I try. And I'll be waiting!
-
It looks cool, though I'm not quite sure if I'm supposed to be scared or sad while looking at it. :?
-
It's nice! What program did you use?
-
Manga studio debut 4.0 B)
And Thanks WZ, I see what you mean haha :)
-
Blood users...possibly the second most epic class of magician, second to chaos mages though.
-
Its not the best, but I feel bad for always drawing non-anthro pictures, so I thought; 'hey, why not?' :P

The sign says it all! (I like drawing skies.)
Comments appreciated :) xxx

No tail? :(
*pokes the poor empty tail space*
-
DARN! I MEANT TO PUT A TAIL ON!
Wahahhah, allow me to change that.
-
I actually tend to forget about tails a lot when I draw anthros, lol. Though thankfully I usually remember before it's too late to add them in. :P
-
Hhahaha, its late for me, SO my thinking isn't 100% :D
Anyway, here it is! (If you want to delete the old one and merge the post, thats cool WZ ^^, I just don't know how! :P)
Does it look better? :3
-
Yayyy, fluffy tail. ^^
It's cute.
-
Very nice =]
I like the colouring job! ^_^
-
I'll take a hug :3
Don't worry about forgetting. I forget ear tips, tail designs, eye color, markings, poor spelling, missed words entirely.
-
Wahaha thanks guys, glad to see you like it, I may perhaps do a few more anthros like this in the future..! Watch this space! (next time I'll try not forget really important details hahaha)
-hugs Joe- ^_^
I'm glad you think its cute Zeph, Luckily i was going for that! :) (makes a change from my usually morbid drawings hahah :) )
Thank you Aidin, I try to improve my colouring as much as I can each time, and its nice to see someone appreciate it :)
-
Okayokay i'm sorry they're not anthros, but I just love drawing people too much! :)

(I made up the saying for this)
Comments and enjoyment is something i'd like :) xx
-
They look good. :) I like the saying on the second one.
I merged your three drawing threads together into this one thread, so any new drawings you come up with can just be posted here rather than separately. ;)
-
Thankyou for the compliment, :) and also, thanks for merging the threads! I with I thought more about this stuff hehe :) xxx

Welllllllllll...
You know how I NEVER EVER seem to do furry art (when I should because its a furry forum--EVEN SAYS IT IN THE NAME! :D)
And I'm completely obsessed by I like my comic- Troubled eyes-- Well, I've done some more drawings (and poems I made up with them)! They're kinda to go with the personalities of the characters, so for readers it might be kinda nice to have a bit more depth to them, and well for other people, just enjoy both the picture and the poems! :3

does it matter what kind of art it is? its all great!
and as for these pieces... really awesome, nice for that bit of extra depth to the characters.. well done ^_^
-
Thanks Kitt, much appreciated feedback ^^
-
They look good. :)
-
Thanks! (i'm liking the halloween avi fun! :D)
-
Oup, another drawing!
This ones kinda anthro though-- because I always thought if I wasn't a lioness i'd be a magpie (My bf actually nicknamed me magpie because we have similarities! :P!!)
I even threw in a poem I made-- the joys :)
What do you think to the hair shading? If it gets some approval- I might start using it in my comic! xx
Its hard to see the writing so i'll type it up! :D :
My black and white feathers,
They gleam in the moonlight,
My eyes are tired,
They have seen my mind.
I think of my feathers,
So bold in their colour,
So opposite in spirit,
I feel I cannot be both.
(Side of the black wing)
My black plumes absorb the dark,
They represent sorrows and solitude,
Casting doubt, bitterness and hate.
But as a magpie; why do I wish to be a dove?
For I should be certain of myself, but;
Perhaps my insecurities, fear and pain
Make me wish to be something else?
(Side of white wing)
My white feathers embrace the light,
Representing love, and to give it willingly,
Together with loyalty, trust and wisdom.
I want the black to not consume me;
To become a saddened Crow,
With its lack of freedom, unlike the dove,
With empty, hollow eyes that forget love.
Which will overrun me?
-
aaw, nice lil' poem *brushes away a tear* oh what? nah i had somthing in my eye ;)
no but seriously, awesome... and yes i like the hair shading! ^_^
-
^_^ aww hehe thank you Kitt!
And thats one vote to my new technique! :D
:3 xxxxx
-
vote 2, Yes on hair shading :P
I do like the whole drawing, especially the way it kinda slopes down on the black side, especially with the wink. oh and great clothing choice.
As for the poem, it works, it's pretty solid. Sometimes it's a bit obvious, but sometimes the images just work really well, especially this one:
My eyes are tired,
They have seen my mind.
-
I'd perfer having both, one side to vent, the other to embrace...
Hair shading is also awesome, although I wish I could see it on the face more.... :3
-
I like the drawing and poem a lot. And yes, the shading is nice. ^_^

Yeah, shading on the face is a good idea-- that can be my next step! :3
Hehe, I think myself it is perhaps important to have both, but hopefully my poem engages a question of what a person really wants to be like- thankfully you picked up on that! :)
Thanks Zeph, always encouraging when I get complements from you! :) xxx
