to keep up, you could join the Burning wings as, an advisor or cook." He was just about to turn back to the lioness when he felt a bottle smash over his head, he felt lucky for bringing a hat that reduced most of the damage from the broken glass. He looked up and felt his spirits sank to Davy Jones' locker, maybe to never return.
"H-Hello M-mistress Karen...." The female wolf standing behind Xandral with the broken bottle head in hand was in fact well above his height and seemed much stronger, as her black-red fur seemed to only show off her strength rather than hide it.
"I trust my step-son had a successful raid?" Xandral quickly nodded, knowing better to not stall. Karen nodded and leaned down to whisper a reminder into his ear, yet it still felt like he was being yelled at.
"Next time, refer to me as Step-mother, or I'll drag you back to the house by your neck" She leaned back up and smiled at the other two before walking off, leaving a rather shaken Xandral to his own devices once again.

Xleena smiled at the Old explorer as Chrono fell to the floor after being assaulted by a rather interesting looking fur. 'Sir, I don' suppose you own a vessel big eno' fer the two of us. Hows about ye' come wi' me wherever I be goin, so's yee have some company?' Xleena had a soft spot for an old man with big dreams still, and looked like a chap who would be a lot of fun dispite his age. Looking at Kitt she smiled and said 'It be no wish of bias, jus' I alway' settle me arguments' n' decisuns wi' an arm wrestle. Perha's ther may be another way t' settle thi' gentlemen?'

Kitt winced as the bottle was broken over the cap'ns head... he turned to Xleena
"well sure thar be a way t' settle this... ya come down t' th' docks.. n' you has a poke roun' our ships n' see's the crew... n' at leas that way ya know what ya gettin yerself inta...after that its up ta you in't it? i mean yar the one wantin' t' join a crew..."
Kitt ruffled his fur before pushing his canp'ns hat back onto his head, standing from the bar he handed over two silver and turned to see her reaction..

Old Asia Kali hadn't expected two invitations onto two different ships for some crusty old man with less limbs than a disabled worm, in a million years. Upon hearing Kitt's suggestion, he really had no reason not to jump in.
"Well if an inspection's to be had, I'll join you all. I ain't been on a proper ship in many a year. 'Least, not one thats still floatin'." He turned to the bar, "I'm going out wi' these fine pirates, Beatrice."
"That's nice, Mr. Kali. Have fun and dont you be getting hurt."
"I'll try not to, Beatrice, I'll try." He said with a less than toothy grin.

Xleena griined. A man o' reason, I like tha'. Helping Chrono up, she asked Well wha' d'ya say to tha?
Linking arms with old Asia she grinned and said Yer gonna help me make a decision then ol' coot?

Kit gave a grin in response and weaving between two drunkards he made for the door, stopping by his first mate he had a conversation before leaving... the sky was turning to a bright blue as morning filled the air.... he turned to wait for the others when he got out of the shark shack...

Xandral finally broke out of his fearful stupor and nodded at the lioness with a smile.
"Have you a name for which I can call you, Miss Fuzzy Ears?" He then back-tracked to what just happened a few moments earlier while the rum was still on his scales.
"I'll explain what just happened when we get out of the Shark Shack. Then I hope you won't tell the rest of my crew about this since she has never been seen by them."

Xleena chuckled, still linked with the old man and replied 'names Xleena, an' Thi' girl don' tell no secrets, fer she be more lyal thn' she looks.

Asia chuckled with a breathy wheeze. "Frankly my boy, I dont blame ye fer not telling yer crew. Everyone gets ruled eventually, and not many are man enough to admit it." He chuckled once more, coughing slightly as he shook his head. "And yes Miss Fuzzy Ears, I'll call ye miss fuzzy ears as well, cus ye seem like a good lass, I'll join you; and we'll see what treasure I can show ye. Mind you most that I know of have long since been plundered, but if there's one thing all my years have taught me, it's that nothin' ever changes, and there'll always be loot to find. Yahahaarrrr!"

Xleena chortled Thar finally be some excitemen'! she thought happily. Leading the way with Old Asia in one arm, and other hand grasping Chrono's wrist, she marched them out of the Shark Shack, saying her farewells to the Bar-keeper Peter, and Beatrice, whom both waved off the trio casually. Meeting up with Kitt she asked 'So where be these fair vessels?'
Unusually, she started to like her new nickname.

*White followed Captain Kitt out of the Shark's Shack following loyally behind him and he thinks to himself*
"Me hopes me Captain Kitt fair better than amany captains that hast been lost by thee harsh mistress of the sea"
*White thought as he continued to follow Captain Kitt closely*

glad t' see yer keepin up! we be just goin' down t' the docks to inpsect the ship...
*Kitt had noticed WHite following loally behind and had stopped just before the docs where a number of ships where tied up*

*White stops behind Kitt and looks around amongst the ships and then out towards the sea looking upon the long and glazed horizon line by the shifting waves and crashing sea. White almost lost in the look of the sea turns back to the ships and then scans each ship and finally turns his gaze back upon Captain Kitt and says*
"Hast been long last since I gazed upon thee sea with such glee, what ship amongst these belong to thee, Captain Kitt?"

*Kitt pointed to a low schooner, built for speed... it was manned by a few crew who had stayed behind for repair work..*
"Thar bee the Feline Fang!.... she aint th' best o' ships in cannons... but she mair than makes up for it with her speed..."

*Looks upon the Feline Fang with some interest and studies her qualities and then turns back to Captain Kitt and says*
"For each cannon ye lack, me will cover it with this..." *White takes out his knife and flips it open and shows it to Captain Kitt and says* "...me strength. There be no pirate me filipino balisong couldst not handle, me will defend ye ship with me life."

Alex sighed when she realised there would be no action, quickly downing her drink she left the bar to go back to the docks, thinking her situation over in her head. She needed to sort out her situation soon, either she needed a crew or become part of one...Maybe one of the captains she saw in the bar could take her...But did she really want to have a repeat of what happened last time? Making up her mind, Alex took a brisk walk to the docks and sold her boat to one of the wannabe captains that hung around the docks, luckily he was desperate and she got a good price from it. Watching her boat get pulled off to a private dock, she gave a small wave before walking down the docks.
Either on purpose or by accident, she bumped into Xandral "hey, watch where you're going. Filthy bilge rat" Looking up, she saw who it was "Oh, Captain Xandral. I didn't realise it was you" Looking around there seemed to be a big party of them "Uhh, something happening?" She inquired politely.

Xandral was just about to answer Miss Fuzzy Ears when someone bumped into him.
"Hey, wa- Alex?" He calmed down and started thinking of a reply.
"I'm taking these two to the Burning Wing as new memebers of my crew, and the other crew members should be showing up in about half an hour..." He let out a laugh before smiling at Alex.
"Finally, someone who doesn't speak broken english!"

Alex smiled back at the Captain
"So you're recruiting? And you know me, I like for people to be able to understand what I'm saying" she replied, laughing lightly. Shifting from one foot to the other while she waited for a reply. Looking over to the others and then looking back to Xandral.

"I only planned on recruiting one person, but this man decided to tag along..." Xandral gestured towards the man with two peg legs and a wooden sitting muscle.
"As for the boat Miss Fuzzy ears, my ship was ment to be a city on the ocean, but we stripped off all of the excess weight like throne rooms and sold it for a profit, all we have is what looks like a flagship" He points towards the Chinese Junk ship that almost dwarfs most of the other ships.
"But I have my best men guarding it, as well as the rest of the crew once th- oh here come some of them now..." A raptor and a bull come walking past, giving the captain about a tenth of the profits they got from selling the loot before heading back onto the ship.
"I still have about twenty more cabins that need filling, but since we havn't got into any situations that only a few of my men couldn't handle... so I can definatly find a room for you"

"They be fine vessels, boys and girls. Though capn' Xandral, the maintenance and manning of such a ship can hardly be attended to by such a small crew. Not long term at least." I've seen many a seafarer get the biggest ship they can find without knowing what to do with it; how to handle it."

Spike laughed as he stood up. "Listen to the old rabbit, Xandral. You don't want to be catching cannon balls with your teeth. Y'er new crewmates best not be scared come time for a bit of sparrin' later on." He dug into his pockets and took out a couple of gold coins, slamming them down on the bar as pay. He turned to face Xandral and tipped his hat. "T'ill we meet again." He said before turning to leave the SharkShack.

*kitt looked to the small group heading for the burning wing.... and waved his hat to Xandral*
"MAY WE MEET ON THE SEAS YER OLD SEADOG!"

*White watches Captain Kitt wave at Xandral and wonders who it is and decides to mind his own business, White turns to Captain Kitt and says* "Where we be departing towards Captain?"

"at the moment? we be in dock fer repairs... the feline fang took a bit o' a batterin while back... but dun worry, wherever we head... you'l be sure of a fair share o' the loot.."

"Aye, aye me captain. Anything ye need from me in thee meantime?"

nah, tis fine fer you to go bout' the port as ya wish... seein as im a trustin fella' here's n' advance on yer pay... go do with it whatever ya need..
*Kitt handed white a small pouch which clinked*
Ya know which ship tis' if ya just meet me there whenever. I need to go help with a bit of repairing and bartering... course s' fine fer you to come along, do whatever you want!

Xleena realised that she was being lead off by Asia and Xandral, before she could comment on Kitt's ship. She looked back at Kitt and maintained a moment of eye contact, before looking down a bit embarrassed. Wha's with me all o' a sudden?? She asked in her head.
Suddenly realising Xandral's comment about broken english, she took a deep breath said in a rather sophisticated tone; I can talk like a lady if it must be what you wish, however I have been accustomed to the life of the sea, and with it I have acquired the language used by fellow sea furs. The sudden outburst of a language not spoken for many years made her snicker.

Kitt maintained a moment of eye contact with Xleena... he couldnt help but smile when she blushed....
well it is true, when youre on the seas you take on the language spoken... i mean even this isnt normal to me, being a european fur....
he smiled as Xleena snickered, and with a pang realised it had been years since he had spoken in his native tongue...

Alex smirked at the lionesses sudden change of tone. Looking up at Xandral "well, I'd like to join your crew, If you'll have me. I may not look like or even have the temperament of a tough fighter. But looks can be deceiving." She added with a smile. "I decided to give up the whole solo business as It wasn't quite working as well as I'd hoped". Her tail lashed slightly, betraying her excitement as she stood there, feeling a bit like a lemon as she didn't know what to do with herself as she waited for Xandral's answer.

Xandral smiled at Alex and nodded
"Once everyone gets on the ship, I'll personally lead you around the ship so you can pick the room you want to sleep in" He also noticed Xleena look down at the ground in embarrassment and stood in front of her.
"You know, if you changed your mind, you could say so... or would you rather I just assume you've been thinking too much about me" he said with a chuckle.

Spike watched from port as his crew worked, prying cannon balls from the hull of the ship and replacing the damaged oak hull pieces, lifting ammo and cannons both on and off the ship and, of course, the rum wagon being loaded on board. A smile crossed Spike's face.

*White looks down at the pouch in his paw in awe and then back up at Captain Kitt in a shocked way says* "Already Captain? Th-thank you, I must go back to the marketplace... I have some business to take care of quickly. I'll be right back" *White turns around and runs across the harbor towards the marketplace and goes in*

"What exact aim is this discourse on the various lexicon of the inhabitants of the bay?" Asia said, "Person'ly I cant do any o' that 'sophisticated' lernin' speak. I be what I am. A dirty seadog... rabbit. Oh and by the way Mr Kitt." He waved to the cat captain, "That's a very fine ship ye have ther. Can be very useful in a tight spot. You best hold onto 'er, treat 'er nicely, ya hear me?" He grinned before walking past the rest of the group up onto the ship and began talking to the present crew. "Good work lads, 'tis a fine profession to die from."

"I hear ya! she's a fine ship i know....i treat her nice for ya... hopes we meet gain' on th' seas yer old seadog!
*Kitt watched as white disapeared, if he ran off now with the pouch, fine for him... if he came back, then he was worthy enough to join his crew, a test every one of the felines on his ship had passed...*

*White runs into the marketplace with the contemplation of fleeing with the money but shakes it out of his mind as he remembers again why he came to the marketplace and White says*
"I've got to get me a better weapon" *White walks over to the nearest weapons dealer and says* "Show me yer guns" *White drops the bag of money Kitt gave him on the dealer's table and the dealer looks down at it and then instantly pulls out the array of weapons and sets them out* "Hmm... I be taking... that one!" *White points to the triple-barreled rifle with the black streak going down the sides and the dealer nods* "Many thanks, here be your payment"
*White hands over half of the pouch's money and slings the rifle over his shoulder then White walks out of the marketplace back towards the harbor with the rifle weighing him down* "Hrrrgghhh.... boy will me captain be surprised to see me new baby" *White walks back over next to the Feline Fang*

"uhhh? CAP'N!? CAP'N KITT!?! YOU WOULDNT MIND GETTIN DOWN THERE SIR?!"
*Kitt was up in the rigging racing another of the feline crew down back to the deck, jumping the last ten feet he landed on all fours cat-like and stood up beside his first hand...
"HEY, IT BE MY SHIP, N' IF AH WANT TAH CLIMB THE RIGGIN, AHM GONNA CLIMB THE RIGGIN!"
*He suddenly burst into laughter leaning on his first mates shoulder....*
"NAW... i kid yer as always jonah.... what be the problem?"
*Kitt noticed white lugging a large rifle along with him, he waved his hat as white climbed up the gangway... he knew white had been a good choice, he knew he wasnt gonna run off with the money...*

*White makes his way up the catwalk to the Feline Fang ship and sees Kitt on deck watching him and White walks into the middle of the deck in front of Kitt and sets the butt of the rifle on the ground and then White leans against the barrel standing upright by an almost equal level with White's height by a foot less and then White looks up at Kitt and says*
"Expect me captain?" *White says with a smirk on his face and confidence showing duely to the tone of his voice*

AYE! ye look like a member of the feline fang ta be reckoned with! well, minus the fact yer aint feline, but that dont matter a cinch....and that be a fine weapon yer got yerself whitey, yer dont mind me havin a small looksey now do you?...

*White murmurs under his breath and says* "I'm the ONLY crew member not feline on this ship" *White's eyes widen and then White snaps back to reality at Kitt's question and White says* "No problem captain" *White hands over the rifle*

*Kitt ignored the murmer, he felt kinda sorry for the guy being the only non-feline, if the others gave him any grief he'd make sure the said crew memeber was swabbing the decks with his god-damn tongue... taking the rifle from white he grunted slightly under the unexpected weight of the thing... he took a close look along the barrel and complex reloading mechanism, he drew an admiring whistle between his teeth as he studied it*
"VERY sweet, ya'l better keep good care of it, thing like that's a treasure worth pollishing up!
*Kitt handed the rifle back*

*White looks back trustingly at Kitt* "Th-thanks captain, me take good care of me treasure."

'Course not c'ptn Xandral, I be yer missus o' tha sea if you'lls has me! She said jokingly, putting her slightly muscular arm around the shoulder of the dragon captain. Looking back at Kitt she shouted in his native tongue See you around seafarer! (she had a surprising talent for languages).
So's yer crew as charmin' as yee then? She asked Xandral with a big smirk. Looking over at Alex she addressed her with a nod; Supposin' we be fellow ladies o' tha sea?

*Kitt saw and heard Xleena shout to him from the port, his feelings soared as he heard his native tongue on the wind*
"AYE! THAT I HOPE WE DO!"
*He shouted back and waved before turning back to white*
"Weeeell, we're still doin repairs on old "fang" here, she still not be ship-shape fer a while.... ya can go down below deck and finds yerself some nice quarters... we pride ourselves on wonderfull living quarters on the fang... aaaaand, after that the day is yours.... ya can help repair here, or go anywhere ya wish... ya know where to find us"

"Thanks me captain, me thinks me go below deck and find thee quarters and then me come back and help with ye repairs." *White turns from Kitt and then walks to the below deck entrance and walks down to find his room*

Alex nodded at Xandral and climbed aboard the ship. Taking a little look around the top deck, she wasn't quite used to a big ship and felt very small at that moment. Hearing Xleena's comment she looked over and smiled "I believe you are correct. It is a nice change to be part of something once more." Turning to Xandral, she waited until Xleena had finished and added "Yes, and I hope you have them well under control. I do not wish for a repeat of my last experience". She didn't quite expect a responsefrom Xandral, and so walked to the starboard side of the vessel and looked over the side, musing to herself silently until everyone was ready for the tour.

Xandral stuck his tongue out at Xleena before getting on the ship.
"We really don't spend time on looks since we're out at sea, although most of us could use a bath or shave..." He turned back towards the lioness just in time for a bear's paw to grab his head and yank him into the air.
"So Capn' spends a few hours in a bar, and comes back with two lasses and an old sea dog, yet no money?" Xandral starts prying the paw off his head and falls back down on his feet.
"Who I chose to join our crew is none of your concern Drake, and stop grabbing me like that, its very un-dignified..." Then Toral showed up and almost fell off the side of the boat while sliding to the side.
"So what lo- well hello there lass" Toral said to Alex before Xandral yanked him back and almost threw him into the mast.
"Show some restraint for once Toral!" he barked before heading back to the ramp to wait on Asia and Xleena to come up.

Spike sat in his office as his crew prepared to leave Furry Bay. As the anchores where hoisted and the ship began to drift from port, Spike got up from his desk and walked over to a pile of charts in the corner of the room. He sifted and sorted through a bunch before pulling out the map he was looking for. He walked back and spread the sheet over his desk. An old treasure chest rumoured to be hidden on one of the small islands off the Florida Keys. He looked up at the ship across port. He wondered if Xandral knew of the tresure. "Crippling one's ship at port, ain't in good manners."

Asia stepped slowly up the plank and onto the ship. As he walked on deck, he tapped his hook against the wood, rhythmically, systematically. "Well Cap'n, seems you have yerself a fine crew of miscreants and ill-begotten folk. Ah this brings me back to older days, I tell ya. Drinkin', fightin' an' most of all working like God forsaken dogs of the sea. 'Course back then, most lads wouldn't let a woman anywhere near their fine ships lest they were prisoners. Bad luck you see," The old rabbit said before turning to the ladies, "Thank 'eavens we're a tad more tolerant nowadays... 'least on this ship... hopefully.

*White came upon his room and set his stuff down and then setup his room and headed back up on deck and came up to Kitt and White says* "I be ready for repairs captain, what would ye have me do for ye?"

Xleena laughed and retorted; Th' only bad luck a crew's gunna get from me is i' they be from another ship! She looked at Xandral and inquired so when be I able to meet tha' rest of tha' crew preper? The smell of the salty sea and having her boots under the creaking wood of a ship excited Xleena - a feeling she hadn't had in a while.

Known to those sleeping, fighting or drinking in Furry bay around two week’s sail away on the island of “Portuga” the “East-India trading company” had a fort of operations and a port.... The east –india trading company was the organisation set up by humans, they dealt in slavery of furries and the destruction of all pirates.... Little known to those in Furry bay a fleet was being gathered, this was not unusual for the east-india trading company, they were always trying to burn Furry bay to the ground, however what was unusual was that this fleet was going to stretch from horizon to horizon.

Admiral Rackbar turned from window of his office, away from the view of ranks of East india human marines, sailors and soldiers training... running drills with bayonet, rifle and cannon... the uniform ranks of scarlet red soldiers, the epitome of efficiency... they where all, very much human...
"How many is that now luitenant Haze?"
"ummm, at the loust count sir? two hundred of the smaller frigates and blockade runners... fifty heavy destroyers... aaand, we've now got twenty five mast galleons sir... of course we are still drawing in all our ships from other areas, so it may be some time before the force is fully called"
"Good work luitenant! we'l raze furry bay to the ground this time, and as for the furs themselves... havw we got the slave galleons ready yet?"
The luitenant looked down a piece of paper with lists of ships...
"nooo.... not yet sir, they should be here within the day sir"
"Good, we will need them..."
((this is the first update in the story.... nothing too drastic.... however any pirate furs WILL start encountering "east india trading company" patrol forces... this is not unusual and for now everyone WILL be unaware of the great amassing that will arise... keep having fun posting ye scoundrels!))

Xandral smirked at Xleena before heading up to the steering wheel.
"We have two hours before the rest of the crew is supposed to show up... and as long as someone besides myself or Toral speaks complete english, I'm fine"

Aye aye sir! Xleena said in much better pronunciation, but with the same thick accent. Following the captain, she asked;So where's my quarters then? And am I gettin' a tour?

Xandral walked over to a rather big staircase and bowed to Xleena.
"Right this way, Lady Xleena..." he said, trying to bite back a chuckle.

Why thank you, dear sir! She retaliated, snickering slightly. Having a quick glance at the entire ship, she was astounded at how huge it was. I be sure there be a rock I can crawl under n' call home here She thought with a small grin.

Xandral went first down the stairs and after what seemed like an eternity, arrived at a set of double doors.
"Nobody uses this room because most of us are used to small rooms, but if you want lavish furnishings and space, then the emperor's cabin is for you..." he said, opening the doors for Xleena.

Xleena's eyes widened to the point she thought her eyes were going to roll out. The whole cabin had purple and gold furnishing (garish to most maybe, but Xleena loved it). It also had many very detailed maps strewn on the walls, and expensive looking sea-goer instruments.
To the left of the king size bed there were two mannequins- One held a beautifully designed purple gown- and the other fashioned a wonderful black suit, with a regal purple waistcoat and gold tie. Lamps made out of Amethyst lit the room, and the wooden furnishings had been clearly made by very experienced carpenters.
Heaven on earth probably couldn't describe this room to Xleena- The most luxurious thing she ever owned was her hat- her newly acquired scarf and coco beans (she had once pillaged of a foolish foreign sailor who tried to harass her). ARE-are ye sure ya wanna gimmie this room?!.. Ain't it yers?? She stammered, almost forgetting her manners.

Xandral shook his head furiously.
"When my Step-mother gave me this ship, she said this room was off limits, so I don't get an ego boost, the Prince's cabin is spacious enough for me, and modest enough that my Step-mother won't beat me for living in. However, she probably won't have an issue if you sleep here, and yes, the mannequins are wearing her outfits."

Haha, a real man is governed by a strong lady I see? She looked at the room in awe. Perhaps I would be defiling yer step-ma's wishes by sleepin' here? I don't want her to find some dirty sea lion sleeping in her spoils.

"If dont want it, I'll gladly use it, Lady Fuzzy," Asia stepped in from behind them. "That is ofcourse if you'll allow me, cap'n." He grinned wide and ran the blunt end of his hook along the furnishings. "Or if you've got me a little box with a rat for company. Frankly I'm not too fussy."

Xandral was even more uneasy about letting Asia be in the cabin.
"Step-Mother would probably rough-house anyone who was sleeping in the room, and I don't want to put a man whos well beyond the average age into a situation with a wolfen amazon..." Out of all the mistakes he made and repeated, the only one he never repeated was making his step-mother angry on purpose, he still has the scars to prove it.

Admiral Rackbar turned to face the fur, he was a middle aged wolf.. branded on the arm with the east-india trading company slave brand....
"This is a fur... an anthro... the scum of the meditaranean"
The fifty or so redcoats watched silently, their faces unmoving, harsh...
"And this, is the reason we are here... every last one of these... these... beasts... must be culled, enslaved at best...."
The admiral pulled an elegant flintlock from his flamboyant jacket, the wolf looked up, eyes wide as the crack of the pistol echoed throughout the fort courtyard, the fur was flung onto the cobbles, a pool of blodd blossoming around him
"LET EVERY BUCCANEER TOWN, SHANTY AND ISLAND TO KNOW EVERY FURRY WILL BE KILLED!"

Xleena smiled at Xandral with amusement. Well I be supposin' I can avoid such wraths- a mere simple cabin will suffice. She Looked into Xandral's eyes and inquired jokingly; Perhaps one next to yers??

Xandral's went into a state of shock yet again before answering.
"M-Maybe, just don't come barging into my room whenever you want, I'm still the captain..." He then looked to Asia with an idea in mind.
"I can provide everything from the slave cabins to the guard cabins, but if you plan to not run into feminine trouble, the emperor's room will be off-limits..."

*White nods to Captain Kitt and says* "Aye aye me captain, me repair thee mast." *White puts his knife in his teeth and climbs up to the top to scan the structural problems*

"I thought I recognised that old crazed wolfy beast of a woman, and I think I've figured it out... red and black fur right?" Asia looked deep in thought, pondering intensely. "Karen some'it right?" He clicked the fingers of his last remaining hand. "thir'y years ago, down on the island o' tails! That's where I remember her from! Lovely girl, a prime figure. She's certainly changed all these years. She used to be smaller than me, but then I had both me legs back then, giving me a certain boost upwards. She's the one who took one o' me legs, you know."
A smirk creeped across his crinkled face, crawling over him like a bad rash. "It'd be nice to talk to her again, but then the years have changed quite drastically. You know I think I will take the emperor's room." He grinned and began to chuckle hoarsely, looking back into the luxurious suite, "It certainly is her style, and it'll do me nicely," the chuckle turned into outright maniacal laughter before he managed to control himself.

The sound of cannons and splintering wood shook Spike awake. "What the- who dares fire upon my ship!? If that's Xandral, I'll be damned!" Spike stormed out of the cabin and onto his deck. He watched in the distance as a gunship flying the flag of England puffed smoke from the gun ports. There was a second delay before the roar of the cannons rocked the ship. Spike was thrown to the ground. His crew got into battle positions and raised the black flag. Spike casually stood up and dusted himself off. "Those blasted Englishmen! We'll show em how to sink a ship! FIRE!" All 16 cannons on the right side of Wrath fired at once, the ship rocking as the barrells recoiled. Spike watched as the enemy Trading ship in the distance flung peices of wood and metal. "RELOAD!" Spike ordered. His men running back and fourth with ammo and barrels of powder. The enemy ship fired again, first came the flashes flollowing the sonic boom. One of Spike's crewmen was struck with one of the cannon balls, spraying the surrounding crew with blood and chunks of flesh. "A horrid sight indeed." Spike commented and took off his hat. Wrath fired again as the fight continued.

The collonial ship fighting the wrath was not the only one... even as the brave crew of Spike's ship sunk the other ship three more passed the outcrop of rock just out of Furry bay... two where more regular frigates... however one was a sight feared by all things furred... it was the dark, horrific sight, of a slave galley... Made entirely out of black ebony the rows of oars gave it the image of some aincient and evil monster of the depths... several rows of fast-pounder cannons surrounded the large cages set into the centre of the ship, cages full of men, women and children.. all furred... all, enslaved.... As the three ships caught sight of the bay and the wrath the shouts of the deck master increased, and the oars picked up the tempo... the dark spearhead made straight for Furry bay... if the cap'ns couldnt join together now and stop them, all that is known of furry bay will be lost... before the main fleet even arrives.....
((story update.... FURRY BAY IS UNDER ATTACK! MAN YER GUNS! DRIVE EM OFF!!!... the slave galley MUST be destroyed by a boarding action... any other action such as shooting will mean the deaths of hundreds of enslaved furs... of cousre... if youre an evil cap'n... maybe you wont care about that.... but dont expect the other pirates to take to kindly to you afterwards!))
((oh also... dont go and destroy the galley all in one on yer own... like i said the captains will have to work together to win... one ship charging out for glory WILL get destroyed by the two frigates and the almighty slave galley.... also think about the reaction youre crew might have to such a horrific sight))

Suddenly a crack rang out as cannon fire could be heard across the waves. Asia's jolted at the sound, "A fight!" He began running for the top deck, shouting through the corridors, "All the treasure that falls beneath the waves be mine! Finder's keepers you good fer nothin' bunch of mangy dogs." His laughter filling the ship as he reached the top deck and looked over the waves to see a nightmare.
His eyes lost their light, his smile had fallen and his laughter was no more. "A shadow on the sea," he whispered. "It's been a long time." He turned back to the crew, no longer chipper, and he could feel the weight of all the wood and steel that everyone but he called his body.
"Captaaaaain! We got slavers!"

As Spike and his crew watched as the ship they fought burn as it disappeared beneath the waves, three other ships in the distance caught Spike's eye heading the other way. "...By jolly, Jesus..." Spike whispered as the slave galley passed headed for Furry Bay. "TURN US AROUND! WE'RE GOING BACK!!!"

Xandral went from uneasy to angry at Asia's announcement and ran up to the deck. He saw his crew just standing there, waiting for an order.
"Idiots, when you joined my crew, I said we would automatically attack slavers, regardless of the captains' presence, now do as you're told!" The crew let out a roar before gathering their weapons and getting off the boat.
He looked back at Xleena and Alex, bloodthirst almost engulfing his eyes.
"You heard me, get out there and show them the burning wing can't be pushed around!"Xandral saw the crew running and yelled again.
"Idiots, they havn't reached shore yet, get on here and we'll intercept them!" the crew instantly turned back, with Drake dragging some who first tried to run away. Then they untied the boat and the ship went straight at the slavers

The "feline fang" jumped one wave, smashing down onto the next... moving at a high rate of nots she was on a course to intercept the slaver and support Spike's more assault oriented ship..
"WHITE YER SKURVY DOG! FIND YERSELF A GOOD SPOT! WE'L WANT THAT RIFLE GETTING THEM IN THE FACE!"
Cap'n Kitt was at the wheel, all the crew focussing entirely on getting as much wind into the sails....
"Cap'n! we almost be reached fastes' we can go! and... and.... BY THE HOLY FUR... SLAVERS!!! WE GOT SLAVERS CAP'N!"
"DAMN THEM TO HELL! WE GOTTA GET OUT THERE N' HELP CAP'N SPIKE! REAADY FER BOARDIN! ... and if we fail here... then furry bay be no more...."
The low schooner sliced through the next wave, its speed outmatched that of most ships... though this speed could only be achieved by the loss of all long range or heavy cannons....

Xleena's eyes burned with hatred seeing the black monster of slavery quickly heading towards their ship. Cursing bitterly she claimed I be killin tha' fool mesen! Any man who be darin teh enslave free souls be a hated man teh me! Wha can I be doin Xandral?? We cann'y hurt tha furs on board?! She roared.

*White jumps to action upon hearing his captain speak and jumps down to grab his rifle and loads some slugs into it then gets over to the port bow and locks and loads a shot to be made at the opponent East India ship nearest* "Ye be in me sights yargh!"
*With a loud blast and a cloud of smoke from White's rifle, 2 soldiers on the nearest East Indian Trading Company ship fall into the water with a loud scream of terror and White clicks the switch and slides in another slug and then suddenly takes a look outwards and says*
"This is war." *White says as he notices the whole scene of horror as all the ships are fighting, cannons are flying, metal shrapnel spraying, and explosions boom in the air*

"GOOD SHOOTING!"
*A rope snapped off its housing and lashed across the deck, flinging splinters over the crew*
"TIE DOWN THA' ROPE! AND FIX UP THAT MAIN MAST JONESY!"
*the crew snapped to action as the ship picked up even more speed, spray slaying across the deck and wind whistling through the rigging*
"COME ON THEN FANG! DONT FAIL MEH NOW!"

"DAMMIT! We'll never catch them at this rate! Drop the sails!" Spike watched as the small slaver fleet made it's way into Furry Bay. Then an idea struck. "Block the entrance! We'll block the waterway and fire from there!" Spike ordered. Spike's crew was hesitant. "But Sir if they ram us, there's the chance we'll sink!" Spike kept his composure. "The water here's shallow, our ship will block the enterance whether we be sunk or afloat.The last man alive blows the gunpower in the cargo. We'll take em with us! Any fur would rather be dead than fall into the hands of those hairless apes!" The crewman swallowed. "Understood, Captain!" He said, running off. "Load the cannons with the chains!" There was no way the slaver was leaving the harbour.

"Nay, but when we get close enough, we can simply board their ship and free them ourselves, and then you'll see why I don't need a big crew Miss Fuzzy Ears" he flashed a fanged smile before taking a flintlock rifle from one of his crew members and aiming at the first human.
"Pull back the sails when we get within firing range of your pistols, then raid their ship when we get in jumping distance... For Furry Bay!!!" They echoed his words as they also got rifles and took aim. If no captains came to their assistance, they'll stop the ship with their own.

*White looks behind him at the chaos on the ship and up at Captain Kitt and White says* "Thank ye captain"
*White then quickly turns back to battlefront and ducks as a few shrapnel and bullets whizz past his head then he opens fire with his rifle with due mind to avoid any casualties with the slaves*

"The hatch to the slaves is on the second deck. They're just dropped into the cages from that deck, and then the cages are sealed shut. We can't just steal a key; we'll have to bust 'em open." Asia walked up to the captain, staring into him with wary eyes. "I suggest taking the ship over, bringing it in to dock and breakin' them poor wretches out when we 'ave the tools." Sighing, he turned back to the violence behind him. "It ain't gonna be easy. Far harder than I ever thought it could be. Don't waste yer lives."

"C'MON THEN YER SLAVERS! YER SCUMBAGS! CATCH US IF YA CAN!"
The feline fang had caught up with the slaver, and overtook the lumbering galley, skimming in front of it the crew of "the fang" taunted the slavers, and as they passed the galley a second time the jeers and shouts where matched with flashes and bangs from flintlocks and small cannons... the low schooner ran rings around the larger galley, taking pot-shots causing the oarsmen to draw in and its speed to slow...
"YAAAR! HIT US WITH ALL YER GOT!"
The last shout by Kitt was ironic, as he swung the wheel round booms reverberated across the bay and grapeshot flew the short distance into the flank of the "fang"... the scene on deck was carnage, a ship as small as a schooner is never meant to take much in the way of punishment... The backmost mast of the fang toppled and sunk into the blue depths, rigging snapped and flew with it... With a swing on the wheel of the schooner, and one paw clutched to a wound on his head Kitt cursed at the crew of the slaver....
C'MON THEN! CANT TAKE ON A LIL' SCHOONER EH!? C'MON!"
The "fang" swung round, and even with one mast down easily overtook the great galley, sweeping in an arc in front of the slavers prow, mocking the larger ship as it mounted one wave and crashed down into the next...

As the ship got near to the slaver, Xleena jumped from Xandral's ship and swam to it. She climbed up via their anchor ropes, and started to slay any human in her way YER SCURVY PILLAGERS, YER PATHETIC FLESH PILES, I'LL TAKE YER DOWN WI JUS' ME LEFT ARM!
A sailor took her up on her offer, shooting her square in the joints of her right arm. Blood flooding downwards, she acknowledged the pain with a fearsome roar, cutting the head clean off of her attacker. In complete state of bloodlust, she continued to roar, slashing away at any sailor willing to get near.
Despite this, she was greatly outnumbered, the ones she fought on the top deck were just a minority. From her own rashness, she didn't realise how much she needed the others. If they didn't get here soon, even she would be dead.

*White ducked for cover with his back against the wall and looked at the ship that was very close to the Feline Fang and watches Xleena swim onto the East Indian Trade ship's deck and thinks to self* "Hmm... ye ship be close, me make a jump over and have me a knife frenzy spree. With thar pirate lass me stand a fair ye chance."
*White looks up and scans the Feline Fang and looks over at the other ship to check the distance, and spots a rope on the Feline fang left over from the mess of what happened to the mast and White climbs across the wreckage to it and grips it tightly in his left hand and then quickly checks his pockets and finds his butterfly knife which he then puts into his muzzle, faces in the direction of the East Indian Trade ship and shouts across the water* "I come for ye scallywags!"
*White puts a great amount of force on the rope before him and flings himself swiftly upon the water and to White it feels like time slows down as he let's go of the rope and quickly pulls out his butterfly knife and swings across three crew members in mid-air and White lands behind them on the deck and all feeling of time returns as White hears their bodies fall to the ground with screams of horror and pain and White then scans the scene of crew members rushing everywhere and spots Xleena and White says*
"There be another pirate, maybe I can help her!" *White rushes through cutting down all the East Indian Trade crew members that get in his way and finds his way to Xleena across the deck and White says* "Need a hand ye lass?" *White says as a whole horde of more East Indian Trade crew members come from below deck*

"Captain, Philladus, You have been tasked by the King himself to act as a mercenary for the East India Trading Company, serve them to a point, but raid their ships whenever you can, but make sure no word gets out of you doing it, we need to rob them while getting paid for hunting pirates, you're improving our trade's security and hurting a major player against our glorious Nation. I expect nothing but success from you. The ship tasked to you is a small frigate called the Iron Hand of Hatred, and it's crew is of hardened sailors and experienced soldiers, you should have little trouble disposing of pirates of East India Co. troops.

Philladus read aloud to himself on the dock, "Guess I get to inspect my ship then time to meet the fellow leading this Blasted Company." Phil said walking towards the ships
"Sir, we're prepped and ready for departure, we've recieved a message from the Company's Admiral to patrol one his less watched trade routes."
"Alright set a course for that area then, full speed, open up the sails and be prepared for uninvited guests, make it look like we are a ripe merchant vessel!"

Even as the pair, White and Xleena cut down lowly soldiers aboard the galley, a group of twenty or so dark figures emerged from below decks.. clad in dark armour... metal chains, nets and barbed claws they advanced like grim shadows, they where the feared slavers... madmen, insane.... an auror of terror that repelled even the east india soldiers surrounded them like a viel...
Cap'n Kitt brought the "fang around beside the galley, returning fire with what cannons they had, grapeshot jumped the gap between the two ships....
"WHITE, WATCH YERSELF! THEY DONT BE NO NORMAL SOLDIER!"
Kitt released a volley from his mulitple barrel flintlock pistol into a soldier who slumped back from a position where he had been about to club White around the head from back with a rifle....

Asia turned to his captain. "If you really want that girl on yer crew, you best stop her fighting those beasts. They ain't mere humans." He turned about and ran to a nearby cannon. Hastily loading it, he putting his eye along the barrel, and aimed carefully at one of the slavers. Running his hook along the cannon, sparks flying across it, igniting the powder and sending a cannonball thudding into the side of one the fiends. It was knocked clean off the ship, and left a shadow in the sea.

Xandral returned to reality after going through a dream-like sequence where his step-mother was beating him for attacking slavers.
"Fire!" he yelled as the crew members fired around Xleena, taking out a good number of the sailors around her before some put their rifles down to leap directly onto the ship. Xandral followed suit, but spread his wings so he would glide across and right over Xleena. He then dropped out of the sky and landed right behind her, giving only a split second to react before he pinned her down.
"Never attack a slaver ship on your own, or you'll end up just like the furs who were captured, or worse, dead!!!" Xandral then swung at a guard who tried to take advantage of Xandral being rooted to the ground.
"You are a poor excuse for hum-" Xandral was cut off while he raised his shield arm, which was holding Xleena down, to block a slaver who also took a cheap-shot.
"The capn' has enough to worry 'bout without you taking cheap shots!!!" Drake yelled before almost sending the slaver flying with his club.

Grateful for the assistance of White she smiled through the pain and the blood that was sprayed all over her face, she roared Aye, as a matter o' fact I do! Continuing to slay the sailors with White by her side, she was joined by Xandral and other crew members. She nodded in an almost 'i'm sorry' like way to her captain, before realising Kitt had joined the fight she greeted him with a wave of her scimitar.
Continuing on with the bloodfest, her arm was beginning to slow her down; she'd lost too much blood! She failed to show her problem, but her sight was becoming more blurred. Ducking from one of the slavers, she grabbed one of the branding irons (that had obviously been blasted from its usual position) and skewered a Slaver's eye, making him scream in agony.
I hav te' buck up for a while longer! She grimaced, as she fought on. They had nearly taken out all of the regular soldiers, with still more slavers drawing near. The battle for this ship was only half won!

The two Blockade runners had been all but forgotten about, in that time they had swung round and positioned themselves to create a deadly fire-zone... Cannonballs flew through the air, and grapeshot jumped the distance between ships... Kitt swung the wheel on the "fang" and made straight for one of the blockade runners.... WIth an almighty crash the "fang" rammed the East-india ship... grappling hooks swung onto the side and the crew where leaping onto the blockade runner's riggin... from there they set about mercilessly slaughtering the many musketeers in crows nests, while on deck explosives ignited and splinters of wood and metal flew....
"C'MON THEN! YA PATHETIC THINGS!"
Kitt had leaped onto a red-coat marina, and released a volley from his flintlock pistol into the figures chest... Leaping up onto the rigging he leapt the distance across the ship, landing heavily onto another musketeer who was hastily trying to reload a musket... a flurry of crimson blood obscured the scene as another Marina was run down by another fast moving feline...
"TOO EASY!"
Just as Kitt had spoken someone grabbed him by his tail, dragging him across the deck, even as he clawed against the wood he saw one of his crew torn apart by a barbed grapple, as a dark figure loomed over, laughing.... Turning hastily, from his low vantage point the slaver above him blotted out the sun, a maliscious barbed whip haning from a belt the figure bared its teeth under the rusty black helm....
Checkmate.....
Kitt had wondered why there where so few Slavers aboard the galley, and so many regular sailors... this was why... you should never underestimate your foe... for when you do... it will be the last time... Ten slavers had been positioned below decks on both the blockade runners.... what at first seemed to be low ranking, weak Marina ships now too had shown their true colours...
"I'L DIE IN HELL BEFORE YE TAKE MEH ALIVE!"
Kitt slashed out, his claws creating sparks across the armoured chest plate of the slaver, unloading all three barrels of his flintlock pistol blood poured from multiple wounds on the slaver, blood mixing with his spittle the dark figure laughed.. a cold, heartless laugh... that would forever chill Kitts spine... as he leant in close to Kitts ear...
"but we aint gonna take you alive... are we?
((both blockade runners have slavers aboard! though this means they also have less crewman then normal... also, there are no more regular red-coats aboard the slaver galley, and only a handfull of slavers... dont underestimate them... even in small numbers they are too crazed to surrender!))

Xandral ran his blade through the slaver that Drake was holding off before looking back at Xleena. He saw that she was still bleeding, prompting him to jump in front of her and literally swat away a slaver before pushing Xleena into Toral's arms.
"Toral, get her back on the ship and fix that arm up, the rest of us will put the slavers down..." A flash of complete fury passed through Xandral's eyes when he looked at Xleena, probably a way of saying 'Don't even try to disobey me' before going back to his rather haphazard attack pattern: using his shield as an odd-hand weapon rather than an actual shield. To onlookers, it seemed to be a dance moving in one straight line, but the reciever(s) of the attack would see a meat-grinder barreling its way towards them.

After an uneventful sail, Phillidus blinked the boredom away when he saw the ships in engagement.
"All men ready for battle, looks like we can enjoy ourselves today!"

Xleena caught eye contact with Xandral, feeling a little disappointed in herself. Her pride had been wounded, so early had she fallen! Allowing her captain to take charge of the slaver she had been fighting, she walked unsteadily towards Toral, the blood loss finally taking its toll. D'mn thi' flesh o' a wom..nn.. she managed to mutter hopelessly before hitting the ground out cold.

Just as Kitt had spoken someone grabbed him by his tail, dragging him across the deck, even as he clawed against the wood he saw one of his crew torn apart by a barbed grapple, as a dark figure loomed over, laughing.... Turning hastily, from his low vantage point the slaver above him blotted out the sun, a maliscious barbed whip haning from a belt the figure bared its teeth under the rusty black helm....
Checkmate.....
The "fang" had smashed the blockade runner off course... with a defeaning crash the two ships collided with the galley... two of Kitts feline crew attempted to rush the slaver pinning their captain down... before they even made two metres the slaver had pulled Kitt up by his ears and neck and was holding a wicked barbed grappling hook to his throat...
"dont move, or captain fluffy ears here is gonna die a nice slow death...."
The two crew members stopped in their tracks, both's gazes flicking from Kitt to the slaver and back.... Taking in a breath Kitt slammed an elbow into the slavers gut... contrary to letting go of the feline captain the slaver laughed and pulled the hook up so it caught against Kitt's chin.... held at an awkward angle Kitt could barely take in a breath without slicing open his own throat....
"you furs is dead... dead as the wood this ship s'made of...."
One of the feline crew made a feint to the left, but before he could take two steps the Slaver had pulled out his barbed whip, and holding Kitt with one steel clawed hand, he swiped at the first crewman who fell back screaming at the large gash across his chest... and then swiped the barbed whip across Kitt's back.. long bloody gashes left in its wake...
((the first blockade runner, the galley and the fang are all together... you can literally jump from deck to deck!))

Toral cursed under his breath as he picked Xleena up and lept back to the ship where the doctor, a snake with a pair of bifocals and a white coat and shorts, quickly removed the bullet while she was unconsious and wrapped the wound up in all of the bandages he could find on deck.
"She was lucky it was only a bullet wound, if anything bigger got there, amputation would've been the only possible treatment..." the snake said before carrying her to a cabin below deck.
Meanwhile....
Xandral just finished grinding a slaver into several limbs and a head before backing up to the edge of the slaver ship.
"Men, the instant the slavers are down, break open a few cages and pull back, theres still two other ships that could take shots at our ship if we stall too long!"

*White amidst several dead crewmen and few left standing looked over and saw Kitt a distance away and saw that he was in grave danger, and the Slaver holding him hostage was very strong obviously so White had to come up with a plan quickly and says*
"Hmm... thee best course of action be not captain getting thee pain. Look like me has to be abrupt." *White says as he quickly flips out his knife and walks softly toward the slaver and steps over the ship and behind the Slaver and Kitt and White gets the knife in the assassination position and says behind the slaver*
"Hey ugly!" *The slaver turns to look and White quickly says* "Taste me blade!" *White stabs it as hard as he can into the Slaver's skull and leaves it inside*

White's Blade slid through the dark helm, and pierced into the skull.... The slaver collapsed backwards, pulling the barbed Claw with him Kitt let out a feline growl as the blood coated claw was dragged from his chin up across his face and along one ear.... falling forwards he rolled and turned to see what had happened to the slaver, blood running from his ear to his chest, both crewman, one still with the deep gash across his abdomen from the whip, where either side of him as they helped him up....
"white... it seems i owe you my pathetic life..."
He spat out a mouthfull of blood as he clutched the deep cut.... tying a red bandanna across his head...
((there is one more slaver aboard the blockade runner with me and white... three more on the galley... and two more on the other blockade runner... however that one neednt be boarded and we can just shoot it!))

*White looks at Captain Kitt's head wound with horror and listens to Kitt and watches him put on the bandana where White quickly responds by propping up Captain Kitt by his shoulder and White says*
"I be getting ye back to ye Feline Fang captain, me never leave me a man behind!" *White helps Captain Kitt across the ship and gets him back safely to the Feline Fang and White sets him down by the helm and White says*
"Me be back quick captain!" *White says as he quickly jumps back over and goes below deck quickly finding the gun powder supply, some flint, and White flips out his knife and slides it across the flint to light some fuses connected to the crates and boxes full of gun powder then White turns around and runs like a mad man up on deck and jumps back onto the Feline Fang and just as the gun powder explodes and the ship next to the Feline Fang starts to sink White runs up next to where he laid down Captain Kitt and White says*
"That takes care of them scurvy dogs captain! Me hopes you'll be savvy to steer, me take back position and fire upon these scallywag slavers last blockade runner with thee best cannon ye have and a crew to assist."

Kitt flinched as the blockade runner went up in a fireball, splinters flew up into the air and came down into the blue waters.... pulling himself upright Kitt stood at the helm, leaning on the wheel...
"RIGHT THEN YA SAVVY FELINES!"
"uhh, Cap'n... shouldn you get below deck an have your head wound...."
Kitt looked down at the feline who suddenly backed away at the fierce look, mixed with the large amount of blood that Kitt stared at him with...
"LOOK.. ONE OF EM SLAVERS MAY AVE' GOT ME GOOD N' PROPER.... BUT THAT DONT MEEN IM GONNA GO LIE DOWN SOMEWHERE! COS WE ARE THE FANGS!"
The six or so crew still on deck gave a cheer before manning the rigging and small cannons...
"jamie... you go n' help white there up front with the mdium pounder... you load, he fire... gottit?"
Jamie was one of the younger felines, grey furred,only around 15... and the fastest loader among them, he snapped to attention and ran over to white..
"the cap'n ses i'm ta help ya wiv ther m'dium cannon up frnt, you fire, ah load.... s'imple enough..."
((there is now only one blockade runner left))

*White was just getting the medium cannon ready with a collection of cannon balls and gun powder and then White hears Jamie called to attention by Captain Kitt and White says* "O'ver 'ere Jamie!" *White says and Jamie comes over, White follows to say*
"We be firing for that *White points at the last blockade runner in the distance* and we fire at it fast as we be able to beat them cannons on thee block'ade runner. I need ye loadin' skill to make us fast Jamie, let us be firin!"
*White says as he hands Jamie a cannon ball and Jamie loads it into the cannon as fast as he could while White prepared the cannon for firing by loading in the gun powder and the fuse, White aimed the cannon and judged the trajectory and readied the cannon then White lit the fuse and says*
"Ready... aimed... FIRE!" *White says as the cannon blasts and a cloud of smoke comes out as the cannon ball is launched hundreds of feet over and goes right through the middle-mast of the blockade runner and it came crashing down upon some of the crew members of its crew members*
*White immediately turn to Jamie after the mast falls and high-fives Jamie and White says excitedly* "Good job ye scurvy feline! We did us a number on thee East India Trading Company scallywags this time!"

"GLAD TA SEE YER ALL MATEY... BUT SHE'S NOTICED US!"
True to his word the blockade runner had about turned and was headed for the fang... Kitt swung on the wheel and the schooners sails billowed as they caught the wind... the sleek ship picked up speed quickly, and crested through the waves, sending spray in all directions.... the medium cannon up front went off again, smashing into the blockade runners prow....

Xandral, after the fight on slave galley, went over to a cage and tore the lock off and opened the gate.
"Go get the rest of your fellow captives, I have friends that need to be tended to, and my Mistress won't permit former or current slaves on her ship..."
Xandral walked back, along with some members holding up other members who recieved many, but mostly minor injuries. Drake was already back on the ship, standing guard over Xleena's resting room, while the doctor was sitting on the other side of the hall. Xandral jumped across to his ship and headed down to the hallway, speaking to the doctor first.
"How serious was the bleeding and wound?" Xandral asked, with the usual concern most of his crew has seen during the time of post-raid recovery.
"The bullet is removed and her shoulder has been bandaged properly, she won't be able to fight anytime soon, but she'll be fine" the snake said with a smirk. Xandral went over to Drake and looked up at him as if expecting him to move. Drake moved out of the way as Xandral went into the cabin and pulled up a chair next to the bed Xleena was lying on, and waited for her to wake...

Asia slid past Drake and knocked on the wall of Xleena's resting room.
"That was quite a display out there. Most crews wouldnt survive that in a million years." His pegs thudded against the wood floorboards as he walked to the bedside. Reaching into his jacket, he pulled out a small flask. "Give this to 'er when she wakes up," he took a swig for himself. "It'll help." Nodding as he spoke, he began to stroke his hook as he looked down at Xleena. "Such a sweet girl. She shouldnt be dealing with slavers," he turned to walk out the door and patted Xandral on the shoulder, "Neither should you... But then again, who else would." A smirked danced across him before he walked out the room.
Immediately after, he poked his head round the corner. "By the way, where are the slaves?"

"Ok Men, it seems those on the frigate (dont know your ship type so ill guess) needs help, Full speed ahead, prepare for a full broadside on that Galley!"
The Crew did as they were ordered, opening the sails and making full speed, while some loaded the cannons, soon enough they were in range.
"All cannons, FIRE!!!! NO PRISONERS!" One by one the cannons flared, and cannon ball after cannon ball slammed into the galley, shattering the hull open and causing damage to the mast.

Xandral looked up at Asia with pained eyes. He was fighting the urge to get the slaves on his ship and head straight for furry bay.
"I've already disobeyed my Step-Mother by attacking a slaver galley... if I take it a step further and ferry slaves back to Furry Bay, she'll either disown me or put me back on the streets for abusing her trust... Drake, you can go tell the crew to set sail now..." Xandral then continued watching over Xleena, trying to take his mind off his step-mother and to the issue of how Xleena got injured and if he could have done anything to prevent such an early wound in the future.

'Aonin! Yer better kee' tha' arm straig, ya ain't playin with a flower ya know?! Girls don't be valued on ships, yer need to change tha!....'

Slowly opening her eyes, she was greeted by the concerned look of her captain. A weak smile managed to form on her muzzle, and she whispered slightly wha' on earth happn'd? D-did we win...nah o'course we di'...! A victorious flash illuminated her eyes, but was soon doused with a disappointed shimmer. Ah, but I be no credit to such a victory, I-I was so...pathetic... Unable to bear looking at Xandral from the shame she instead stared at the wooden wall of the cabin.

Xandral cleared his throat, getting Xleena's attention long enough for him to explain what happened.
"Yes, we beat the slavers and got the slaves out of their cages; but you are not pathetic, a bit stupid for not wearing much armor, but not pathetic. Pathetic would be screaming in pain after recieving the bullet, the reason I pushed you away was because you were going to die if you kept fighting, since apparently nobody taught you to dodge or block" Xandral chuckled while handing a vial to Xleena.
"I had the doctor take a look at the contents in this vial Aisa gave me, it should help speed your recovery. Sadly, no medicine can amend or heal what I did with my Step-Mother's trust..."

Xleena took a hearty swig of the vial, a more encouraged smile forming. Aye, but I be tha' type ter go down fightin' or not at all... I never thought armour be of much use, but you be me captain, and if it is what you wish, I will wear some... my homage ter you, I wanna loyally fight alongside yer until me body stops workin!
She looked at her troubled captain and inquired Now what be the trouble between you an yer step mum, surely she not be angry at yer fer saving many many lives?

Xandral let out a rather sad snicker before answering.
"No, she forbids everything I did except freeing the slaves... I was told to never approach a slaver ship, and to never bring slaves on board"

She looked at him confused, And why be that Xandral, if ye don't mind me asking, jus wish to lighten yer load. For once in a long time 'miss fuzzy ears' was actually bothered about someone else.

"Your step-mum always was a smart one. Anybody in her situation would do the same, and I wont be one to order you around, but I agree with her. Keep your life while you're young or you'll end up dead, or worse."

Xandral sighed at the lecture he was getting as a captain, from one of his new crewmembers.
"You speak like you know her, yet she never told me about you or anyone like you..." Xandral covered his temples with his hands.
"Plus shes not like most people when you break a promise, she becomes very hostile, or very controlling depending on if she witnessed me or not."

Asia sighed, looked to Xandral and gave a breath of a smirk.
"That's true," he said, "that's very true. She does know how to live her way. Obviously, you are slowly inheriting that ability. It's a responsibility... remember that."
And with that, Asia walk out the door and onto the deck.

Spike stood out on deck of Wrath and witness the destruction of the slave ships that his fellow ships had attacked. He grin formed on his face. He drew his swors and held it in the air. Wrath's crew and deck hands began to cheer. "England do it's worst...We be waiting on ye." Spike said.

The Burning wing was already a good 200 meters from the dock when Xandral went above deck to meet the solitary wolfess standing on the pier.
"Today I broke a promise, and now I'm recieving the judgement." He looked back as the sun was just setting in the distance.
I wonder if I'll need a sucessor after this.... He thought as the now docked ship was being boarded by the wolfess.

White fired for the last time, the cannon ball tearing through the sail of the blockade runner.... turning tail and running, cheering broke out among the ships and harbour... furry bay was safe again....
"well done white yer savvy dog! and not teh mention jamie... ta port, and double rations of rum fer all of ya!"

Xleena clasped eyes on her solemn looking captain as she staggered to the front of the ship. Yer did the right thing, it be a shame if she doesn't see that.

*White turns to look up at Jamie and then Captain Kitt and says* "No problem there be captain, as long as ye ship be safe." *He turned back to the cannon's direction of fire and looked upon the now open sea*

"yer, well done, well... well done ter all of yer..... oh crumbs...."
*Kitt keeled backwards out-cold from the loss of blood, caught at the last minute by a crewmemeber, another feline took the helm..*

The wolfess walked onto the deck and drew a barbed whip from the rather dirty trenchcoat she wore. But, luckily for Xandral, none of his crew but Xleena were on deck to see her walk up. They already left to go celebrate their recent fight and the fact that nobody in their crew died. She walked within a few meters of Xandral before letting her whip unwind.
"I saw what you did, and you know... what promise you made to me about this Xandral." she gritted and bared her teeth at Xandral during her pause, a sight that would probably put any man doing all four indications of fear, all at once.
"Regardless of my purpose, I broke the one true vow I made to my step-mother. I accept my punishment..." He drew his sword and pulled his shield out from underneath his captain's coat. It was a silent three second countdown before they both charged at eachother, both knowing the outcome of the fight...

After wounding the galley with a particularly nasty broadside, Phillidius ordered his marines to ready for boarding actions. "Men, today we get to meet the face of those blasted slavers, Do not falter, Do not fear the enemy, thy king's will be done, we shall strike down thy foe!" Phillidius roared, with his soldiers yelling their war cries in unison. Soon he and his troops swung onto the crippled ship and engaged in a melee with what guardsmen and slavers were left. Phillidius himself went after a particularly big slaver, assuming he's the head hancho of the crew.

Wrath was nearing the slaver ship of which Phillidius' crew was boarding. She sailed along the starboard side and watched as the slavers were pillaged by Phillidius's crew. Her crew watched in silence, Spike standing on the railing of his ship. "It appears we are no longer needed here." Spike said, looking to Phillidius on the neighbouring ship. "Or should I think otherwise?" He asked.

After dispatching the crew of the ship, Phillidius looks up, not expecting someone else to arrive. "No, we're done here, who might you be?"

"Captain Morgan." Spike said, keeping his posture. "And you are?"

Xandral leaped at his stepmother, his arms spining to maximize the range and damage of his first attack. She responded by lashing out at his left foot and yanking down, not only throwing him quite off balance, but also giving nasty cuts along the ankle, shin, and heel. He then cut the whip with his blade and landed on his knees, the pain of his ankle making it hard to even be on his knees, let alone stand. His Step-Mother walks over and pulls out a dirk, having it at his neck.
"How about you just give up so I can fin-" She was cut off as Xandral tried to strike at her with his shield, showing he was still willing to fight. She snarled before kicking him on the right side of his head. He fell down, only to shakily get back up. He tried to get back up, but she kicked his non-injured foot out from under him and he fell down limply.
"You lost when I took out your ankle... why are you still fighting?" Xandral didn't answer, he just tried to get up again. This time he was successful because his Step-mother backed up, trying to steel herself to strike again. Xandral ignored the pain as he tried to charge her again, but this time being careful not to leave as many openings...

Xleena watched with a mixture of emotions. In her short time she had known her captain, she had become unusually loyal to him, fighting back the urge to go down and help him, even in her weakened state. She also knew not to, for not only his life, but his pride was on the line, and that meant more than any amount of gold to many noble captains.
She noticed her hind legs teetering, as if her body was fighting between going to Xandral's aid and staying put. She sighed deeply, hoping her captain would win, even though it would break his heart to.

Xandral stopped in the middle of his charge and let out a five meter cone of fire in a thunderous roar, something he only practiced, but never actually used in combat. His step-mother was momentarily shocked at his apparent feint charge and barely side-stepped from the cone. "How long have you been keeping that strength from me?" She asked, tossing her whip to the side and taking out two sais that fell out of her shirt sleeves.
"T-Two months, but never that big before... planned on using it to burn down enemy ships" he staggered back into a defensive stance, now that her whip is no longer usable. She was now on the attack, swinging in a seemingly endless pattern of left and right swipes. Xandral couldn't keep up with his wounded ankle and got two gashes, one on his left shoulder and one on his right forearm. He then kicked her away before mounting a counter-offensive, following a similar strategy, but his attacks seemingly coming from random directions.
His step mother took a gamble by sticking her sais out in an attempt to lock his blades and hopefully turn the tables. She was successful, at the cost of her bangs that Xandral's shield lopped off. She then kneed him and watch him double over as all the air was forced out.
"You are up against someone whos fought for more years than you've been alive, there is no dishonor in knowing your current limits" she coldly stated, although her face showed her will to fight almost non-existant. She planned on him giving up after being quickly knocked down, for him to keep fighting well after that is dis-heartening at best.
How ironic, the one with the least damage is showing the least determination to fight on...

"Captain Morgan." Spike said, keeping his posture. "And you are?"
"Captain Phillidus, Cydonian navy... I assume this is how you welcome newcomers to the ocean blue? Slaver ships and friendly pirates"

Spike let out a harsh laugh. "Nay, more like a round of rum pints and fist fights. You and yer crew seemed to catch us at an exciting moment at port." He said, jumping down off the railing. "Where the likes are you headed?"

"Not anywhere particular, we're drifters, lookin for some work" Phillidus lied, knowing full well that he and his crew may very well be hunting Spike.

"Well if you're looking for work, you'll sure find it here." Spike said, crossing his arms. "Maybe you and I will cross paths once again." He added, his ship slowly starting to drift away. "Enjoy Furry Bay...it's good you came in Summer!" He said, laughing again.
