^ That one's fun.

These are two of my favourites:

(When it says "back and forth", it means toward & away from the screen)

And for this one, at first you see a circle of pink dots with a rotation of one dot disappearing, but if you stare at the target in the center, it looks like there's a green dot traveling around the circle (and after a while it makes the pink dots disappear!):

It's light green. Because green is the complementary colour of red, and that's how the illusion works. But who cares? The point is, it's a different colour than pink.

No, I don't think so. I can see more of a blue than green if I scroll the window down so that all but half of one circle is cut off, but when I'm looking at the whole thing, I see green.

I wouldn't worry about it. :P

Not really a side effect. Just the way eyes work after staring at something for a long time. Should go away soon enough.

Those optical illusions are awesome.  The one with the spinning silhouette doesn't work with me.  I always see her going clockwise.  How do you get her to turn the other way?

When I'm watching her spin, I look at the leg that's raised in the air and tell myself that it's going "behind the other leg, in front of the other leg, behind, in front, behind, in front... (and so on)" - then when I want to change her direction, I start saying it to opposite way to myself ("in front, behind, in front, behind..."). There are other ways to do it of course, but I thought that was easiest for me.
