Ok, since I've started running again, I've pushed myself into a tough run 5 times a week , two rest days, one of them focusing on something else completely
Now, that might not seem like a problem, but on my rest days I feel restless, sometimes even aggressive, almost like I "need" the feeling of getting out there.
Anyone have something similar?

Hm...I can say that I have never felt that before. It could be that your pushing yourself too hard or perhaps and going off the deep end, are you taking any sort of medication and or performance enhancing drugs of any sort?
-
I can't say that I take drugs/medication for it, I have a feeling that I got a liking for that feeling after a run, where I feel great.

An addiction to running. It's surprisingly common. The most recent famous case was eminem who replaced drug addiction with running addiction...
dont go too far. be careful.

i get kind of the same.... i find hiking the perfect way to realieve stress and emotions and i can become snappy and annoyed if i havnt been out and done somthing.... i hike for the fun and excercise as well as our awesome views ^_^

Yeah, I am quite addicted to hiking myself and exploring to find neat things.

Addicted to exercise. Be careful, as asia said. Addictions of any kind are bad in themselves.

Running, or any kind of exercise really, releases endorphins. Endorphins give off a very pleasant feeling. You're just addicted to the endorphin rush. as AsiaBunny said, it's surprisingly common.
