A new board was added under the Arty Stuff for trade/sale/free (http://www.thefurryforum.com/forums/index.php?board=65.0) board called "Starving Artists" (http://www.thefurryforum.com/forums/index.php?board=79.0).
Here you can support other artists that are in desperate or immediate need of help via commissions, and there's a good chance you'll be able to find some cheap commission prices there too. Make sure you read the board's rules (http://www.thefurryforum.com/forums/index.php?topic=9192.0) before posting or seeking commissions there.
It can include artists who are not members of the forum as well.
