Title: Ok, So Here's The Thing... (MP4 Problems)
Post by: Arilys DuskFlare on July 11, 2009, 12:48:11 PM
Ok, so I got a nice Creative ZEN Mozaic, silver color, 4GB (http://images.europe.creative.com/iss/images/artwork/A4_RGB/Mozaic_Silver_Frt_w_EP_R3.jpg (http://images.europe.creative.com/iss/images/artwork/A4_RGB/Mozaic_Silver_Frt_w_EP_R3.jpg))
Nothing out of the ordinary, right? The thing is, when I connected it to my computer, after installing Creative Centrale and those things, Windows back stabbed me.

"Problem during hardware installation. The hardware may not work properly." (roughly translated from Portuguese)

I already tried uninstalling and re-installing what's in the CD that came with the player, but the same annoying message appears. But, even with that, the player charged. I just can't access it. =/

Can anyone help?

Well if everything else fails return it to the store if you still have warranty on it

Yeah, I know. I just want to try to connect it. I bought it yesterday.

But with my luck, it's probably defective -.-'

Or re-set the device, My Zune used to pull that cr** so I'd re-set it and it'd work

Sure ^_^

there is usually a 'reset' button on the device itself, try pressing that before you connect the mp4 player to the computer and it should solve any problem with the actual player, as for the stuff on the computer having a problem, look for any updates or google the problem

sorry if it wasn't too helpful, but that's what i got
